You can get that at get the approach formula.com. That's get the approach formula.com. By the way, I'm trying to get Amazon pay on there where you can basically pay with your Amazon prime account. I know putting in all the details is a major hassle off. So I'm trying to get that set up. It may be set up by the time you check out this website. It's one click and then you can get your book. And by the way, it's only 10 bucks, which is less than what you're going to spend on lunch tomorrow.

And it shows you the step-by-step process to open a woman, engage her in conversation, get her attracted to you, make her ass work for you, and then get her phone number and have the highest chance of her actually texting you back. Again, that's get the approach formula.com, or you can click the link in the description below. All right, let's get into it, you guys. Body language for attraction. The way you move, the way you hold yourself, your mannerisms, your bearing have a huge influence on how attracted a woman is going to get to you.

Now, the reason it's so important is because your body language literally reflects what's going on inside your head. And as we've discussed at length in this podcast, what's going on in your head is extremely important because that shows how your station is in society. So basically, if you have high power belief systems, if you believe in yourself, if you have high self-esteem, lots of confidence, it's going to reflect in your body language in these infinitesimally small mannerisms and movements that women pick up on immediately. So working on your body language is one thing, but also working on your inner belief systems is another thing.

So in this podcast, I'm going to teach you how to do both at the same time so that they compound off each other and work on each other so that you can get attractive body language in the shortest amount of time possible. All right. So studies have shown that emotional reactions occur even before the brain has had time to register what's causing that reaction. So literally she can look at you and before she even has a thought about you, she's already feeling some level of attraction for you or some level of disgust for you.

And that's literally based on how you hold yourself. Like I can be standing there and just doing whatever. And a girl turns and she glances at me and within that instantaneous second, she's already probably processed thousands of things that give her an opinion about me. The way my head is held high, the way my shoulders are back, the way I'm standing, this all gives her an influence into what my status is in the pecking order, really just a gigantic pecking order. And we need to communicate that we're high in the pecking order by having confident body language.

All right. To kick off this podcast, I want to talk about actors that have good body language. You know, we're all watching movies. We all know who these actors are. And I want to give you some good examples of who has good body language. Okay. First and foremost, this is an actor who I really like and respect is Will Smith. So Will Smith has a really high self-esteem in my opinion. And if you watch any of his movies, he, he operates in a very relaxed, composed, confident way.

It's like he's confident, but he doesn't have to shove it in people's faces. And I'm going to get to that a little bit later. Why relaxed body language is actually the most important thing, but see the way he moves and the way he acts and his smile and everything about him is absolutely perfect. So check him out. We also have Russell Crowe, especially when he plays Maximus. That's my favorite movie of all time. Gladiator. If you haven't seen it yet, then, oh my God, you have a great movie waiting for you.

Gladiator is, oh my God, it's such a spectacular movie. It just, it just says all the right things about how masculinity should be, what honor is and his body language too. The way, the way he moves, the way he carries himself, he knows he's the shit, but he doesn't have to like push it onto other people. And that's absolutely perfect body language. Uh, you know, Brad Pitt, obviously Antonio Banderas, I feel has good body language, especially in my other favorite movie, the 13th warrior, which is another outstanding, ridiculously underrated movie that you guys should check out.

It's called the 13th warrior. I like the way he is in that. Um, some other people in that movie also have good body language. Like the guy, his name is Bolvite. He's the leader. Check him out. Super confident. Knows he's, he can handle himself. Knows he's the leader of men and he's got excellent body language. Um, obviously James Bond, obviously you watch any of those movies. They have great body language as little as I like the dude. And speaking of little Tom Cruz, he actually does have good body language.

I also want you guys to check out the movie swingers. If you haven't checked that out yet, uh, Vince Vaughn in that movie has excellent body language. So you guys know what this looks like. I mean, even as dudes, we can intuitively pick up on how confident a dude is just by the way he holds himself. Now in a previous podcast, we talked about the stages of confidence. I think it's called the five stages of confidence. I highly suggest that it was based off an article I wrote.

And what we talk about there is how, when you first get confidence, you want to like push it onto other people. You want to prove your confidence. So with body language, we can go overboard very easily. I noticed in the gym, there's a lot of guys who just try to go too far with it, right? Their, their chest is stuck out too far. Their, their chin is like held high in an arrogant kind of way. And it's just showing their insecurity. It's like that old saying your arrogance shows your insecurity.

Really the best body language is relaxed body language. It's you're succeeding in life, but you don't have to prove it. So what are some of the attributes of this kind of relaxed ideal body language? Well, first and foremost is to hold out your chest. You know, you're pushing out your chest. Not, not too much. Like I said, like guys do in the gym, but just, you have your chest out forward. Your shoulders are back. Your shoulders are relaxed. Really important is to have your chin up, but once again, too high can look arrogant.

So you just have your chin up. You're focused in front of you. See, there's an interesting thing where prey, prey animals have their eyes on the side of their head. Predators have eyes in the front of their face. We are a predator, but when you're looking down at the ground, you are looking like prey because that's what prey do. They, they, they cower. They look at the ground. Predators look forward. They're looking around. They're totally cognizant of their entire surroundings. So oftentimes, even when I'm walking through the gym and I'm on my cell phone, rather than looking down at my cell phone, which I feel is kind of a submissive body language type action, I'll actually hold my cell phone up a little bit more in front of my face.

So that A of all, I look more confident, but B I can actually walk and see what's in front of me while I'm on my cell phone. When I'm talking to a girl, many times women are shorter than us and most guys will cock their head downward, right? They'll, they'll push their chin into their chest and look down at her that way. What I'll typically do is I'll keep my head straight and I'll look down on her with my eyes. Just envision that right now. Picture yourself talking to a girl.

In one scene, your head is cocked downward and you're looking at her. At the other scene, your head is a little more forward and you're looking at her down with your eyes. Now, again, we have to be very careful to not look too arrogant because if your chin is up just a little bit too high and you're looking down on her with your eyes, it looks like you're literally looking down on her in an arrogant kind of way. And we want to avoid that. But when I talk to girls in the clubs, I've seen videos of myself and my students have told me about this.

I keep very straight body language. I mean, I'm relaxed. Like I'm maybe leaning on one foot. My hands are relaxed. I'm very relaxed, but it's like my chin is my, my chin stays up. My chest is out. My, my arms are back because I feel confident in that moment. Guys who are not good at speaking with women, they'll kind of take on this emissive body language. Like their drink will be held in front of their chest. Okay. They'll be leaning in a lot. Their chin will be down.

They'll be kind of cowering. Their feet will be close together. So what I want you to think too, is to take up lots of space, take up lots of space. When you stand, your feet are shoulder width apart. When you sit in a booth, you're not afraid to put your hand over the back of the booth. When you're on a train, you're not afraid to sit and take up lots of space. Open your legs. When you're in a car, you know, take up space. Don't even be afraid to lean over and have your arm on her chair.

If she's driving, I'll do that sometimes. Cross my legs, real open body language. So here's a big, important point of this. Okay. Good body language is in essence, vulnerable body language. So what do I mean by vulnerable? It means that all my essential arteries and all my essential organs are being exposed to the world. So my neck is held high that exposes my carotid artery. My chest is out that exposes my heart. I'm breathing with my tummy that exposes the essential organs inside my, my thorax or whatever the hell it's called, right?

Think about an alpha male walking in. He's not walking pigeon toed. He's walking with his toes extended outward and he's, he's exposing himself. Also the vein that goes down the leg that's being exposed. So really again, this vulnerable body language, what does it communicate? It communicates that you can handle whatever society happens to throw at you. So when you watch, let's say a Navy seal walking, he's not going to be all cowered up as the beta cuck is in the bars, right? It's a totally different kind of look because he knows he can fight.

He knows he can kick your ass. He knows that he can handle any situation that happens. So he's not afraid. And there it is, is that bad body language is fearful body language, cowering. Holding our drink in front of us is a wall that protects us. Having our feet close together is protecting our testicles from being attacked. Stuffing ourself in the smallest place possible is making an excuse for our existence saying, sorry, I'm here. Let me just stuff myself in this booth and try to take up as little space as possible.

No, you're unapologetic about being there. In fact, the way you look at it is people are stoked to have you there because you bring good energy. So when you go sit in the booth at the bar, you're spread, you're spread open, you're open. You put your arm over, you know, you talk loudly even, and I'm going to get into tone of voice in a different podcast, but you're not afraid of being heard. You walk through confidently. Now, again, this is so typical of guys who start that they take it way too far.

And I always have to give an admonition when I teach this to guys like, dude, don't take it too far. And I have a story that I tell in some of my videos where when I started with this, I walked into a bar and I went to the back and this, this black guy was there and he's like, yo, what's up, man? He's like, when you walked in, you look like the Terminator, man, your head was up, your chest was back. You were, you were like, like, you know, swagger, too much swagger.

And I was like, oh shit, you know, maybe I should calibrate down because I'm taking it too far. Well, I realized in my training that the more relaxed I am, the more at ease I am in my environment, the more comfortable I am, then the more attraction I get from girls. So your body language just becomes naturally attractive when you act that way. Okay. So let's repeat some of the things. Okay. Chin held high. You're looking forward. You're not cowering. You're not looking down. Shoulders are back.

Chest is out. You're breathing with your stomach. When you walk, you're not afraid to open up your legs. One guy I heard once back in the day said that you can even walk with your palms facing forward, like Jesus, like you're exposing your wrists. Now I know that's an odd way to walk, but just do it right now. Like expose yourself completely. Open your legs, hold your chin up, hold your chest out. I'm totally exposed. You're totally exposed right now. And that's vulnerable, but it's also attractive.

So sometimes I'll try that in the clubs, kind of just open up my arms a little bit, open up my body language, be very, very confident with it. Also the look on your face. I noticed many guys who are good with women, they have kind of a smirk on their face. I call it a wry smile, W-R-Y, a wry smile. And I noticed too, I'll have that look on my face after I've been having a really successful night. Like if I've had 10 sets, I just went awesome.

Girls were super attracted to me. I was the alpha of the club. I'm just getting feedback from all over the place. I'm just like killing it. Then I'll get kind of a smirk on my face. It's not like a teeth exposing smile, but instead it's kind of just smiling with your lips just slightly. And that shows, Hey, I'm succeeding in life. I'm stoked about it. Why don't you come join me? Because this is where the winners are. So girls obviously don't want to be with guys who are pissed off or sad or have submissive body language or have bad energy.

They want to be with the winner. They want to align with the dude who's going to bring her up. So when you have that slight smirk on your face, it's almost too like you know something she doesn't know. You figured out a key to life that she wants clue in on. So I'll oftentimes have that smirk on my face. Not all the time. It depends, but oftentimes I'll do that. And that shows confidence. It shows success. It shows the perfect kind of body language. All right.

In addition to showing that you're secure in your environment, good body language is composed. That is to say what other people say or do has little effect on your body language. So let's say you're talking to a girl and she takes a verbal stab at you. She's like, Ooh, why are you wearing those pants? And you close up just a little bit. You are a little bit reactive to that in your body language that immediately shows her that she got into your reality. And that's unattractive because as I'm going to explain in frame control, you must have a stronger frame than she does.

You have to be so sure yourself, so ensconced in your own reality that if she says those pants are stupid, you actually find it laughable and your body language isn't affected by it. Or a guy comes up to you and you'll see this. They've done studies. Go on YouTube. I've watched a million of these videos where a bigger dude will come up to a guy. He'll close up. The guy who gets approached by the bigger dude will close up his body language. He may move his drink away from him.

He may shift his weight slightly and close up his arms, close up his legs, even slightly. His chin will get tucked down. He'll cower. Okay. That's, I mean, think about monkeys. Monkeys are perfect examples. They're extreme examples of this. Think about the silverback gorilla walking through the tribe, walking through the, what's a gorilla clan called? I don't fucking know. I can't think of it. Anyway, think about a silverback, right? Walking through. He's like, now again, we can't go too extreme with this, but it's a good example.

And then think about the beta, the beta cuck. He's like, he like, you know, he, he closes up. So when in a social situation, you want to be very cognizant of how the social situation is affecting your body language. In addition to this, I tell you guys to go open girls and be in a good state. Okay. Well, body language can give you a state just like state can give you good body language. It works the other way around. And that this is really, really important.

So before I go out, I always do this thing. I stand in my room or in my garage or whatever. And I hold my hands up in a victory pose. Like I just won the Olympics for two minutes and I'll walk around in circles and I'll be like, I'm a champion, dude. Fuck yeah. I'm going to kill it tonight. I'm going to get it, dude. It's on bro. I'm bringing so much good energy. I'm a go giver. I'm a champion, dude. You're a winner, dude. You're a winner.

And I just like pump myself up. Well, what happens is when you hold that position for two minutes, it's been scientifically proven that your testosterone goes up by 30%. Now guys with high testosterone also have good body language because like I said, the inner affects the outer and the outer affects the inner. So to get yourself into a good state, the outer affecting the inner, we want to get pumped up and get into good body language before we do scary things. Say for example, you're in a room, right?

And everybody has to introduce themselves and talk for two minutes and you're a 10th in line and you're sitting there listening to everybody else give their introductions and you're sitting there in a seat, your legs are crossed, your arms are crossed in front of you and you're kind of listening and you have this really submissive body language going on. Dude, you are setting yourself up for failure. What you should do is lean back, open your legs, open your arms, even put your hands up behind your head, like almost like you're making a pillow out of your hands and listen and get extremely confident body language.

Also when you're breathing, how does somebody who's winning breathe? You're right. They breathe in long, deep breaths. People who are scared breathe like when you're nervous, you're going to realize that your breathing naturally wants to do that. So my advice to you is before you go open, girls, take deep breaths, breathe deeply, be a champion, feel like you just won the fucking Super Bowl. In addition to this, listen to music that you love in your car and sing to it, whatever it is. Sometimes I like to listen to Linkin Park and I'll just sing on the way to the club to open up my vocal box, open up my body language.

Then when I walk into the club, I make sure I take big steps open, you know, that silverback gorilla walking to the bar. I also open people to get warmed up as I've discussed in previous podcasts, but it's important to make sure your state is in a positive life affirming champion state before you go out, because then it's going to be affecting your body language. Now, in the same way that the inner affects the outer, the outer affects the inner. When you have positive body language every day, your beliefs are going to start changing.

You're going to start thinking, oh, you know, I kind of am a champion or I am good with women. I am attractive. Those negative thoughts that you used to have about yourself are going to go away and new thoughts are going to replace them. This, by the way, is the fundamental reason that handwriting analysis works. Handwriting analysis basically shows us our personality based on our handwriting. I've studied it extensively and it's actually really interesting because you can tell a person's confidence, how open they are, how sexual they are, how long it takes for them to let go of something, all kinds of really cool things you can tell with the handwriting.

Why does it work? It's because your inner belief systems are reflected in your small muscle movements. So when you're handwriting, that inner thought, that inner belief, those inner attitudes, they're all affected in this handwriting and you can read somebody's personality based on that. So when we get the inner right, when we practice affirmations, when we tell ourselves we're a champion, when we get rid of these negative thoughts, then we do have good body language. Now, the best body language, of course, is when you're not thinking about it.

So the best you're ever going to be with women is when you go from conscious application to unconscious flow. Now, this is the nature of all mastery. So anything you do, let's say you're a baseball player. At first, you have to practice your swing. Think about all the mechanics of it. Think about where your feet are. Think about everything. But eventually, when you get to the pro level, it becomes unconscious flow. It just happens based off muscle memory. Well, it's the same thing with good body language.

When you've been practicing good body language and the affirmations and all these things that I've taught today over and over and over again for months on end, then you're just going to have naturally good body language. And one day you're going to be walking through the gym and you're going to be thinking about something completely not related to this. And you're going to look over and there'll be a girl checking you out. And you're like, oh shit, what the hell? Girls never checked me out before.

Oh, it must be because I've been working so hard on my body language and my inner belief systems. All right, guys. So that's it for body language. I thank you so much for listening. If you found any value whatsoever in my teachings, I would appreciate a review. I know I'm pushing this really hard lately and you're sick of hearing about it, but dude, like you have no idea how much it helps us. It helps us get up in the algorithm so that more people can listen to us.

So just take a minute, do a dude a favor and give us a quick review. Also, just to reiterate, I do give coaching, one-on-one coaching to have me in your corner working on you specifically on all your sticking points is absolutely paramount to getting you success in the quickest way possible.
