Welcome to the Unapologetic Man Podcast, the only podcast that's all about self-improvement, confidence, success, women, and being a man without making any apologies for it. What is up, guys? Thank you for tuning in to another episode of the UMP. I really do appreciate you joining me today. And today we are going to talk about how to look 10 years younger. I'm going to give you 10 things. I think it's more like 11 or 12 things to look 10 years younger. And I feel I can speak about this with some authority because I do look 10 years younger.

I am 44 and I look like I'm not a day over 34 because I run a tight battleship. But I did get lucky with some genes, of course, but I do live some ways that I want to share with you guys. And I want to give you some tips about how you two can maximize this to look younger, to be more attractive to women for a longer period of time. And we're going to go over that today. Before I get started, I wanted to thank you guys again for all the awesome, amazing, spectacular reviews, bro.

They just keep coming. They just keep coming. And then I wake up every morning and I check them out on my phone and then I spend 20 minutes on the corner of my bed in the cannonball position crying like a schoolgirl. They put the bounce in my step, the pop in my giddy up, the glimmer in my eye and the shining smile to my teeth. I really, really do appreciate it, you guys. I even had a champion. Forgive me. I forgot your name, brother. But he went and downloaded iTunes just to leave me a review.

Like, I was like, holy hell, you are a goddamn champion. Smack yourself on the ass so hard. Your friend's mustache is going to blow off his face when the concussion hits. You're such a champion. Forgive me for forgetting your name, brother, but I do appreciate it. And, of course, I sent you all that cool shit to thank you for that great gesture of solidarity. So for you guys who find value in my content, if you could please leave me a review, preferably a five-star review with some writing behind it.

And then email me at CoachMarkSingh at gmail.com and I will send you a bunch of cool shit. The Conversation Sniper, three texts to build massive attraction in women, and guide to the female orgasm, as well as a bunch of videos to smack on the ass and I'll get your name tattooed right on the inside of my eyelid. All right, gentlemen, let's go ahead and get right into the content. So you want to look 10 years younger. Well, here's my suggestion. Not always possible for every single one of you, but the first thing that I do, and actually one of my life goals was this, was to never wake up to an alarm again and to sleep until my body said that it was done sleeping.

So that's part of my daily regimen is I just sleep until I wake up every day. It's around the same time, but sometimes it's different and it depends on how hard I went in the paint the night before, how long I'm going to sleep. But one of my big life goals, like seriously, this was my life goal for becoming an entrepreneur, was I said to myself, I never want to wake up to an alarm again. And me personally, I wake up around 9.30, sometimes 9, sometimes 8.30, sometimes 10.30. It kind of depends.

But I let myself sleep until my body's ready to wake up. And I suggest that for you guys. And if you're not in the situation where you can just sleep until you can wake up, which is the case for most of you guys, then I at least suggest that you try to get as much sleep as possible. There are a lot of different studies on this, but I've read a lot about sleeping because it's always been something that interested me. And one of the things they say is not to have any ambient light whatsoever in your room because your skin has photoreceptors in it.

So if there's light, it's going to naturally lessen your sleep or even make you wake up earlier than you should. So you want your room completely black. You want to black out even your alarm clock as much as you can. Be careful for those little ambient lights. I went to the level where I actually covered up the little light on my fire detector hanging above my bed because that thing was like the bright light of the sun, dude. Like when it's completely black and then there's this bright ass red light shining in your eyes, it's really distracting.

So I just put some black tape over that, blackout curtains, and you want to run a freezing battleship. I think 67 degrees or it might be 62 degrees is ideal. I know it's in the 60s. So you want it to be nice and cool and preferably sleep eight hours is what most experts say. Some people disagree with that. I kind of think it comes to your own personal body. But for me, eight hours is just about right. So try to sleep eight hours a night. Wake up when I want.

That's a huge tip. Sleep, man. I mean there's almost nothing more important than that for looking younger. People who don't sleep well, you can see it in their face. They get bags under their eyes. They get those crow's feet. They don't quite get the pop and the giddy up the way you and I do when we get enough sleep. All right. My next tip is to drink hella water, bro. And yes, I just said hella. I did live in Northern California for a while. So there you go.

Hella water. Tons of water. Every morning right when you wake up, you want to drink at least three cups. So what I do is when I first wake up, the first thing I do is I drink a ton of water. I don't know exactly how much I drink, but it's definitely more than three cups. I just down water because basically your body is getting dehydrated throughout the night. So as you're sleeping, you know, your body's using up all that water. That's why you got to take a gigantic piss in the morning.

And sometimes when you got a boner the size of the Statue of Liberty, you got to like lean vertically over the toilet as you're taking a piss, like doing a vertical pushup over the toilet just to get that thing to piss. But when you first piss, obviously you're super dehydrated. So you want to rehydrate yourself with all those cups of water. All right. The next thing that I do, and this is so important, is to meditate. So every morning I wake up, I go ahead and drink all that water.

I take a shower and then I meditate. And one of the things for me, and this might be true for you too, is if I do look at my cell phone too much, particularly emails, then it stresses me out and I can't focus when I meditate. So while occasionally I will indulge in those inevitable reviews that I love to read, they put me in a good mood and that's why I let myself read them in the morning. I will not look at my emails because it'll mess up my meditation.

Now for me, I meditate about 30 to 40 minutes. It kind of depends. And I have a playlist on Spotify if you want to check it out. It has a bunch of meditation music. And apparently, and this has been scientifically tested, the meditation music that I have on that playlist puts your brain into alpha waves. Alpha waves is where your brain goes when you're in a deep state of meditation. And supposedly, this music helps get you there. I like to listen to it because there's a lot of noises going on in my house.

It's currently COVID. So my daughter is home and she likes to do her one and a half year old thing right above the room that I meditate in. So obviously, I need to have some music to drown all that out. Like literally, she likes to bang on pans with wooden spoons. I shit you not. This is literally what she's doing now. She's one and a half. She likes to go in the kitchen, grab pots and fucking bang on them with spoons. Are you kidding me? It's like the worst possible thing you could do when a dude's trying to meditate below.

But actually, I've used that as a way to practice. I try to pretend it goes right through me. I don't hear it. And I actually go into the sound in a weird way. It's like a chiming bell that they'll play at the Buddhist temples. It really creates a big challenge for my meditations. But as an alpha unapologetic champion, I always use those challenges in life to try to better myself. So that's what I do with meditation. But meditating every day, guys, I cannot suggest it enough.

And it's actually going to go into my final point on how to look 10 years younger. So make sure to stay tuned for that. But taking a moment to just meditate and be silent and stop the inceasing thinking that we all have in our lives is really, really good, not only for your health, but also to look much younger. So that playlist on Spotify is called Mark's Meditation Playlist. Obviously, it's under my name, Mark Singh. And again, it's called Mark's Meditation Playlist. I strongly suggest you check it out.

I got all the best songs in there. I really enjoy meditating to them. And I feel like it takes you through a good sequence where you can get deep in the bucket and go say hello to Buddha. All right. The next thing I do, and this is before I meditate, is I take a cold shower. So I start with the shower warm and I do my whole routine and then I end it cold. So I slowly turn it colder and colder until it's like pretty damn freezing.

And what that does is it wakes up your nervous system. It helps the blood flow. It's really good for your skin. Actually, it's really good for your hair. And there's a bunch of other effects as well, including raising your testosterone and having high testosterone, having your hormones and balance is really important for looking younger. I'm going to get into that in a second. All right. The next one is I don't do drugs. I don't smoke and I don't drink alcohol. Pretty self-explanatory. But I've never taken a sip of alcohol my entire life.

Reason is, is because my grandmother was killed by a drunk driver when I was a kid. And I made a decision at that time not to drink alcohol. Then I was a drummer in a straight edge punk rock band. And straight edge means you don't do drugs throughout high school and college. So that kind of kept me out of the scene. Although it's funny, even though I was a drummer in a straight edge punk rock band, we used to have keg parties at my house just to get people to come over and listen to our music.

So a little bit of a hypocrite in that respect. But, you know, drinking alcohol, man, it really ages you. And for girls, Jesus Christ, man, it puts the weight on them quickly. Like I've been in the bar and the nightclub scene for a very long time. And you'll see people kind of rotate in and out of that scene, particularly girls. Like they do runs of like six months where they're just going, you know, every Thursday night or Saturday night or whatever it is. And you see these chicks just start to blimp up, man.

And, you know, within six months, they've gained so much weight because of all the alcohol. Obviously, alcohol has a lot of sugar in it. And of course, running a tight diet, running a tight battleship is also a secret to looking younger. So reducing the sugar, eating well, obviously having a balanced diet. I don't have to necessarily tell you guys about that. But that shit ages you, man. When you're eating Burger King, Ho-Hos and Dip Dips and Ding Dongs all day long, it starts to have an effect not only on your waistline, but also your appearance and your face.

I mean, looking younger is just health. It's just being healthy. And to do that, you have to be healthy in all respects, including your diet. Also, it's important to do what you want in life. Now, this is easier said than done. But I know for me, doing this podcast, being a dating coach is something I always wanted to do. I always wanted to do something where I was helping other people out, being able to speak endlessly. And people actually listen to me. That was always a dream of mine.

So doing what I want, being on purpose, feeling like I'm actually bettering this world rather than taking from it, in my opinion, is partially responsible for me looking 10 years younger. Because I'm joyful, I'm happy. Every time I come to work, it's like, good, I get to make a difference in this guy's life and that guy's life. This guy emailed me this morning and he was saying how much I changed his life. I mean, that kind of thing shines through your skin because when you're happy, when you're on purpose, when you have a strong why, and you can have a why too, just because you don't have it right at this moment doesn't mean you won't in the future.

But when you have that why, it reflects and it's shown and you can actually begin to look younger. The way you look three years ago, if you were in a shitty place, compared to how you look now, can be night and day. You could have looked older years ago than you do now and the same is true for two years from now. Maybe you're going to be in a better position than you are today and you're going to look younger because you're not so stressed in the moment.

I'm telling you, that all makes a difference. All right, so also you need to enjoy your life. I know it's very simple, but I think a lot of people neglect to really make time to be childish every day, to enjoy their life, to laugh, right? To lighten the fuck up and just enjoy your life and don't take it so damn seriously. I think a lot of us, especially us guys who are prone to be into stuff like this, we take ourselves really seriously, right? We're really into self-development.

We want to be go-getters, unapologetic alpha men, and we just kind of go too hard sometimes. There needs to be balance. You need to balance your seriousness and your hard work with just fucking around, doing something playful every day, laughing. Even laughing at yourself is really important. People just need to lighten up, man. You could see it in people's faces, like their jaws clenched, their shoulders are next to their ears because they're just so tensed up and you can see it in their face. And really, when you look at people, I think you can really feel their energy and you can feel their health just by kind of looking at them and you can see it in their face, even in the eyes.

You know, some people have that kind of glazy, yellow look in their eyes and that's because of diet. It's often because of smoking, because of drinking, having negative thoughts, being in a self-defeating perpetual thinking cycle that just causes you to beat up yourself. It causes premature aging and this is why people often look a lot older than they actually are. Those who look younger, they found the key to joy. Now, obviously, there's many keys to it, but one of them is just to lighten up. Let it go, man.

Lighten up, have fun, enjoy your life. Don't take it so damn seriously. Another good trick, as previously mentioned, is to raise your testosterone. How do you raise your testosterone? Well, not only by doing a lot of the tricks that I just said, getting enough sleep, taking cold showers, drinking lots of water, having a clean diet, but also by lifting weights. I personally feel that lifting weights is an awesome way to look younger because the body improves when you put certain kind of stresses on it. It was funny to me because Donald Trump said, you know, I don't exercise because it's going to take away energy from me doing other things.

And that's actually the exact opposite of what exercise does. Exercise puts more energy into your body. You actually have more energy if you were to go expend energy for an hour at the gym than you would if you didn't. Yeah, you need a little bit of time to recharge after you lift, but overall, your energy is going to be a lot better. So lifting weights, staying in shape, getting out and doing sprints. I like to do that. Getting the sun on my shoulders. You know, again, it's just enjoying and feeling the bliss and the abundance of life is really important.

And vitamin D on your skin is part of that. Also getting into a masculine energy, I talk a lot about this in this podcast, being towards oriented, goal oriented, numbers oriented, going after something in life because that's your purpose here. Your purpose is to grow. Your purpose is to achieve. Your purpose as a man is to have ambition. So when you set that out for yourself, your hormones are going to be in balance. And when your hormones are in balance, your natural body temple is going to work a lot more efficiently.

And as a result of that, you begin to look younger. All right. My next point is to use natural products. I did a podcast about this a little while ago about how all the chemicals we use in detergents, shampoos, soaps, toothpaste, moisturizers, all these different things that we use, they have chemicals in them. And those chemicals go down to the cell level and they disrupt some of your DNA. They definitely screw with your testosterone. They're lowering sperm counts to a very terrifying level in men. So what I always do is I go to the hippie shops and I like to use natural products.

I use natural shampoos, natural soaps, natural toothpaste. Sometimes it's difficult to find ones that are as good as, you know, the Colgate and the Pantene kind of stuff, like the unnatural chemical based kind of stuff. But if you really do your research and you really look around, you can find some good stuff that isn't going to lower your testosterone. It isn't going to premature age you. It's actually going to be good for you because it's made from natural stuff. So while I don't agree with a lot of what those soap dodging, tree hugging, buckwheat in a headlock, armpit hair growing hippies do, I do agree with this when it comes to like using natural products.

I think they hit the nail on the head and I use natural products and it's really helped with keeping me looking younger. All right. My final point, guys, and this is the most important one, is being in the present moment. Now, this warrants its own podcast episode, but being in the present moment means not thinking so much, stopping that endless compulsive need to think and be out of the present moment, thinking about the future, thinking about the past, worrying about what might happen, dwelling on what did happen because all suffering is created by thinking.

Check that out. All suffering is created by thinking, or as Shakespeare said, there is no good or bad, but thinking makes it so. So being in the present moment simply means having your attention on everything that you're doing. A Zen master once said, the poet practices poetry, the dancer practices dance, the swordman practices swordsmanship, the master practices all things. What does that mean? It means keeping your attention on the very thing that you're doing, thereby ceasing to think and being completely present in the present moment.

When you stop thinking, especially about those things that create suffering, both for yourself and for others, you begin to settle into the present moment and the aging radically reduces, radically reduces. In fact, Eckhart Tolle, who wrote The Power of Now, says that aging is caused by thinking. Aging is caused by thinking, being out of the moment and in the future or in the past. And if you look at Eckhart Tolle, I believe he's in his late 70s or he might even now be in his early 80s.

The guy looks like he's like 56 years old. When he got enlightened, he was 29 years old and he's hardly aged since then. He looks absolutely phenomenal. If you look in his eyes, there's so much clarity to him. And I don't think he's necessarily into lifting weights. I don't think he takes cold showers. I don't think he does any of that. What I think he does is he's in the present moment. He stopped thinking. His ego died. And because of that, he's able to stop thinking and just be in the present moment.

And in the present moment is where your bliss is. That's called sudden enlightenment. Or in Japanese, it's called Satori. Satori means sudden enlightenment. And that just means to stop thinking. So take these on board, guys. Think about them. Once again, I'm going to go over them real quick. Sleep until you wake up. No alarms. Drink hella water. Meditate. Cold showers. No drugs or alcohol or smoking. Do what you want for a living. Be on purpose. Know your why and be passionate about it. Run a tight battleship, which includes having a clean diet.

Enjoy your life. Try to be childish. Remember, you get the life you choose. Raise your testosterone by doing all the things I spoke about. Lifting weights. Being in the present moment. Taking those cold showers. Being a fucking unapologetic alpha male silverback. Get into your masculine energy. Being towards oriented. Being focused on your goals. Going for the numbers. And doing that which makes you scared. Use natural products. Give a nod over to those hippies and let them know they definitely got that one right. And the last one is to be in the present moment, which again, I'll do a podcast on in the future.

Which is ironic, right? The future. Because that's not the now. So those are the 10 tips, guys. More like 11 or 12 tips. I hope you found value in them. Obviously, our looks don't matter so much. But a woman's attraction for you is partially based on your immune system. Did you know this? Women are anthropologically designed to be able to look at us and see how strong our immune system is. See how high our testosterone is. See how masculine are just by how we look. And I believe it's reflected in our glow.

In our eyes. In those things that can't necessarily be described. But you just kind of feel it from the other person. And when you do look 10 years younger, as I do, girls will not even believe that you are in your mid-40s as I am. I'm 44. I look like I'm 34. Girls so don't believe that I'm 44 that I literally have to show on my driver's license. And even when they see that, they still don't believe it. And it's a great gambit. And it's also good for girls who are much younger, who I want to date.

I've dated girls who are 20 years younger than me. And it's partially because I look younger, although it's not absolutely necessary. But when you do look younger, it's just so success. Like, what is this guy doing right? Because everybody else looks like crap, dude. They look like they're barely surviving. They're circling the drain, almost about to die. They got one foot in the grave and one foot on the ground. So, you know, I strongly suggest you change things up. Try to live as healthy as possible. You're going to look younger.

You're going to look more vibrant. And you're going to attract more women because of it. All right, guys. I do thank you for listening. I dropped podcast episodes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. So please stay tuned for the next one. Once again, if you found value in my podcast, I would definitely appreciate that review. Referably a five-star one. If you're a four-star kind of guy, just don't worry about it. Just go ahead and take the day off. No need to leave me a review. But if you're a five-star champion, one of my brothers, somebody who wants to help me out in return for the information that I've given you, I'd very much appreciate that review.

With some writing behind it, email me at CoachMarkSingh at gmail.com. And I will send you a bunch of cool shit. All right, boys. Thanks again for listening. And I will see you in the next episode. We'll see you in the next episode.
