What is up, gentlemen? Thank you for tuning in to another episode of the UMP. And today, I am going to give you about 35 affirmations to listen to before you fall asleep at night. There's going to be some meditation music behind it. And these affirmations deal specifically with A, your confidence, B, your feelings about yourself when it comes to women and how you are attractive to women, and C, about money.

0:40 A lot of guys speak to me about money and they wonder if I can help with some of their beliefs about money. So I included that in here. And what we're going to do with this is basically listen to this as you fall asleep. You know, it amazes me that people aren't more proactive when it comes to the kind of media they expose their subconscious mind to before they fall asleep. The last five minutes before you fall into slumber are some of the most critical minutes of your entire day.

1:09 If you're not filling your mind with positive things, if instead you're looking at social media, watching some negative movie, listening to some podcast that doesn't try to make you better as a man, you are seriously shooting yourself in the foot. So what we're going to do with this is we're going to install some positive affirmations into your subconscious mind because what happens is your subconscious mind marinates on the last thing you did right before you fell asleep. And even if it's in your own thoughts, if you go to sleep worrying about something or dwelling on some revenge you want to take on somebody or anything else that's negative in any way whatsoever, you are going to dwell on that marinate on it, repeat it over and over again in your subconscious mind while you sleep and probably sleep less well because of it and certainly wake up not feeling as positive as you could.

1:57 And of course, most importantly, putting negativity into your subconscious mind and literally reprogramming your brain with negativity or I should say overlapping negativity on top of negativity that's already there, thus further solidifying those negative programs you have in your head. So we want to switch that over to a positive mindset. And some of you guys may think that affirmations are bullshit. This is airy fairy stuff. Then don't listen to it, man. Like if you're not into it, please, by all means, don't listen to it. But if you have an open mind, if you want to improve, if you want to become the very best man, you can be, I'm telling you this from experience, not only from me, but also the myriad of clients that I've coached, this shit works.

2:41 Now, certainly the best way to do this is to first remove those contrary belief systems that you probably already have in your head. And I do that with NLP, which of course I include in my three month coaching program. But since some of you guys won't be joining that program, this will have to suffice. It is effective to a degree, but I often liken it to trying to park a car in a parking space. If there's already a car in that parking space, it's difficult to jam a new car into that parking space.

3:11 Although with enough repetition, it will work. NLP allows us to remove that car from the parking space so we can put the new one right in there, which is exactly what these affirmations are. So once again, the first batch of affirmations are about your self-confidence, how you feel as a man. The second batch pertain particularly to women. And then the third batch is about money. And what I suggest you do is just play this off your cell phone as you're falling asleep. I'm going to have Liam, my podcast editor, include meditation music behind it.
