About this episode
All great things start as ideas before you put in the work to make them a reality. Without putting active effort into visualizing your plans, goals, and what you want your future to look like you will significantly reduce the chances of them becoming your reality.
Visualization is self-fulfilling and will help you significantly on your journey to success.
In today's episode, Mark shares his own experiences and best practices when it comes to using tactical visualization, as well as how it's helped him on his own journey to achieving success in both his personal and professional life.

And this thing, tactical visualization, is in my opinion, one of the most effective ways to improve your life in a way that's joyful, in a way that doesn't take hard work, in a way that gets you back into that childhood wonder of thinking about how you want your life to be. And we are going to talk about exactly how to do that today. Gentlemen, when I say I'm appreciative, I mean that sincerely. They want to just tell me how much this podcast has really helped them. The absolute best thing you can do is help me grow this. Did you guys know that one of the hardest things to do is to attract new listeners to a podcast? The fact that this podcast has so many listeners is a testament to you guys telling your friends about it, you guys giving reviews, and because you guys sharing the positivity and generosity that I've tried to show to you.
So sincerely, gentlemen, I really do appreciate it. And if you want to try to help me out, that is the single best thing you can do. Like my podcast, subscribe, specifically on iTunes. They now have a new subscribe button. You have no idea how much it'll help me out because the more of you who subscribe, the more iTunes is going to send over listeners to listen to my podcast. For those of you on Spotify, you can now leave comments on each episode and you can leave a review.
So if you could kindly do that for me, if you feel that I've given you value and you want to try to help me out, brother, please do it right now. I know a lot of you guys are like, yeah, yeah, I'll get to it later. No, I'm serious, man. Right now, if you would be so kind as to click into whatever app you're listening to this on and either like it, leave a review, give me five stars, subscribe and follow on either iTunes, YouTube, which I totally got sandboxed on YouTube.
That would really help me as well as Spotify, give a rating, leave some comments for the episodes that really, really helps me out. And that'll show your appreciation towards me just as much as I appreciate you. So let's go ahead and jump into the content. So what is this thing? Tactical visualization. This is something I found out by listening to self-improvement seminars, specifically in the spirituality realm. I know a lot of you guys have been listening for a long time and the spirituality stuff is really interesting to me.
In fact, I spend most of my evenings listening to near-death experience kind of stuff, talks from people who are ascended masters and talks from people who teach you how to get the life that we all want. A lot of people will say, the thing that I want most is to be happy, but oftentimes we aren't happy, are we? I want you to think about how many times per day, if you're to be completely honest with me, do you say to yourself, I don't want to be here or I don't want to be doing what I'm doing?
For the vast majority of you guys, I can almost guarantee that's most of the time. So think about this. Our desire is to be happy, to be content, to have a good life, right? But most of us spend the majority of our time doing shit we don't want to do, doing stuff that we resent and resisting the flow of life. We're essentially swimming upstream. Why do you think this is? Well, if we look at this concept called the law of attraction, which dictates that like energy attracts like energy, oftentimes we're complaining in our head.
Oftentimes we've let go of those dreams we had as children because we don't see how they can manifest. Now, I really want you to take this on board and I want you to consider this. Do you let yourself daydream? Do you let yourself imagine how you'd like your life to be? Or do you spend the majority of your time either resenting how your life is, or you're just kind of in this derpa give up state where you go through the motions, but you're not really enjoying it?
Why is it that we've given up on daydreaming? Why is it that when we were children, we used to dream about doing things like being a professional baseball player, being a rich actor, going overseas and being a commando or whatever it was that we strongly desired when we were kids. And now we've given up on it. We've almost given up on our dreams because oftentimes life kicks you right in the fucking nuts, doesn't it? Lately, I've been calling it the right foot of fellowship, right into the goddamn nuts, telling you, bitch, you can't get what you want.
So stop freaking hoping, stop daydreaming. It ain't going to happen for you. Get to your shitty nine to five job that you resent. Go date that fat chick who you're not attracted to. Settle down, get the kids, get the dog and just give up. Life's a bitch. And then you marry one, which is a lot of people's philosophies. Well, I believe the whole reason our lives are like that is because we don't allow ourselves to want those things that we really want because we can't see how they're going to manifest.
We can't see how they're going to come along. For example, wanting to get really good with women and get a hot chick in your bed. You guys hear me tell you all the damn time, come into my program. I have a 10 magnet production facility. Would you just come into the program? You idiots. And a lot of you guys are like, nah, it can never happen to me because you've relegated yourself to a certain station in life via your own thinking process. Here's how the universe works.
You tell the universe what you are and the universe says, correct. That's what you are. You tell the universe how your life is and the universe says, okay, that's how your life is. All it is, this is a big mirror. No matter what you think, no matter what you do, and no matter most importantly, what you say, it's going to come back to you. So throughout our childhood, we had big dreams, right? And we're going towards those dreams. Then we get knocked down and we're told oftentimes by our parents, teachers, and coaches, you can't achieve that.
You're just not that kind of guy who can achieve that reality. You're not good enough. So then new meta programs are put into our head, which is I'm not good enough. I'm not going to make a lot of money. I'm not going to be able to do the job I really want. And God bless America. There's no way in hell I'll be able to pull a hot girl. So we relegate ourselves to a lower station in life based off those bad meta programs and belief systems that others gave us.
And we stop dreaming. We stop dreaming because we can't see how it will manifest. And we don't want to go through the pain of disappointment. How many times have you been disappointed, brother? If you're like me, as well as the rest of the brothers listening, many freaking times. And you know what, guys, I don't say this enough to you. The fact that you came into this incarnation on earth, and this is what I believe you can agree with me or not, doesn't really matter. But in my opinion, the fact that you came to this school, as some people call it, or this place to have an experiential experience of what it's like to be on earth, you're a fucking soldier, man.
And this is what all the mystics say, all the great teachers, all those people who have had near-death experiences. They're like, man, earth is the toughest school. And anybody who volunteers for this shit is a warrior, a spiritual warrior. You have been through hell. So do not insult yourself or put yourself down because you've given up hope in a way, because you've given up dreams in a way, and you just can't see how it'll happen. So you don't allow yourself to want it. What I want to postulate to you is to renew that sense of hope and renew those dreams.
Because when you dream about it, and this is where we get into tactical visualization, you are going to attract it to yourself. Look, I didn't always have a successful podcast. I wasn't always good with women. I was not always monetarily successful. I've come from a pretty low place of not being able to get sex. The only time my dick was wet was in the shower, not having any money whatsoever, not having a successful business. In fact, I've tried to launch this seduction business many times over.
I probably failed about 10 times. It wasn't until I started really allowing myself to feel what it would be like to be good with women, to have a good business, to be successful monetarily. Did those things get attracted to me? Why is that? The universal principle of like attracts like. Very fucking simple. Okay. This vibration is going to attract this vibration. So if you're vibrating at a level of, eh, my life sucks. I don't like my job. I don't make enough money. I'm not meant to make a lot of money.
I'm not meant to be with a hot girl. I just have to settle for a canyon mule and hope that she doesn't make my life too miserable. That's what you're going to get. But on the other side of the coin, if you allow yourself to visualize the life that you want and feel it, and I'm going to get to that in a second, really feel it, you will attract that to yourself. And now we have tactical visualization. What is this? Tactical means purposeful, going towards your goal.
Visualization is visualization. I also sometimes call it tactical daydreaming, but I didn't think that would get as many clicks. So I changed it to tactical visualization. Here's how it works. Once a day, and I'm going to talk about myself because I'm the only person here to talk about, and this has changed my life. So please hear me out. Once a day, I will allow myself about 15, 20, 30 minutes, sometimes an hour to daydream about those things that I want to produce in my life. Now, what I do is after I drop off my daughter, I go drive in the mountains of Colorado.
I put on some meditation music and I just continue to ask myself, how would it feel if, and that's the operative phrase. So I want you to really remember this. How would it feel if I was making this much money? And then I imagine that money coming in, the payments going cha-ching. I imagine investing it into my investment account, building my net worth so I can achieve my dream of financial independence. And I just bask in that glory, man. I think about all the traveling me and my family can do, the adventures we can have, going camping, ATVing, going on sick fishing trips, like out to Alaska.
I imagine getting flown out there and riding horses into the back country and doing some awesome fly fishing in those untouched streams where there's no pressure on the fish. And I'm just catching these huge salmon, sending them back to Marissa in Colorado. Even as I'm talking about it right now, I'm getting shivers, man, because that's how practiced I am on visualizing what I want. I live in a beautiful house right now that when I pull up to it, I literally feel like I'm in a dream.
Why do I feel like I'm in a dream? It's because I dreamed about this house along with Marissa tactically. And we, in our opinion, manifested it. We live right next to Red Rocks Amphitheater. Have you guys ever heard of that? It's in Colorado. You could Google it. We live literally right across the freeway from that place. And my daughter is going to go to Red Rocks Elementary School. The place is like a dream come true. It's right next to Red Rocks Amphitheater. It's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen right up into the mountains.
This is a fucking dream come true. And sometimes I have to pinch myself because of what we've been able to manifest because we let ourselves hope. We let ourselves daydream. We create our reality before we experience it. And not only does that happen with Marissa and I, it happens with you too, brother. Everything around you from your job to the girls you're dating, the car you're driving, the place you're living in, the clothes you're wearing, was a thought inside your head before it ever manifested. Let me ask you this.
Does the manifestation deem worthy of who you are as a man? I can almost guarantee you, no, it doesn't. And it's nothing to be ashamed about, brother, because they don't teach you this shit in middle or high school. So it's not your fault. We're just kind of on autopilot, pressing print on a printer that spits out the same results over and over again. And this is why I love NLP. NLP changes metaprograms so that you think differently. Thus you attract different situations into your life. So in the case of me and this tactical visualization, I go on a drive after I drop off my daughter.
I do the drive through the mountains and I just visualize every single thing. And I ask myself that all important phrase, what would it feel like if I had this house? I had this living situation. I had, for your case, these kinds of girls I'm dating. What would it feel like if I was making this much money? What would it feel like if I got to retire early and go play golf every day? Or what would it feel like if I was able to achieve my dream of being a professional baseball player, basketball player, an actor, whatever it is that your biggest dream is, allow yourself brother to ask that question.
What would it feel like if, and here's the reason this is so effective because like vibrations attract like vibrations. When you say, what would it feel like if you're automatically getting into that vibration? And if you visualize it enough, and this is why I suggest doing it at least every day, it starts to become attracted to you. The universe shifts and moves and situations come to you and serendipitous circumstances manifest as if out of thin air, but I guarantee you there are no coincidences. And I guarantee you, this is a very intentional structured universe that works on your thoughts.
Your thoughts create your life. It has been proven scientifically, but more important than that, in my opinion, all the great masters say it from the Dalai Lama to Eckhart Tolle to Buddha, to Jesus, to everybody. It's all in the wisdom of those books and teachings that your thoughts create your reality. Now we get back to tactical visualization. What kind of job do you want? How much money do you want to make? What kind of girl do you want, brother? Let yourself visualize her writing you in your bed.
You see her tits, you see her stomach, you see her hot face, writing you cowboy style, which was always my visualization, and it will manifest if you allow yourself to feel. And that's the operative word, four letters, F-E-E-L. You have to feel it as if it's happening in the here and now. So the tactical visualization is allowing yourself to daydream like you are a kid. Why don't we allow ourselves to do that anymore? Because we don't want to be disappointed. And we think that daydreaming is pointless.
So instead, we're hitting print on the same life circumstances over and over again, because we think that somehow our fate or we're relegated to this. No, no, no, no. You know what your fate is? That which you want most. In my opinion, you incarnated into this world with a purpose to manifest that dream life that you want most. What would you do, brother, if you had no chance of failure? That's what I want you to start focusing on. That's what I want you to start dreaming about.
Tactically visualizing it with that all important question, how would it feel if? And if you do a ceremony every single day as I do, driving through Morrison, Colorado, up into Evergreen, and through the mountains of letting yourself visualize it, letting yourself feel it, feeling good, getting enthusiastic, getting pumped about your deepest desires, you will manifest them. And you're going to feel good and you're going to feel appreciative. And then when you come back home, you're going to be like, you know what? Even though I don't have that girl and don't have that money yet, I still have it pretty good.
I can see, I can hear, I'm relatively healthy. I have a roof over my head and food in the refrigerator. And that appreciation for what you have also works into it where you get more of what you think. What you think about, you create in your life. And I really want you to remember that. So if you're saying thank you for all the money that I've been given, even though it's not as much as I want, I'm still appreciative for that. The universe says, oh, you like that, huh?
Here's some more, buddy. Thank you for all these women that I've been able to date. And more importantly, gentlemen, thank you for women in general. They're so beautiful. They're so graceful. They're so elegant and feminine. Their voices, the way they smell, oh my God, titties and ass, it's the best. And if you thank it, it'll come back to you. So I want to put it out to you, brother. Tactical visualization. Let's work this into your everyday schedule where you tactically visualize and you go through those different parts of your life.
What kind of body do you want to have? What would you feel if you looked in the mirror and you had that six pack and you're just shredded, like you have gills down by your Adonis belt and you're just fucking completely jacked and all these girls are jocking you? And then what would it be like to date the hottest chick, the last girl that you masturbated to on Pornhub.com? That's right. With your frequent masturbator platinum card, what would it be like to have that girl in your bed?
What would it feel like? What would it feel like to make that money, man, and drive that car you really want? To do that job you really want? To retire early if that's your goal. Whatever it is that you want most, I am giving you permission to let yourself want it. But most importantly, let yourself daydream about it or visualize about it by asking that question. What would it feel like? What would it feel like to get all you guys to tell your friends about this podcast, to follow me on iTunes, to like my podcast on Spotify?
God, that feels good, guys. And I fucking appreciate you, man. So if you got something from this, first of all, use it, bro. Don't just listen and say, oh, that's a good idea and never use it. Go out there and execute. Because I guarantee you, it is going to change your life as it has done mine. And secondly, if you find appreciation for what I've given you, one of the best things you can do as a testament to the universe is give back. Because when you give, it's going to come back to you tenfold.
Just you watch. So tactical visualization, that's part of your schedule now. Being appreciative for what you already have. And even being appreciative for those things that are coming to you. And giving before you ask for anything in return. As I've tried so humbly to do in this podcast with 500 and what is it, 35 episodes of good content that I hope will help you out. So gentlemen, I do appreciate you. I appreciate you listening. I appreciate you supporting me. And if you could just let yourself feel that feeling that you will get when you achieve XYZ goal, you will achieve that goal.
Because it's all about like attracts like. Tactical visualization. What would it feel like if? That's the question for the next several months. And just watch how it changes your life. I draw a podcast on Mondays and Thursdays. So please stay tuned for the next one. And I will see you in the next episode.
