Welcome to the Unapologetic Man Podcast. The only podcast that's all about self-improvement, confidence, success, women, and being a man without making any apologies for it. What is up guys? Welcome to another episode of the UMP. I really do appreciate you joining me and today I got a really exciting one for you. It's three movies that are perfect examples of frame control. As you know, frame control is not only my favorite thing to talk about, but it's also the most important thing to have when attracting women.
If you don't have the frame control, if she's controlling the frame on you, she will not get attracted to you. Now, when it comes to movies, the vast majority of the movies get this wrong. Wrong, wrong, wrong. It's always completely wrong and it really pisses in my river. Those Hollywood movies walk right up to my river, throw their leg up on a cottonwood branch and spray diarrhea all down my river because they're teaching guys just like you the wrong way to attract women. Usually what happens is the lead character supplicates to the woman.
He's a complete schmuck, a beta cuck, and then somehow he ends up with the girl. And you know why it's that way? It's because guys who write those movies don't know how to pull women. They're beta cucks who wish it was that way. It's the dream of every beta male out there, but it just isn't the way it is. An example of this is that movie Zombieland with that actor Jesse Eisenberg where he pulls the really hot girl played by Emma Stone. If you guys haven't seen that movie, I strongly suggest watching it.
Total and complete bullshit. That chick would never have gotten attracted to that guy. Instead, she would have gotten attracted to Woody Harrelson's character who was the alpha male who was the one with the strong frame. But the people who wrote it love to give guys who aren't good with women the hope that maybe one day she'll realize what a great guy I am and fall in love with me. Just like what happened in that movie Zombieland. I mean, if it happened in the movie, it can happen to me, right?
No, wrong. This is the way it really works. I'm going to show you three movies that I want you to go watch where the lead characters have extremely strong frames. They would be extremely attractive to women. And the actors who play these guys in real life actually have strong frames. So these are people you want to pay attention to, not only from a frame control perspective, but also body language, mannerisms, tonality. And the third movie I'm going to introduce, the one I'm saving for the end, is in my opinion, the single best example I've ever seen personally of a character display where the guy has an extremely strong frame.
And yes, he would pull the hot chick. And in the movie, he actually had some really hot chicks or he had one hot chick. Anyway, I'll tell you the movie in a moment. But first, I'm going to start with a couple others, which two are really good examples of strong frames. Before I jump into the content, I want to ask you guys yet again, if you find value in this podcast, please leave me a review. This is the way I'm ranking the podcast. I'm trying to grow it.
I'm trying to get more men to discover this podcast so that, you know, they're not led down that Hollywood lie and societal lie of what really gets women attracted to you. But the truth is revealed. I'm trying to get the truth out there. I'm trying to help men with their masculinity. I'm trying to better this world. And with your help, I'll be able to do it. So if you want to leave me a review, please go to either iTunes or any of the podcast apps that you happen to be listening to this on.
Those which allow you to leave a review, just go ahead and leave that preferably five-star review with some writing behind it. Let people know what you found enjoyable about the podcast. Then email me at CoachMarkSingh at gmail.com and I will send you three programs, three videos, a smack on the ass, get your name tattooed on my neck, and I will give you the skill set that you need to be able to attract a girl who can fit into a canoe without capsizing it. All right, boys, without further ado, let's jump right into the content.
So the first movie that I want to suggest that you guys watch if you haven't already, and even if you have, I'd suggest you watch it again because this is such a good example of what it means to have a strong friend. The second frame is Fight Club, all right? So Brad Pitt in Fight Club is the perfect example of having a strong frame. Everything he does, the way he holds himself, the way he speaks, the way he believes in himself is a perfect example of having a strong frame.
And you know what? I just realized I did you a disservice. I didn't explain what a frame is. So a frame is basically your interpretation of reality, the amount that you believe in yourself, the amount that you control interactions on other people. Okay, so in Fight Club, basically Brad Pitt is interacting with Edward Norton, and he's leading Edward Norton into this new philosophy, which is tear things down because all things are impermanent, and the illusion of making more and getting more in order to be more is just that.
It's an illusion. It's a really good movie. It's actually a lot based on kind of like Zen philosophy, and I really like it. So what they do is they fight each other in private fight clubs, and they're living under the philosophy that disillusion is inevitable, so why try to fight it? Just go straight into it. So with Brad Pitt, he's basically convincing all these other people of this philosophy, and he's building a little army that at the end of the movie, they're going to try to take down society.
Now, someone with a strong frame would have the ability to lead, and look at that word there, lead. Women are attracted to the leader of men. They would be able to lead because the only way a leader is able to lead is when he has a stronger frame than his followers. I want to say that again. The only way a leader is able to lead is when he has a stronger frame than his followers. Again, frame is self-belief, knowing what you're doing is correct, believing in yourself, highly confident, controlling the interpreted meaning of the interaction with others, and leading them to where they want to be led, leading them to where they want to be led.
Brad Pitt's frame in that movie is so strong that people who didn't even know they wanted to be anarchists joined his movement because he convinced them that being anarchists is the better way to be. So they bought into his frame, and he led them to where they wanted to be led to, even in a way when they didn't even know it, and maybe even in a way that they didn't even really want it. That's how strong his frame was. Now, this happens with cult leaders as well.
Every single guy who has convinced hundreds of people to join this psychotic cult and sometimes even kill themselves, I mean, think about that, kill themselves. How strong of a frame would you need to have to convince a bunch of people to get dressed up and all kill themselves on the same day because they're going to go board Halley's Comet that's flying by in a couple days? Literally, this happened. I think it was the Heaven's Gate cult that did that. Everybody committed suicide. So watch Brad Pitt in that movie.
See how he controls the frame. So one thing he did among many is when he got on the phone with Edward Norton for the first time, he's like chomping on cereal. And you can tell it's really funny. He's just sitting there eating cereal, and he's talking to Edward Norton, and he's like, hey, man, what's up? He's like, he's chewing. What does that basically communicate to the other person? It communicates that you don't really care what they think. You're not being stuffed into the little box of trying to be socially acceptable, politically correct.
What you want to do is exactly what the fuck you're going to do, and you're not going to apologize for it. And that's why I call this Unapologetic Man Podcast. It's being completely unapologetic and who you are without excuse. You guys would be amazed at how much you can get away with in society if you just man up and just try things. Just feel like you are entitled to do X, Y, Z, to ask for a rebate, to be disagreeable, to ask somebody to move out of their seat so you can sit down, to question people and see how they explain themselves to you, to basically have the philosophy that you want to live life exactly this way, and you're going to ask and request and expect people to merge into that.
Now, this begs the question, well, isn't having a frame extremely selfish in a lot of ways? Well, here's the thing, and this is something that you need to really think about, as I have, is when you have a strong frame and you have good intentions behind it. Now, obviously, in Fight Club, he didn't really have good intentions behind it. That's the whole premise of the movie. But let's say he did, that you're actually a good person because I know a lot of you guys, probably 80% to 90% of you guys are nice guys who aren't disagreeable enough because you want to be nice.
You don't want to be an asshole. You don't want to get on the phone and be chewing on cereal in the person's ear because you don't want to make that person uncomfortable. Fine, I get that. It's just an example of what somebody with a strong frame would do. But look at it this way. If you're a good person, as I am, you can still have a strong frame and lead people to where they want to be led when they don't even know they want to be led there.
See, that's the thing is that with women, you have to lead them to where they want to be led. Don't be afraid to be disagreeable because you're so confident in your own interpretation of reality that you almost feel like you know better than she does that where you're going to take her is going to make her happier than she'd be if she did her own thing. See how that works? You're so confident in yourself and your interpretation of reality that you're going to take people there.
You're such an affirmed leader that you're going to take people to where they want to be led. And this is almost what Brad Pitt did. Once again, it's not a positive thing, but he still took people to a place where they had hope. He took people to a place where they had community and joy. For some of those guys, the Fight Club was the best thing that ever happened to them. And they didn't even know they wanted it until a very self-secured, highly strong-framed individual came up and led them there.
And that's the perfect example of what's happening in Fight Club. So it's this radical self-belief. It's this feeling of entitlement that you deserve to be here. You're a soul just like everybody else, but even almost better than that. And this is kind of where it gets a little bit gray area because this is where you can become an asshole. And this is why a lot of the time sociopaths have really strong frames. Because in a way, you almost have to feel like your interpretation is better.
And I'm always careful with the word better because that communicates superiority. But just for the sake of example, so you guys can kind of see how this works, in a way, you kind of do think you're better. You kind of do think at least your interpretation, at least your way of living is better for you. And when somebody comes into your reality, you feel, bro, I'm going to give this guy something because I'm going to take him to a better place. That's why in my coaching, like, I'm really confused why every single one of you motherfuckers isn't signing up to get on that free one-on-one coaching call with me.
I don't get it. Now, I'm getting a shit ton of guys. Probably the majority of you are signing up. But in a way, I'm like, dude, every single guy should get into this program. Are you kidding me? This is the most epic, amazing, effective, best thing ever created by man. See how strong I am in my belief in myself, how strong I am in my belief in my frame, that even though you guys may feel that I'm being pushy with it, I'm willing to be pushy because I know it's the best thing for you.
And me as a good person with an insanely strong frame, I'm not afraid to say it and I'm not afraid to lead guys there. And then when they go through the three months with me, they're like, holy shit, you were absolutely right. That was the best thing ever. And then I smack them on the shoulder and I'm like, told you, bro, told you. That's Brad Pitt in the movie and that's what guys with strong frames do. They believe so wholeheartedly that they're the prize. They believe so wholeheartedly that they're a 10.
They believe so much in their interpretation of reality that they're not afraid to inconvenience a girl to bring her there. No, they're going to be like, dude, you don't understand. You need to come here. You need to come over to my house. We need to hook up. We need to have sex. You need to be my girlfriend. Of course, they never say it that way, but that's what's communicated in the strength of their frame. And that's exactly what Brad Pitt did in that movie. So watch that movie, check it out, even if you have seen it years ago.
Now that you're understanding the deeper concepts of frame control, I want you to look at it from that perspective. How is he feeling about himself at every moment? He's completely sure of himself. Everything he does, even burning his hand with that weird chemical is like the best thing to do. And he's completely behind it. And if somebody said, dude, that's ridiculous, he would literally laugh. And he wouldn't laugh out of anger because he doesn't need to like prove his point to them. He would laugh because he's like in his mind, he's like, dude, you're an idiot if you don't fucking see how epic this is.
And that's the way you need to think. All right. The next movie I want to talk about is Swingers. This is a movie that came out, I believe, in the 90s. And this is actually a better example of charisma mixed with frame. So the main character is played by Jon Favreau, I think is the way you say his name. And he's kind of beta. He's not necessarily alpha. But the guy who's played by Vince Vaughn is the perfect example of a guy with a strong frame.
Now I've seen Vince Vaughn naturally. I've seen him in his natural habitat. And he actually is very charismatic. So more than watching him for his frame, and he does have a very good frame. He believes in himself. He leads Mikey, is what his name is, to Las Vegas. He's like, bro, trust me, you're going to have a great time. It's going to be awesome. Don't worry about it. He buys him into his frame. And because of that, Mikey, the guy played by Jon Favreau, feels better from being in Vince Vaughn's presence.
And that's frame. See, he leads him to Las Vegas. And even though they have kind of a weird time, he still hooks up with those girls. He still closes that chick. They go into her motorhome. And they watch what he does. Pay very close attention. They go into this girl's mobile home. And he's telling stories. He's being charismatic. He's leading the frame. And then what happens? The girl wants to have sex with him. That's the way it really works. One time when Hollywood got it right was right there in that moment.
So check that out. He's very sure of himself. At the end of the movie, he gets up on the table and swings his shirt around. He's like, I don't give a shit what anybody thinks about me. He's like, you're my boy, dude. And I'm happy to celebrate you. And once again, yes, you can be a good person and have a frame like that. Now, unfortunately, a lot of these examples are guys who are highly selfish. And yes, this is why assholes get chicks is because assholes are usually highly selfish in this way.
They don't give a fuck what anybody else thinks. They're going to be themselves. They're going to do what they want. They feel entitled to not only do what they want but have the opinion they want and bring other people into their reality. But see, I'm telling you, the rare alpha male, the guy who all women want, I'm saying all women, have a strong frame, but they're also a good dude on top of it. Now, off the top of my head, I can't think of any movies who demonstrate that.
I'm sure they're out there. And perhaps I'll do another episode about this in the future. If you want to tell me about a movie that you think would fit into that category, feel free to do so. Don't be butthurt if I don't reply immediately. I get a shit ton of emails every day. But I'll see it or my assistant will forward it to me. I'll check it out and I'll put it under advisement. But I haven't found a movie yet that has that perfect balance of having a super strong frame and still treating a woman like gold.
But I'm sure they're out there. And when I do find it, I'll do a podcast on it. But in this podcast, I guess it could be said that in Swingers, the guy played by Vince Vaughn, he's a pretty good dude. You know, he has his best friend's interest in mind. He does get that one girl's phone number. And like when he's walking away, he tears it in half. And I thought that was pretty funny. God knows I've been there before. Oftentimes, not to toot my own horn, but I'll end the night and there'll be like phone numbers in my back pocket that I didn't even know how they got there.
Like literally girls will write down their phone number and stick in your back pocket and not even tell you. And I'm like, how the hell am I supposed to know who this is? And I always find it funny. You check your pockets at the end of the night. You're like, oh, here's a random phone number. Kelsey, 312456. You're like, the fuck was this? Kelsey, this chick actually thinks I remembered her name? God, she didn't understand when I told her I have the memory of an 89-year-old man because I wasn't joking.
I literally never remember their name. So anyway, when you watch these movies, the two movies I just suggested, look at their frame. Really pay attention to how they lead the interaction. They're the leader. Every single time they're a leader. And that's really important. All right, guys, now comes my favorite movie, my best example that I've seen so far of a guy with a retardedly strong frame. Now, I want to preface this by saying that this dude in this movie, amazing actor, by the way, this guy is not a good person.
Okay, so can you be a good person and still have a strong frame? Yes. Unfortunately, a strong frame oftentimes is linked to assholes. But like I've been saying over and over, you can be a good dude and have a strong frame. All right, you ready? Here's the movie, bro. And it's on Netflix, completely free. I want you to watch it tonight. I want you to check this out because it's such a perfect example of having a strong frame. All right, Mark, sing out with it. Let's go.
Training Day with Denzel Washington and Ethan Hawke. All right, Denzel Washington in this movie has the strongest, most perfect, most epic frame I have ever seen in a movie. Watch that thing and pay close attention. I want you studying the way he acts. I want you rewinding it, watching it again and thinking about what he did and why he did it. This guy has such a strong self-belief. This guy leads Ethan Hawke during every single stage of their interactions. It's the absolute perfect example of having a strong frame, and it's a damn good movie as well.
I absolutely love that movie. It's so good, man. It's such a great movie. So Training Day with Denzel Washington. There are a couple of cops, and Denzel Washington is basically training this guy to become a narc. Now, a couple of things that I want to point out. So first of all, there's this scene, and I'm not going to ruin the movie for you if you haven't seen it, but there's this scene where a couple of crackheads are, like, trying to rape this high school girl. So Ethan Hawke jumps out of the car.
He does some moves. He beats these guys up, does a little bit of that jiu-jitsu, gets the guy in a rear naked choke, takes him out, and then Denzel Washington chooses not to lock them up. He leaves them there. Okay, so they're in the car, and Ethan Hawke's all butthurt about it, and what Denzel Washington does is he flips the frame on him in several ways. First of all, what you want to do, and this is so effective with women, is when a girl is butthurt about something, she's all fired up, you want to have the charisma and frame to be able to change her state, and that's exactly what Denzel did to Ethan Hawke in this movie.
He's like, bro, you got some mad skills fighting, man. I noticed you implemented that rear naked choke, brother. That's not LAPD protocol, is it? And then Ethan Hawke starts laughing, and he's like, man, you're a wolf, dude. Howl like a wolf. And then Ethan Hawke's like, whoo. And he's like, I'm not telling you to howl like a chicken. Howl like a wolf, man. And then Ethan Hawke starts howling, and he takes him. He changes his state by controlling the frame on him, and now he's in a good state again, and basically through the whole thing, Denzel is like manipulating him to do what he wants.
You'll have to see what happens. It's an awesome movie. I love this movie. But from the very first moment, that movie is right on cue with strong frame. The first scene where we see Denzel Washington or we hear him is when he calls Ethan Hawke's house. And what happens? The first thing he says makes Ethan Hawke's girlfriend laugh and giggle like a schoolgirl. That's exactly what to do with the strong frame does. Drop some charisma. Then he's like, hey, meet me here. Meet him at the coffee shop, and then watch what happens in the coffee shop.
That is exactly it. Is that Denzel sitting there reading the paper. And Ethan Hawke's like all uncomfortable, and he's like, shouldn't we be talking? This isn't like societal protocol. I'm applying for this job. Shouldn't we be chit-chatting? And Denzel Washington is completely strong in his frame. He's like, listen, I read the paper in the mornings. It's what I want to do. So shut the hell up and let me read my paper. So he keeps trying to read the paper, and Ethan Hawke keeps trying to talk.
And finally, he puts the paper down. He's like, listen, you're not going to let me read, so tell me a story. Tell me a story, man. What's the best thing that happened? And he starts telling the story. And what is that? It's leading the frame. Like, hey, you're not going to let me do this. You're spazzing out. You're unable to keep your composure. So being it that that's the case, tell me a story, man. Let's go. What you got? And I'll do that to girls all the time, right?
I'll be like, listen, I've been telling you some awesome stories here, bringing tons of value to this conversation. Let's go. Let's hear a story. She's like, I don't have any stories. Yes, you do. You have stories. Just think about it. What's like the best thing that ever happened to you? Come on, contribute. Let's go. Now, that may seem like an asshole thing to do, but a guy with a strong frame understands that she's the one submitting the application. Just like in that movie, Ethan Hawke is submitting the application to become a narcotics officer to which Denzel Washington is the leader of the tribe.
So he's submitting his application. You just see how Denzel the whole time just controlling the frame. Watch his body language. Watch his tone of voice. Watch how he reframes things, flips things on people. Even when he goes to meet his superiors, he meets his superiors in this restaurant. There's three of them. You can see how Denzel behaves where he's basically convincing his superiors to do something for him. And he's not necessarily giving the frame, but he pretends to give the frame. And this is something that people with really strong frame control do.
When I was a bouncer, my boss was like really a power hungry kind of boss. And within three weeks, I had control of the frame over him. I had him supplicating to me. I had him basically following me. And I was the bouncer. He was the boss. He was the general fucking manager. And I was just the bouncer making 11 bucks an hour. So if you think that your position dictates where your frame is, it's not true at all. There's subordinates that control their superiors frame all day long.
All day long. You see it all the time. You see, especially with teachers who let their students walk all over them. We've all had teachers like that, that had no control over the class. Why? Because they had a weak frame and the students were easily able to just stomp on their frame and take control of the class. Well, that's what I did with my boss when I was a bouncer. He would let me have all these days off, bro. I would work once a week. I was the only bouncer in the entire restaurant chain.
And it was a huge chain that was allowed to work once a week. And I would have people tell me like, how'd you do that? I'm like, I just controlled the frame, bro. I wouldn't say that. But I was like, I just asked, you know, I just asked. But then they'd say, but dude, I have to work like minimum three days a week. There's a minimum. And I'm like, ah, you know, I'm just, I just figured it out. It's no big deal. And the reason is, is because first I controlled the frame on him.
And then I was able to manipulate, quote unquote, or I should say convince him to let me do what I wanted. And then I worked ladies night, Thursdays nights, four hours a week. That's it. The other nights of the week, I'd go out to the bars and the clubs with my friends. I just wanted to be a bouncer because it was that experience of being a bouncer that I really wanted. I wanted to break up fights, practice my jujitsu, flirt with girls, see what it was like to be a bouncer.
And I frame controlled my way into the best situation. And that's how every single negotiation works. If you're not controlling the frame, you're not going to get what you want. Now wrap your mind around this one. My dude, sometimes controlling the frame is making the other guy feel like he's controlling the frame. And that's the master art of negotiation, making the other person feel like they have power and playing stupid, quote unquote, and letting them think they have the power. But in the end, you get what you really want.
Super high end frame control. So watch those three movies, boys, especially Training Day. I cannot think of a better example. Denzel Washington was absolutely fantastic. And the guy is just an amazing actor. You know, he has a strong frame naturally, so it was probably very easy for him. But still, his performance in that movie, there's so many examples. Pay attention to them. Once again, it's Fight Club. The next one is Swingers. And then Training Day. One other bonus movie I want to mention, of course, is Gladiator.
Russell Crowe in that movie has an absolutely phenomenal frame. Watch his body language. Watch how he handles himself. He's not afraid to be the leader. He knows he's a fucking champion, and he's going to do whatever it takes. And he has so much honor. Maybe he is the good example I'm looking for of a good person with a strong frame. I guess that would be it, wouldn't it? Russell Crowe and Gladiator. All right, boys. I hope this episode has helped you kind of understand what frame control is and how it really works.
Watch those guys. Study them. I study this all the time, and it's so rare that I see somebody with a strong frame. But when I do, I can guarantee you without a shadow of a doubt that their girlfriend is super hot. In fact, if I see a dude walking down the street with a really hot girl, like really hot, 9 or a 10, I can guarantee you when I go speak to him, he's going to have a super strong frame. It's like that every single time. It is law.
It always works that way. So it's your job to think about what is it that these guys have that I don't? How can I be more like these guys? And one quick NLP technique is you can actually imagine Denzel stepping inside your body before you go out at night. Just pretend you're him. How would he act? What would he do here? What would Maximus do in this situation? I always do that. I always ask myself, what would this guy do in this situation? That's what I'm going to do.
How would he walk when he's walking through the gym? How would he go up to that girl and talk to her? Would he be supplicating to her, laughing and giggling and asking her questions and being very needy? No, he would know he's a fucking champ and he might turn his body language away from her and only look at her with his eyes. It's those kind of subtle things that communicate a strong frame, but also just a radical self-belief. And I'm actually going to do a podcast about what I call a natural ladies man, my best friend growing up.
I'm going to designate a podcast specifically to this guy because just like Denzel, he's the only living human being, aside from myself, that I've seen that has just a radically strong frame. But it was natural. He was just born that way. And I studied this guy for years and that's why I was able to emulate it and then become it. Because at first, I was the beta cup. I was Jon Favreau in swingers. I was Edward Norton in fight club. And I was Ethan Hawke in training day.
And then I was able to train myself to become the other dude with the strong frame through years of studying this and NLP. So once again, guys, thank you for listening. If you found value in this episode, please do leave me a review. Then email me at coachmarksingh at gmail.com and I will send you a bunch of cool shit. Got an awesome one dropping in a few days. So stay tuned for that. And I will see you in the next episode. We'll see you in the next episode.
We'll see you in the next episode. We'll see you in the next episode. We'll see you in the next episode.
