Amazing Efficiency Hack: How to Create Your "H0P list"
About this episode
Being more efficient comes down to knowing what's important in your life and what isn't. Most people just drift through life with no clear direction. As a result, they don't get much done and many suffer depression because of it. But when you know the life you want — and when you prioritize those things that will get you that life — things like happiness, contentment, and purpose will be your rewards. In this episode, Mark Sing will walk you through how to make your "H0P List" so you can fly like an arrow towards your goals and achieve peace and happiness once and for all.

Welcome to The Unapologetic Man Podcast, the only podcast that's all about self-improvement, confidence, success, women, and being a man without making any apologies for it. What is up, guys? Thank you for tuning in to another episode of the UMP. I really do appreciate you. In today's episode, we are going to talk about how to create your HOP list, this amazing efficiency hack, how to be more efficient, and this relates to my previous podcast released on Wednesday about lifestyle design. So this episode is going to be the next logical step in creating your lifestyle design, and that is by creating your hierarchy of priorities, HOP, hierarchy of priorities.
Before we jump into the content, I want to let you all know that I still am doing NLP coaching. Although I do have a two-month waiting list, I'm getting champions like you in the door much earlier because you listen to the uniform Mike Papa, and I do appreciate you. If you're interested in that, check me out at CoachMarkSingh.com. Once again, that's CoachMarkSingh.com. You can also click the link in the description there, and what I do is I use NLP, Neuro Linguistic Programming, to go into your brain like a mad scientist, surgically remove the bad programming that you have when it comes to attracting and approaching women, and replace it with some programming that's conducive to being attractive to women.
It reflects in your body language, your tonality, how women look at you, and you get attraction like never before. Dude, check out some of the testimonials on there. I literally did one session with a guy, and that night, he got a blowjob from a random girl. I swear to God, this shit works. It's like almost fucking magic. But I'll let you decide that for yourself by checking out my website and my testimonials. They speak for themselves. All right, guys, let's jump into the content. So what is this hierarchy of priorities list?
Well, what this is, is it's your priorities in numerical form. So what we do here is we think to ourselves, okay, what is the most important thing to me in my life? Okay, then we think, what's the second most important thing, the third most important thing? We actually list this out. How many people actually do this? Very, very few. Most people are floating like a leaf on the river of life, and they're just being swept down to wherever life happens to take them, and they don't take conscious, logical control of what their life is, what their priorities are, what their lifestyle should be, and they just kind of float through life like a turd on the wind, and they don't get happiness because of it.
But those of us who are intelligent, we actually design our life. We actually design our priorities. So that when things come up, we understand, okay, dude, this is the most important thing to me, so this is what I'm going to do today. This thing is like secondary and important, so I'm not going to do that. And it makes a structure for ourselves that we can live within that makes decisions a lot easier. So what you do is you sit down and you think to yourself once again, okay, what's the most important thing in my life?
Now, I'm going to go over my hierarchy of priorities, and you can compare yours to mine. So what we do generally is we number them, okay? So usually most people have about five to ten. So you get a piece of paper, you go one, two, three, four, five, all the way up to ten. Now, some bigger structural priorities would be things like spiritual and mental health, physical health, business, relationships, hobbies, and then for me, it would be like other. Okay, so first and foremost for me is spiritual and mental health.
Now, you may think to yourself, Mark, I thought you had a family. Like, shouldn't family be up there? Well, to me, it works into that, and I'm going to explain how that works in a second. But you need to think what's the most important thing to me. Now, I'm not saying that spiritual and mental health needs to be your number one priority. It could be your business right now. Hey, it could be getting girls right now. And these change throughout your life. That's why it's important to revisit your hierarchy of priorities list about once a year and rewrite them.
Okay, so for spiritual and mental health, you can have under that, like you have one, two, three, four, five, you can have A, B, C, and D. Okay, so for me, spiritual and mental health. The number one most important thing to me is meditation and being in the present moment. Why? Because I think being in the present moment, working on not thinking so much, being at peace is the most important thing. And that peaceful feeling inside my body, that residence of peace within me is going to extend out to all my other things.
And it's going to make me successful and happy in all areas of my life. Now, I'm not going to delve too far into the spiritual aspect. But I believe that beyond happiness and unhappiness is peace. And the way to peace is through stop thinking so much and being in the present moment, appreciating the present moment, meditating, being mindful, as they say, and being here now. I think that's the most fucking important thing about life, different podcasts. But that is why it's number one A on my hierarchy of priorities list.
Okay, B is mental health. Now, once again, why do I put mental health so high up? It's because when you're mentally healthy, you are the mechanism that dictates the result of your life. So when you have mental health as a top priority, then everything falls into place. For example, my family, super high priority. Okay, but unless I'm mentally healthy, I'm not going to be a good dad to my daughter. I'm not going to be a good man to my woman. So I put mental health as number one because that reflects and goes into the other avenues of my life.
And I need to take care of the mechanism. And that, by the way, is why it's so fucking important to get coaching. We are all broken, every single one of us. Yet most of us walk around and be okay with being broken. Are you kidding me? Fix the mechanism. And that's what NLP does, neuro-linguistic programming. We fix it. Bro, I still have an NLP coach. I do NLP on myself. And that's why I've been able to ascend to the level of success I've had with women in my relationship.
As a dad, as a businessman, I'm ripped. I'm 43 years old. I look like I'm 33. That success doesn't come because I felt ass backwards into it. It comes because I take a very conscious effort to make it work. And that's what you have to do with your life. And that's what we're doing here with the Hierarchy of Priorities list. Okay, so once again, B is mental health. What does that mean? It means challenging my intellect, learning new things daily, podcasts that teach me things, audiobooks. Okay, now under that, I have even more subcategories.
For me, discipline is super important. And number two would be excellence and self-improvement training. Okay, so once again, number one, the big one, spiritual and mental health. Under that, A, meditation and being in the now. B, mental health. How do we get mental health? Discipline and excellence and self-improvement training. Okay, C is emotional health, which means feeling good. Laughing every day, do something childish every day, having fun, motivational and spiritual videos. Keeping myself in a positive energy matrix so that I'm emotionally feeling good because that goes into my spiritual and mental health.
D is working on my issues, reprogramming the computer, and that's NLP. So I work with my coach, Dale. We talk about things like my past traumas. We talk about metaprograms that aren't working for me. And you'd be surprised how deeply these all go. And when you reprogram them, you literally cannot feel the way you used to feel. I used to be an extremely anxious person. I don't even know what anxiety feels like anymore. And I used to live with it 24 fucking 7. I do know what it feels like anymore, but it's like as I'm sitting here, I'm like, God, dude, I was like a different person.
It's because I work on myself. Okay, so that's number one, spiritual and mental health. Then I have subcategories. So you can do this too. Okay, now the next thing for me would be my family, right? So my family is next. Then I have some subcategories, okay? My daughter, my woman. How can I nourish those relationships? How can I spend time each day with my daughter playing with her? How can Marissa and I work on our relationships? And we map this out. So once a week we talk and I tell her, hey, your ass is looking a little big.
Why don't you get on the fucking treadmill, you fat ass bitch? I'm just kidding. Whoa, relax. But seriously, we talk and I'm honest. I let her know, hey, this needs to get tightened up. And she tells me, hey, this needs to get tightened up. And we're honest with each other because our relationship, our family is high in the priorities list. It's so high, in fact, that it's number two. So we both take time to really, really, you know, work on that. Okay. The next one for me is physical health.
Couple subcategories. Eating right. Lifting. Good sleep schedule. Biohacking. Less masturbation. More discipline. Doing my stretches every day for my bad hip. Because I got a hip of an 89-year-old man and the memory to go along with it. Do those to maintain my physical health. Because once again, the health of your, mental health, in my opinion, and spirituality is number one, but physical health comes quickly thereafter because the mechanism dictates how successful you're going to be. Quickly after that is my business. Seduction and self-improvement podcast, coaching, products, collaborations.
Then money is quickly after that. How much do you want to make? And this goes back to the previous podcast. How much do you have to make a month in order to live the lifestyle that you want? When you put money high up in your priorities, you're going to focus on it. And when you focus on it, it grows. Things grow where attention goes. Okay. Under business, C, helping others. Mentoring and always giving my very best effort. Producing content I'm proud to put my name on.
Very important for me. Then D would be things like passive income streams, real estate, collaboration. Relations, other things like that. All right. Then quickly after that is other types of relationships. My friends, my bird, my family in California, practicing social excellence. So this is where it goes for me into going out and opening girls. This goes into me where I go to the bars and I practice my game. So that's like relationship oriented. It's not as important anymore to me as my business. It's not as important to me anymore as like my family, but it's still important because I'm a coach and I need to walk the talk.
I need to do what I tell you guys to do. I tell you guys to open and eject with girls. I still do it. I tell you guys to go to nightclubs and sack the fuck up and go open chicks. I'll still do it because I'm not going to expect you to do something that I myself will not do. So that too has made it in the hierarchy of priorities list. And finally, number five is hobbies. It's important to have hobbies because they keep that excitement in.
So as you guys know, I'm really into like outdoor skills, primitive living skills, woodsman activities. I love getting into the woods. It's why I moved to Colorado. See, I designed my lifestyle around what I want to do. By the way, the reason I moved to Colorado is because there's tons of hot girls here and there's the wilderness here. Boom, done. So where are you living right now? Is where you're living conducive to getting the success that you want? I have a client. What's up, Michael? He lives in North Dakota.
And I'm like, bro, like, is that conducive to the girls that you want to get? You live in a city with 45,000 people. Is that really conducive? And he's like, well, not really. And I'm like, have you thought about moving? He's like, yeah, I think about it all the time. I'm like, think about it more. Consider it. You're in your 20s. You're free. You don't have a woman. You don't have a kid. And he has a job where he has a lot of freedom. So I was like, look at Denver.
Look at New Mexico. Look at whatever. And maybe move to more aptly suit the lifestyle that you really want. By the way, a lot of the guys who work with me, not only do they end up making more money, but a lot of them end up moving. I'd say maybe 10% to 15% end up moving. And it's really interesting to me because when you change your vibration, when you change the understanding of what you're really going for, oftentimes you realize, damn, my environment isn't conducive to that. Because I've lived here because I've lived here my whole life because I had a job that brought me here.
Fuck that. I'm out of here. And you guys being single, you can move. You can move to California. Dude, I lived in Hawaii for three years. Go move to fucking Hawaii. Go to a place that's going to support what you really want in your life, the kind of lifestyle you really want to live. That's where happiness is found. Okay, so hobbies that I have is like jujitsu, lifting, tattoos. I really enjoy tattoos and I make time and money to invest in my tattoos because I really enjoy them.
I love designing them. I also enjoy mountain biking, specifically downhill mountain biking. And there's this epic downhill mountain biking place here called Trestle Bike Park. And I have a raked out downhill bike that me and my buddies go downhill mountain biking with. So it's like your life is going to go by quickly. So what are you doing to create a life for yourself that's up to the standards that you really want? Not because society tells you to want it, right? The million dollars, the billion dollars, the yachts and the Rolex watches.
No, because what you really want. And let's sit down and plan that out. The fact that so many people don't plan their lives is absolutely confusing to me. This is your life. Are you going to end up in your deathbed and be like, dude, I wasted that opportunity. And who the fuck knows what happens after we die? Maybe it's just blackness. And this was the one chance we had to have some excitement. The one chance we had to make a difference, right? In my opinion, making a difference in your guys' lives, making a difference in the life of my daughter, in the guys that I coach in field, and making them feel better about themselves.
Even making a difference in a woman's life who I go up and I give her charisma, bro, like that's something that I'm bettering the world. I'm raising your light and you're raising other people's lights. And really, I feel like my purpose here is to better the world. And that's something where I get to the end of my life and I'm like, all right, dude, that's a pretty good fucking purpose. And I feel like I did a good job. I put my best effort into it. Because I put my best effort into it, I can be my own hero.
So this all starts with lifestyle design. It starts with creating your hierarchy of priorities list, getting very, very, very clear, crystal clear as to what you want, what's important to you, and where everything falls in a hierarchy list that you can abide by in your day-to-day life. Super important. Remember, when going after any goal, and for all of us, our goal is peace and happiness. When going after that goal, the intelligent man plans it from the end result backwards. He puts in his intelligent thought. He thinks about it.
Then he plans it and he executes it. That is the way to happiness. All right, guys, I do appreciate you listening to this podcast. If you found any value whatsoever in it, I would appreciate a review, preferably a five-star review with some text behind it. Email me at CoachMarkSingh at gmail.com and I'll send you a bunch of cool shit. I really appreciate you guys. I know your time is valuable. And I try my best to give you the best information possible because that's my purpose, isn't it?
If I can get you walking away from this podcast being improved as a man, then I just hit upon one of the most important things to me. And that is to help men like you become the best versions of themselves and achieve the happiness and peace that we're all after. If I can put my best effort into that, then I can go to bed as my own hero. And once again, this all starts with planning and understanding what it is that you truly want as an unapologetic man.
All right, thank you again for listening. I do appreciate it and I'll see you in the next episode. I do appreciate it and I'll see you in the next episode.
