Welcome to the Unapologetic Man Podcast, the only podcast that's all about self-improvement, confidence, success, women, and being a man without making any apologies for it. What is up, guys? Thank you for tuning in to another episode of The Uniform, Mike, Papa. I thank you very much for listening, and I back up that thank you with a renewed sense of appreciation. Today, we're going to be talking about what you should be assuming with life, with women, with seduction, with getting girls attracted to you. This is a hugely important mental concept that I want to help you guys get down because this is going to make your life a hundred times better.

It's going to make you a hundred times more attractive to women, and it's all coming from what's going on inside your head. So we're going to get into that today. I'm going to teach you how to think in the right ways to get girls attracted to you, and you're going to be surprised. When you start thinking like this, you're going to start noticing girls checking you out. Girls are going to approach you. You're going to be sweated in the nightclubs or the supermarkets or wherever you go, and you're going to be like, God damn, that Uncle Mark Singh really knows what the F he's talking about.

And I do, brother. You know? Not to smack my own ass and give myself so much credit, but look, I've coached a lot of dudes over the years, and I know what works. And this mentality change really works well, not only to get girls more attracted to you, but also to maximize your life as a man and get the life you really want. After all, you get the life you choose, and it's that little truth that we're going to delve further into during this podcast. Before I jump into the content, I want to thank all you guys for the reviews.

They have been absolutely awesome. If this podcast meets the cut, I would appreciate a review, and then after you do that, you can email me at coachmarksingh at gmail.com, and blow! I will send you a bunch of cool shit. The Conversation Sniper, 150 deadly one-liners to build attraction. If you're not funny with girls, if you can't think of what to text them, you can't think of what to say to them in the conversation, then this book is specifically for you. I'll also send you a guide to the female orgasm, how to turn her into a screaming demon that looks like she just got hit with a tornado, and three texts to build massive attraction in women.

Do these three texts alone, and you will get them attracted to you. Just leave me the review, email me, and I will send you those, as well as three awesome videos. I like to give more than I ask for in return, but man, those reviews are just something else, dude. And I got to be honest with you. Look, I'm not trying to be outcome dependent, but I'm a little bit addicted to it. I log on every morning, and I check out the reviews, and I'm like, oh, I got another one.

Oh, God. And I read it, and I'm like, oh, that Brian is so nice. And I send you a silent thank you, and it really does make my day. It shouldn't make my day as much as it does, but I got to be honest with you. It makes my day a little bit. So please leave me with a review, or at the very least, tell a friend about this. Trying to grow the podcast, trying to make this into a big movement, so we can make the world a better place with more masculine, self-esteem-oriented men.

So what do you say we jump into the content? All right, assume. You should be assuming certain things about life. Now, if you listen to my previous podcast about the law of attraction, I talk about how the things that you think are attracted to you by way of the universal law called the law of attraction. So if you're always thinking things are going to go bad for you, then things are going to go bad for you. If you're thinking things are going to be going good for you, then things are going to go good for you.

Now, the interesting thing about me personally is I've seen both completely different mind states in my life. In my 20s, I was really negative. And I had a shitty life, man. Things just didn't work out for me. I always had bad luck. I would always be the guy to get the speeding ticket, the parking ticket, the flat tire, the girl blowing them out, the bad news. Just everything would go wrong for me. And now, in my 30s and 40s, I switch that into assuming that things work out for me.

And here's where we enter the assumption of assuming that things work out for you. So right now, I want you to visit the possibility that you assume that you are lucky. And that's been the big difference for me is I assume I'm lucky. I believe I'm lucky, and I really do, legitimately do, believe that I was born under a lucky star. Now, if you're the kind of guy who needs evidence for this, which is like I am, then let me give you a little evidence, okay?

So first of all, the chances of you being born on this planet, I heard some ridiculous estimate of it by that guy, Gary V. I don't know if you follow him. But he said your chances of getting born into this world, into this life, is like one in like 15 trillion or something like that. I'm kind of pulling that out of my ass, but it's like a really rare number, okay? So you won the lottery basically 10 times in a row just to get born into this world.

Now, let's talk about the country you're born in. Most of you guys in the United States, Canada, other affluent countries where you could probably get a podcast like this one on your cell phone, okay? You won the lottery again. Another thing is you were born probably in the late 1900s or the early 2000s or like me in 1977, right around then. Bro, are you kidding me? We were born in literally the best time of all human history. If we were born back in the Stone Ages or the Dark Ages or the Renaissance or any of that bullshit, our lives would have been hell.

Don't even get me started on what the Native Americans and the Westerners used to do to each other. Like I'm talking, it was bad, man. Really bad. I would be terrified every night just to sleep in Indian country because they would literally like cut off your eyelids, dig you all the way up to your head, let the sun burn your eyeballs, and then like cut off your penis, stick it in your mouth, sew your mouth shut, and wait for a grizzly bear to come eat your fucking head.

This was commonplace. And it's all throughout history. Nowadays, I mean, if that shit happens, it makes world news. Like we've really moved away from the psychosis of being brutally, brutally bad to each other. And that's a huge evolutionary step in human consciousness. And because you were born now, man, your life is so good. I mean, talk about winning the lottery. Life is so much easier than it used to be. So much easier. I should do a podcast dedicated to it. But I really like to read stories about like the Native Americans, the frontiersmen, the mountain men, the trappers, you know, came out to Colorado because I'm into that kind of stuff.

And bro, the stories. Oh my God. And that's just from one little slice of human history. Think about in Europe, like all the shit that happened, like during the dark ages, all the torture and fighting and all the wars. I mean, the Roman empire, like, and, and dude, think about it. We didn't have medicine, right? Like you get one little headache, dude, there's nothing to help you. Maybe you can chew on some, you know, aspen leaf because it has a little bit of aspirin in it, but that's barely going to help you.

What if you have like a serious medical problem? Have you ever thought about that? Recently, I got vertigo and vertigo is basically you feel dizzy. The reason that happens is because you have little crystals inside your ear canal and those crystals are responsible for your positional awareness. So if you move your head left, the crystal moves and it tells the nerves that your head is moving left. It's really cool. What happens with people who get vertigo is those crystals get knocked out of place. Well, fortunately, I just YouTubed it.

How do, what, what's happening here? Why am I a little bit dizzy? And it's like, oh, you have BPPV, which is like, um, benign positional vertigo or something like that. So they showed you the moves to do. Okay. Put your head like this for five seconds, put your head like this for 30 seconds, put your head like that for 30 seconds and boom, it was gone because they moved all the crystals back into the proper place. What if I was a native American back in like 1730 and I woke up dizzy, I would have to live with that for the rest of my life.

And I mean, not talking about all the digestive problems, the heart problems, the fill in the blank problems that a lot of us have. We can just get them cured this fast. So bro, you have won the lottery. You are in the best, best time and place throughout all of human history. So you need to think already that you were born lucky when you think you're born lucky. And when you look at the things around you that you should be appreciative for, you begin to believe you're lucky.

Now, like the law of attraction says, when you believe you're lucky, you start to get that to come back into your life. And then what happens is the evidence further substantiates the belief. The belief gets further rooted into your subconscious mind. You believe it more and more. And then that's how your life turns out. So I believe I'm really lucky and I believe that always things work out for me. For example, today we went to go play golf. I fucking suck at golf. I'm horrible at it.

I played like five times, but I just have this belief that like I'm a fucking champion and I'm a great sportsman and I can really figure anything out. And like, I do pretty good. Actually, people are pretty surprised at how well I do and how far I hit that fucking ball, man. I love it. And I always say to people, I'm like, watch this, right? And in a way you have to have a deep seated belief that you're special and you can do things that maybe other people don't believe they can do.

And I had my NLP coach tell me once, he told me this. He's like, look, when things go wrong, you have to say to yourself, it's not my fault. Okay. There were circumstances that happened. For example, you're playing golf and you have a shitty day. Well, I drank too much caffeine. Now, I really want to put a caveat on this. This is to yourself. You don't want to make excuses to other people, but you always want to have an outside reason for your failure. Like approaching a girl and she rejects you.

Oh, she probably had a boyfriend or I wasn't her type, which actually is pretty true. So you always kind of rationalize it to yourself that it wasn't you. But when things go right, you rationalize it to yourself that it was you. And what happens is you get into this energy flux of believing in yourself more and more. Now, I know this can sound like making excuses. Okay. And I know this is the opposite of humility. So I want to say you never announce it to other people.

Like if I had a shitty golf game because I drank too much caffeine, let's say, I wouldn't have said to the group like, oh, I'm hitting shitty because I drank too much caffeine. In fact, I would play the humility card. Hey, I suck at golf. What can I say? Try my best out there, guys, but I kind of suck dick. You know, it is what it is. I don't golf very often, but in my head, I'm like, yeah, bro, I drink too much caffeine. Right. And then when I have a great golf game, it's like, yeah, dude, I'm a fucking champion, man.

I'm a natural sportsman. I'm naturally lucky. But then again, to the outside people, you say, oh, I got, I got lucky. You know, things just happened for me. So take Jocko, for example. Jocko is a podcast host. He was a Navy SEAL, the most humble guy you'll ever come across. I guarantee you in his own head, he's very, very sure of himself. He's very, very confident. And he talks to himself in a way that he's not only entitled, but he feels that he's lucky and he feels that he's special.

He said once, if this plane crashes, I'm going to be the only guy that survives. I really believe that. And I took that from him and I incorporated that into my belief system so that anytime I fly on a plane, I say to myself, I'll be the guy that saves everybody on here. I'm going to be the lone survivor because I'm lucky. And I kind of stole that from Jocko, but it's a great mindset. So you're always feeling like you're lucky and you're always assuming that things are going to work out for you.

And this is where assuming is the secret of life is you assume things are going to work out. You assume you're lucky. You assume you're going to be good at something. And if you're not, it's not your fault. You know, like with me and golfing, I suck. Like legit, I'm not that good. I barely ever make par, which I guess, forgive my ignorance of golf for you golf players out there, but I guess par is the average number of hits it takes to make the ball into the hole.

Well, like if it's a par four, I'll rarely get four hits. I'll get like five or six. Once in a while, I'll get four, but I suck. I'm not that good. But in my own head, I'm like, dude, I shouldn't be this good after only playing five times. And bro, I hit that fucking ball so hard. It's so fun, right? I just started playing golf. I'm like, dude, this is the shit. I always put it off for years. People would invite me. I'll be like, that's fucking stupid.

Then I went one day and I was like, whoa, this is fun. Especially when you just fucking nail that thing with the driver. Ooh, that's fun. So we went today. I played pretty shitty, but in my own head, I was like, hey, I played shitty because I was hot. You know, I was wearing a black t-shirt. I had a lot of caffeine. I was a little shaky. And then when people ask you, hey, how did you do? You say, ah, not so good. But in your head, you're like, yeah, I did pretty good for the circumstances.

See how that works? Anybody who's humble, I guarantee you, they're very sure of themselves inside themselves because they wouldn't have the talent. They wouldn't have the results unless they truly believed in themselves. And unless they had this assumptive mentality that I can do this, I'm lucky. Things work out for me. I'm fucking blessed under a lucky star. I'm a money magnet. I just thank you for all the money. And I'm very appreciative, right? Thank you for this life. Thank you for my amazing daughter who's perfectly healthy.

Thank you for my amazing woman who's an amazing gift to me and to the world. Thank you for Colorado. Thank you for the mountains. Thank you for elk. Thank you for all these things that are in my life that make me feel lucky. And then what happens? The law of attraction gives you more and more and more. And I just like constantly giving money away to homeless people, buying shit for my friends, hooking people up. And then what happens? I get more awesome clients like you.

I get more people who want to give me money for like shit I didn't even do. Like money just shows up in my life because I feel like I'm lucky and I assume it's going to show up in my life. And that's what I want you guys to do too. Moving on to women. You need to assume that every single girl is attracted to you, bro. Yes. I know this sounds crazy, but when I go to the supermarket, every single last girl is attracted to me.

Even the grandmas are freaking attracted to me. The lady at the checkout is attracted to me. The lady who happened to look at me from the Starbucks area is attracted to me. The person who I almost hit their cart and she looked up at me. The reason she looked up at me is because she's attracted, not because I almost hit her cart. Okay. So in this game, you kind of almost have to be delusional, but what I call it is sanely delusional, knowing that you're delusional and kind of knowing it's bullshit, but at the same time, believing it.

You see that balance there? Psychosis is believing your fantasies. Being healthy is knowing you have a fantasy and it is a fantasy, but still choosing to believe it anyway with the consciousness of knowing that it's kind of a fantasy and it's slightly delusional. So I want you guys to assume that every single chick is attracted to you. I want you to assume that the date is going to go perfect. I want you to assume that she's going to be into you, that you're going to have sex with her, it's that assumptiveness about being attractive that makes you attractive.

Why? Because when a girl's attracted to you, you act differently. You're very comfortable. You're not stressed out. She's already fucking attracted to you. So who cares what happens? You've already won the game, right? She's attracted. So you can just be yourself, not stress it. And then when you assume every girl's attracted to you, you act differently. I'm telling you, you walk differently, you talk differently, your hands move differently. Everything changes about you when you assume that these women are attracted to you. I assume that every single dude listening right now, including you, bro, is enjoying what I'm saying so that when I assume that it just flows out of me, I assume this podcast is going to go good.

And that's why I can sit down with only a rough idea what I'm going to talk about and then just fucking blah, just bust it out, almost like I'm reading from notes sometimes, is because I just assume I know this shit. I've talked about it a billion times. So it's going to come out perfect. It's going to work out. It's going to sound good. I believe spirit guides me. And that's what my purpose is with this podcast, is being guided by something bigger than me. And because I have that why, which is another thing I talked about, my why is both to provide for my family and also to create superior men or help men step into the best versions of themselves.

That's why I was put on this earth. I really believe I'm what's called a light worker. A light worker is somebody who helps other people lift their light, step into who they were truly supposed to be, find their purpose so that together we can awaken the collective consciousness of humanity. And that's really what I believe my purpose is. So when I sit down to do this podcast, I know it's part of that purpose. And I know that, you know, there's nothing that's going to demotivate me.

That's why I'm always on time Monday, Wednesday, Friday, but I assume it's going to go well. I assume you guys are going to like it. You know, sometimes I have a little voice in my head that says, bro, like, what if you run out of things to talk about? And I'm like, no, no, fucking kick that out. That's some negative scarcity bullshit. There's plenty to talk about. Self-development goes on forever. There's always something to talk about. Getting girls is such a multifaceted, nebulous diamond of different avenues that I can talk about.

I'll never run out of content. I could do 5,000 podcast episodes and that you guys will still be learning things. I'll be learning things. Because again, I think spirit talks through me. Half the time when I'm sitting here talking, I'm just fucking going, going, going. I'm like, where's this coming from? I don't even know where this is coming from. But I assume it's going to come. I assume that the information is there deep below the surface and it's going to come out when I allow it to.

And so when you go with women, when you go out, when you go into the supermarkets, wherever it may be that you're gaming girls, I want you guys to assume every single girl in there is attracted to you. Every single girl wants you to talk to her. Every single girl in there would definitely give you her phone number. And a lot of you guys, if you think about it, you're assuming the opposite, aren't you? You're assuming, oh, no girl's into me. Oh, I'm unattractive. Oh, I'm not really like good looking.

I'm not ripped enough. I'm not this enough. I'm not, I'm not, I'm not, I'm not. Look at what that is. That's a symbol to the universe. You're right. You're right, buddy. You're not enough. So let's start switching it. Whoa, maybe Mark is right. Maybe if I simply switch what I'm assuming, switch from a scarcity mindset into an abundance mindset and also switch from being complaining into appreciation, then the results will start changing themselves. Quick note on this. Sometimes your previous thoughts have momentum. Okay. And what happens is you were thinking negatively for years, thinking down on yourself for years.

And what happens is you change your thinking, but then the results don't come as fast as you want them to. So it's going to take a little while for those to switch over, but I want you to try to do this. I want you to try to assume everything's going to work out for me. All girls are attracted to me. I'm a fucking alpha in the making and girls are really going to start getting into me and then watch what happens, man. I mean, you'll probably even send me an email like, bro, like these girls are really starting to react to me differently.

Then when that starts happening, like I said, then you're like, whoa, this does work. And you get the belief in your head that it works. And then it's over because once you see the evidence, then you're really going to believe in it. And then once you really believe in it, it's a snowball. And then eventually you get to the point where I am, where you literally feel lucky, almost like you're a walking saint to which all these great things happen to you. You're just blessed. Like God has chosen you as his special child to which he just blesses over and over again.

And I'm telling you, had I stayed in my previous mind state in my 20s, I wouldn't be experiencing that life. But since I've changed my thoughts, well, then you kind of become that blessed being. Here's more money. Here's more girls. Here's more experiences. Here's more opportunities. Run into this guy. Meet this person. Like, bro, like throughout my daily life, I meet the coolest people. And the reason that is because they're attracted to me like a magnet. And then when I meet them, I'm like, wow, I am lucky, dude.

I met this guy. I got this hookup. I got this for free. I got that offer. I got this, that, and the third. And then it's just more and more and more. It's a snowball that goes upward rather than downward. So if you're stuck in the downward snowball, let's change your assumptions. Change your assumptions about life. Change your assumptions about the hand that you were dealt by being born in today's age. And definitely change your assumptions about women. From now on, brother, every single girl who looks at you, she's attracted to you.

Even the ones who aren't looking at you. You know why they're not looking at you? Because they're scared of you. Because they're attracted to you. That lady walking down the aisle with her cart, you think she never saw you. But what happened is she saw you coming, got scared because you're such an alpha, and then started walking away from you. Yeah, it sounds a little bit delusional, but it's weird how it works. Once you start thinking that way, watch what happens. Just watch. All right, guys, that's it for me in this podcast.

I do appreciate you listening. If you felt that this episode had the juice, then I very much would appreciate a review. Just hop on over to iTunes. And what you got to do is you got to hit see more episodes and scroll to the very bottom. Then you'll see how to leave the review. Preferably a five-star review, obviously. With some writing with it would be mostly preferred. When you just hit the five stars, I don't even see who you are. I only see who you are when you actually write something.

So that's the ones I'm really going for. Those are the ones that really help me rank. Of course, anything is appreciated, even telling a friend or even subscribing on a different platform or review on a different platform. Hey, it's all appreciated. But if you could do that for me, hit me up at CoachMarkSingh at gmail.com, and I will send you all those awesome programs that are going to help you assume even more that you are a girl magnet and you are destined to have many, many beautiful women in your life.

All right. Thank you so much for listening, and I will see you in the next episode.
