Welcome to The Unapologetic Man Podcast, the only podcast that's all about self-improvement, confidence, success, women, and being a man without making any apologies for it. What is up, guys? Thank you for tuning in to another episode of the UNP. Happy Friday. I hope the week has treated you well. And today, we are going to talk about how to turn the universe into your own personal Amazon Prime account. What does that mean, to turn the universe into your own mail order catalog? That means you have to have appreciation, bro-tendo.
And this episode is going to be exclusively about why appreciation is so important, how you can use it to get what you desire from the universe, and why shifting your perspective about a lot of different things, including wealth, money, women, and what you have already, is going to radically change your life. Before I jump into the content, I want to let you guys know that my coaching is out to a 13-week waiting list. I really have to do something about this. I have to find a way to duplicate myself.
I have to get a little Mark Singh robot that can take coaching calls just as quickly and effectively as I can. But the good news is, is that you're a listener to this podcast. So when you sign up, and don't tell anybody else, but I have a VIP calendar that you can hop on. I think we're out to two and a half weeks from now is the earliest sign-up, like towards the end of November. But I keep a couple spots open, particularly a little bit more in the evenings for those kinds of guys.
And then everybody else who comes to me from, you know, my other marketing avenues, they have to wait the requisite 13 weeks. So it's getting pretty crazy out there. I might have to put some different kind of qualifications in place or maybe raise the price or something like that. So check it out if you're interested. You can go to marksingcoaching.com, M-A-R-K-S-I-N-G, coaching.com. And to remind you what I do is I use NLP, which is Neuro Linguistic Programming, to go into your brain and basically delete the programs that were given to you as a young child before you can defend yourself from them.
So some jackass came along and gave you some effed up belief systems that have you totally balking when it comes to women, totally balking, feeling like the alpha male that you were meant to be. And these programs are just duplicating the same results over and over again. It's like pushing print on a shitty printer. And then over and over again, you get those same damn results. And what happens is when we replace those programs, for example, I'm not enough, and we replace it with the program of I am enough, you will be astonished with the results.
I was actually just reading an email from a client who did a coaching session with me on Friday, and then he moved forward with my three-month coaching program. And he said, bro, I feel like a completely different person. My confidence is absolutely skyrocketing. I'm approaching all kinds of girls, grabbed a couple numbers. He's like, thank you, thank you, thank you. I can't wait to see what this three months of intensive NLP coaching as well as the tactical aspect of approaching women and attracting women to him is going to do for his life.
I'm going to be honest with you, bro, if you're listening, just fucking wait. Just wait. So if you're interested in jumping in on that coaching, once again, man, let me know that you found me on the Unapologetic Man podcast. I will ask you, hey, where did you find me? Make sure you don't skip that one and tell me, and then I'll send you my VIP calendar and we'll get you on the books in the next few weeks. So once again, marksingcoaching.com. All right, without further ado, let's go ahead and jump into the content.
So in the last episode, I talked about thinking big. And if you haven't heard that, what I basically said is that you should think bigger. You should put bigger goals out there. You should think and focus on what you really want to achieve. And the reason that is, is the universal truth that what you focus on expands. Several weeks ago, I did a podcast about why you shouldn't complain. And when you complain, you're basically committing happiness suicide because what you focus on expands. So everything that you're complaining about, the universe, if you will, and throughout the duration of this episode, I'm going to call it the universe, is basically saying, okay, you're complaining about that.
Here's more of it. Because again, what you focus on expands, what you put your attention on is what's going to come into your life. Energy flows where attention goes. So if you're complaining, that's what you're going to get. But if you're thinking big and thinking about what you really want, not relegated to what you quote unquote want because of your shitty programming that somebody else gave you before you could defend yourself, but what you really, really want. And I know what you want, bro. You want that super hot, amazing girl.
You want to make more money. You want to live like a dream come true. So allowing yourself to focus on that is key because again, what you focus on expands. But there was a missing element that I didn't talk about that we're talking about today, and that is appreciation. So taking this example of when you complain, you get more to complain about, what does that show us? That shows us that basically anything you think is received by the universe, which is basically just a big mail order company, and it sends you in the mail exactly what you're thinking about.
So taking that example, let me ask you this. What is the best way to convince someone to give you something that you want? So for example, I get a lot of guys who write me, and it's fine if you're one of these dudes, don't feel like I'm attacking you, but I get a lot of guys who write me who just want to take, hey Mark, can you send me the conversation sniper? Now, I'll do it, but do I send them more than that? No, I usually don't.
However, when I have people who write me and say, bro, I love your podcast, it's changing my life, I got laid last weekend using your techniques, all I want to do is send them a bunch more stuff. Why? Because they are sharing their appreciation first. They're coming at me giving something, giving something of value, appreciation for the hard work that I put into this podcast. Then they might say at the end, hey, if you got the conversation sniper handy, I'd love to see it. Well, bro-teen shake, I'm not going to just give you the conversation sniper, I'm going to give you a bunch of shit on top of that because you showed appreciation first.
On the other hand, when people write in and once again just want to take, and I have to reiterate, if you're one of those dudes, don't worry, you haven't learned this yet. But now that you're learning it, maybe you can change your ways for future people who you want to get something from. First, give value, first give appreciation, first say thank you for everything that you've done, I really appreciate it, I've learned a lot. And then I want to feel like, dude, I want to give this guy a lot.
So what we learn is the universal truth that when you lead with appreciation, especially when you're trying to think big, especially when you're trying to get from the universe all that you desire, when you lead with appreciation, you're going to get what you want that much faster. The universal rule is this, when you appreciate before you masturbate, no, no, that's not it. When you appreciate before you supplicate, that is to say, ask the universe for something, you get what you want with exponential speed. So you want more money, right?
You know you do. You want more girls, right? Obviously. The first step is to be overwhelmingly thankful for what you already have, bro-tator cuff. Even if you're in a shitty place right now and you're like, Mark, I have nothing. I can guarantee you, you have a lot. Like let's take the guy who's probably in the United States, 90% of my listeners are, who's in a bad situation, right? He's not getting girls. He's not making the money he wants. Maybe he's unemployed. He's lonely. He's depressed. Well, let me ask you this.
Are you in a war-torn country like our friend Omar over in Syria? A couple months ago, this guy wrote me. Some of you may have heard this. Where he's like, Mark, I love your podcast. I'm trying to get girls. Listen, I know it's crazy that I'm trying to attract girls in Syria, which is in a civil war right now, but I want to meet girls. So I'm doing it anyway. I'm trying to improve myself while bullets are flying past his head, while bombs are going off, while his pants are literally being blown off his body by the concussion that hits of mortar attacks, not just the rejections that he's getting.
So can you really say that your life is as bad as his? You have eyes to see pretty girls, don't you? You have the ears to listen to this podcast, don't you? You can listen to great music. You probably have a roof over your head because if you're listening to this, it's likely that you have a house to sleep in and a bed to sleep in. If you guys want some serious perspective shift when it comes to this, I encourage you to go to YouTube and type in there, Kensington, Pennsylvania, Kensington, PA, and you will be shocked with what you see.
There's a big drug epidemic going on in Kensington right now as we speak, where people are dying on the streets. Women drug addicts are being beat up, raped, stolen from. People are losing their lives because they're addicted to heroin and this thing called fentanyl. And what fentanyl is, is it's like 10 times stronger than heroin. All the drug dealers switched out from heroin to fentanyl. And what it does is it makes you like 10 times as high, but you have to do it like every four hours. So these people are spending hundreds of dollars and they're stealing from shops.
Women are prostituting themselves in order to just keep this high going because they're so addicted to this that they get sick when they don't have it. So right now you're probably listening to this. You're probably not sick. You're probably fine. But just imagine that you had to keep shooting a drug into your vein because you'd get sick unless you did. And you're in this hell spiral, this absolute hell that these people are stuck in in Kensington and cities throughout the United States, by the way, that they can't get out of.
And by the way, when you try to quit the drug, they say, it's like a month long bout with the flu. It's the worst feeling ever. Hardly anybody can get through it. And all the rehabilitation places are dicking them around. And it's just a fucked up situation over there. And I'm going to be honest with you. Sometimes I watch it to give myself perspective. And not only do I watch it, but I also donate 5% of my income into charities that help people like that. I also donate to St.
Jude Children's Hospital. I donate to the Wounded Warrior Project because I believe that showing appreciation for my life and the fact that I was given the gift of communication. I was given the right circumstances where I didn't lead into drugs. I was given the gift of being able to better myself and the drive to better myself to be the best version I can be. I'm super fucking appreciative for that. I have a sign on the side of my wall that says blessed. And I feel like I'm totally blessed.
Not everybody was given the gift of gab. Not everybody was given the gift and opportunity to start a podcast like this one, to be a coach. I was lucky to meet my NLP coach. He saved me from suicide. All the things that happened in my life, I'm super fucking appreciative for. I feel like that I was born under a lucky star. I literally feel like I won the fucking lottery. And because of that, I want to give back to people who didn't have the opportunities. And people who are addicted to drugs usually were abused.
They were molested. All the shitty things happened to them. And a lot of that shit has happened to you guys. And I feel for you. But the way to get out of it is to appreciate what you have already. Again, the ears to listen to this. The legs to go walk over to your refrigerator that probably has food in it. You're not hiding donuts in a trash bag behind the dumpster like some drug addict in Kensington, Pennsylvania, who can only eat donuts because that's the only food he can get.
Because all the money he gets is spent on his drug habit just to stay alive. It's fucking horrible over there. So when we get perspective on this, when we understand that it could be so much worse, and when we realize how good we have it, you begin to get appreciation. And when you get appreciation, the universe says, yeah, you think that's good? Wait until this. Then you get more and more. And in my opinion, it's your duty when you're a successful, alpha, unapologetic silverback to help, to give back.
And when you do, ironically, this is how it works. You get more and more and more. So the next time you see a homeless person and he asks you for some change, I suggest you give it to him. Don't be like, fuck off, you fucking loser. Go get a job. You don't know his situation. And when you help that person, you help yourself. That's the way the universe works. When I was traveling through Vietnam, I literally saw people living in homes made of trash. And I'm not even exaggerating.
Literally trash. Like a freaking couch with a goddamn plank next to it, a cardboard box, wrapped with a towel, and that's their house. So the next time you think you have it bad, the next time you're doing the whole woes me thing, look at the cell phone that you're listening to this on. Look at your two arms and two legs. And even if you're blind, look at the fact that you can hear. Even if you're fat, look at the fact that your heart is still beating and you're able to go live your life.
Or whatever calamity you're suffering from, there's always a silver lining. There's always something good in your life. I guarantee it. There's always somebody who has it worse. And when you start appreciating, it's amazing how quickly your situation begins to improve. It's law. It's the way the universe works. And it will be that way until the end of time. On my next point, you want to bless others who have what you want. If you have jealousy towards others who have the girls who you want to get, who are making the money that you want to make, you are literally digging your own grave.
If you want to become that alpha champion, ripped, six-pack abs, six-figure salary, living the life that you and I both know you really want to live, then you have to bless and appreciate and thank everybody else who's living that life already. Throw jealousy to the side and instead start with appreciation. When you do, you'll be amazed at how quickly it's attracted into your own life. Going on my previous point about being a taker, you always want to be a giver first. Always give up front and then take after.
That's why in my teaching, I always talk about going and giving women good energy. I call it being a go-giver. Go give her good energy, a nice compliment, a good conversation, jokes that make her laugh, conversation that gets her attracted. And with women too, man, it's like we have to appreciate their beauty. We got to thank the good lordy in the sky above and say, man, that is a fine-ass girl. You got to be like, lordy, you sure did a good job on that one, bro-teen shake.
You killed it on that one, dude. Thank you for sending these beautiful women onto this earth. Thank you for their femininity. Thank you for the way that they smell, the way they talk. Thank you for tits and ass and stomachs and all those things as men that we love so much. When you appreciate women, not only is the universe, quote-unquote, going to send you more, but women pick up on that. They can pick up on the fact that you resent them or you appreciate them. When you appreciate them, when you love them, when you start with appreciation, and you're just so stoked to be talking to one because they're so fucking cute, you and I both know it, that's when you get more.
Again, starting with appreciation is the way to radically speed up that which you want to come to you. So the lesson from this week, think big. Let yourself desire what you really want. Be a grateful receiver, but send out appreciation for what you already have first. Look around you right now. Appreciate everything that you have, even the cell phone that you're probably listening to this on. The car that you have, even though it might not be the perfect car, the fact that we're not at war right now, or even if you are at war, the fact that you're still living, and you're living through it, and you're becoming a stronger man because of it.
It may be hard sometimes for you guys to find that which to be appreciative for, but once again, when you see how bad some people have it, and when you realize that we are literally living like kings compared to our ancestors, it becomes pretty easy, and this needs to be a daily habit. Thank you for my bed, thank you for a warm shower, thank you for this delicious food, thank you for the fact that United States is at peace right now, thank you for roads, thank you for women, thank you for the gym, thank you for fill in the blank.
When you have appreciation, that is one of the keys to happiness and to get in the life you want, Theodore Roosevelt. Alright guys, that's it for me in this podcast, I do appreciate you listening.
