Welcome to the Unapologetic Man Podcast, the only podcast that's all about self-improvement, confidence, success, women, and being a man without making any apologies for it. What is up, guys? Thank you for tuning in to another episode of the UMP. I really do appreciate you joining me. For those of you who have been riding with me for a long time, you know what to do, smack yourself on the ass, you are a champion. For those of you who are new to this show, welcome. What I try to do is give the best information in the most succinct way possible, and today I have an absolutely spectacular guest named Tripp Kramer from the How to Talk to Girls podcast.

And today, Tripp is going to share with us some ways to be more interesting when you're speaking to women. A lot of you guys, as did I, struggle with what to talk about with women. You're not quite sure how to keep the conversations going. You don't know what to say, where to guide it, how to do these things. So Tripp gives us really good advice about how you can stock up on your knowledge of interesting facts, how to bring up conversational topics that are going to make her more interested in you, and how to generate those emotions that are going to make her more attracted to you.

So without further ado, guys, let's go ahead and jump right into the interview. What is up, Tripp? How are you doing, brother? I'm doing good, man. Doing very good. I love being on your podcast now for the second time, right? Yeah, I appreciate you coming on. And actually, you hit me up a couple weeks ago and said, you know what, you idiot, you need to come back on my podcast because you gave some good information the first time. And I think I broke the land speed record for coming on the How to Talk to Girls podcast twice in the minimal amount possible.

So I do appreciate that invite. And now you're here with us, man. I appreciate it. Yeah, man, of course. No, I just think it's cool because I think it's you and me right now out there who are doing most of the podcasting that gives dating advice to men. I don't know, unless you know any others. I know there's others out there, but I don't think any that are as dedicated as us in terms of just putting out a lot of weekly episodes and just kind of staying within this topic or niche, so to speak.

Yeah, yeah. There's a few, but definitely nothing even close to how good ours are. I'm just kidding. We're so cool. Oh my God, man. Smack ourselves on the asses. We're champions over here. So brother, we just kind of like got on real quick. We've literally been talking for 30 seconds and I don't even know exactly what you're going to share with us today, but I do understand that it's how to be more interesting in conversations with girls. And I know most of my boys struggle with this, as did I, when I was first starting out.

So I'm going to kind of interview you from the perspective of, I don't know what the hell I'm talking about. Of course, I'll interject in those instances where I think it would be beneficial to do so, but what the hell do I talk about with girls, man? I just don't know what to say. Trip, help me out, brother. What do I do? All right. All right. All right. Fair enough. No, this is a very common problem. I definitely had this problem all the way up until I was maybe 25 years old, because that was around the time when I started to learn how to talk to girls and how to be more interesting in conversation.

So I want to start off by saying this. One of the things that I figured out first off is it's not so much what you say, it's more how you say it, which means that you can really talk about whatever you want, but it's the demeanor and the attitude and the energy behind what you're saying and the way that you're talking to her. So you can say the same thing to a woman and it can be a whole different demeanor. And even though it's the same topic or same thing that you're saying, just the energy and the way you're speaking to her, the way you're holding eye contact with her, the way that your body language is, the way that you're using your tonality, it will come off either more or less attractive.

So I just want to say that to begin with. Okay. I know that sometimes when guys hear that, they're like, sounds good trip, still need something to say though, right? It's like, I still don't really know what to say. I can practice all day how to say it, but what am I supposed to say? So I have a couple of tips here and things that I discovered worked really well. And it works well too with any conversation. So this could be with a girl, this could be in networking, this could be with friends, with anyone, anyone that you are talking to and you want to be able to have conversation with them.

So what I'm about to say, by the way, these aren't opening lines. These aren't pickup lines. Okay. I'm just assuming that you're going to find that information elsewhere or wherever. Plus either way, it's more just about going over and starting a conversation by just saying, hi, hello, wanted to come meet you, whatever. But I'm talking about, here's some meat that you can really have for the bigger parts of the conversation that help. Okay. And I know I'm really teasing this, but I just want to say one more story just so you can understand how I figured this out and what it was.

So remember I went on this, it was like a group trip for Jewish people. You can go to Israel for free all the way from 18 to 26 years old. And they pay for it because they just want people to come to Israel to support Israel. So it's pretty much like if you're Jewish and you want to go to Israel for 10 days and it's all expenses paid, you do it. So most people do that. So I procrastinated all the way until I was 26 years old. And so by this time I was already getting much better at meeting women.

And even when I went on this trip, I did have a girlfriend at the time, but I was getting better at just the whole game. And when I went on this trip, you're with about 20 to 30 people and you're spending 10 days with them. Okay. And you're sleeping in the same rooms as them and you're with them all day long and driving around on a big bus all over to the different sites and sightseeing. So you're just with these people all day long. So what ends up happening is you have a lot of conversations if you want it to.

And after the whole trip, I came home, I realized that I made connections with every single person there. I didn't become best friends with everyone, but I was able to make a connection with every single one there. I just kind of realized it's like, wow, it was so easy to have conversation with all these people. And I was just really investigating in my head, like, why was that the case? Why was I able to talk to all these people? And so what was interesting is for some reason, and I guess, you know, like-minded attracts like-minded.

When you're in a group of this big of people, you know, groups start to form. And it felt kind of like high school where like there was groups of people who were very similar, like the nerdy people hung out together. Then there was like the hipsters that hung out together. Then like the basic people. It was like, it kind of separated into these groups or, you know, chunks made friends with each other. Naturally, you got a 30 people together, right? And so as I was socializing and being friendly with everyone, I was able to talk to all these people.

And the reason why is because I felt like I had a lot of knowledge on all sorts of subjects and topics. So it was just so easy for me to relate to every single person I was talking to. Like it didn't matter who they were, you know, if there was something regarding pop culture or technology or politics or anything, I always had an opinion or something to say. And I was a little shocked. I mean, of course I was shocked. How many opportunities do you get where you're spending that many time with that many people and having that many conversations?

So it was only at that time was I really able to realize, okay, something happened here. I was able to really converse and add value to conversations and have meaningful conversations, which led to connections to all these people. And it was due to the fact that and by the way, I'm not this super intellectual person who's like reading all the time and reading tons of books and studies things for fun. I do read books, I do read articles and things like that. But it wasn't to an insane degree.

It was more that just my knowledge was vast. Okay. So it was that I knew a little bit about a lot of different things. Okay. And some things, of course, maybe I know a little bit more, you know, depending on what we're talking about, like music, for example, is one thing I know a lot about, but depending on what it was, I knew a little bit about everything. So I was always able to contribute to conversation. So I took this concept and understood this. I was like, you know what, this can really help guys out.

So I started to teach guys different things that they can do. And you can actually create a little bit of a habit that you can do every single day that can get you to know a little bit about a lot, which helps you with conversations. And I want to say this here before I give you the 10 minute habit is, what's cool is that you don't have to just, you know, know a little about a lot. There are some things, like I said, that you can dive into that are really interesting to you.

So there are topics that you might find just more interesting than anything else, right? Like music was an example, or maybe you're really into politics, or maybe you're really into sci-fi books. It doesn't matter, whatever it is, it's good to have some things that you're more passionate about. Or maybe it's not even things that you read, but maybe things you do. Maybe you're really into tennis, you play a lot of tennis, right? So that's an activity that you do that you can talk about with a lot of people.

So just understand, it's okay to have a few of those. And then again, building this kind of skill of ingesting a lot of information. So you know, a little about a lot. And so there's a way that you can do this, which I'm going to be sharing with you right now. Any thoughts on that so far, Mark, playing the noob? Well, playing the noob, no thoughts so far, but playing the experienced guy, I mean, absolutely. You got to be able to talk off the cuff. Just if she brings up, I don't know, she studies the mating habits of the African hippopotamus.

Can you just go with that? Can you just talk about it, ask questions, be interesting. And that's why, as you said, it's good to have a little bit of information about a lot of things. So with that in place- Well, hold on. Say that again. Say that again. What was the topic about the hippopotamus? African hippopotamus. I'm an expert. I study them all the time. Did you know that their hoof is twice the size of your head? Boom, she says that. What would you do? I would say that is crazy.

No, I didn't know that. But I do know that there is an oil that they extract from their skin is an antibiotic that helps them remain clean. Okay. How did I know that? Do I know anything else about hippopotamuses? No, I don't. I learned that one fact when I was at this zoo. It was like this cool zoo. It was a zoo specifically for animals that have been treated poorly at other zoos. It's kind of like they took these animals and cared for them. And it was a hippopotamus.

I remember that one fact. So I will say this. Did that information come from me reading something? No, it didn't. But it did. And this is going to be kind of the second part of what I'll be telling you today. But it did come from me just having lots of experiences and being open-minded and trying new things. For example, right? Not to get too meta here, but I went to Israel for 10 days. Now I can talk about that because I did that, right? That wasn't something I read.

That was something I did. So as much as I encourage you to do the reading and taking in content, it is good for you to try new things, try everything once, even things you never knew that you might like, because you can have stories and things to say. The only reason why that's not my big tip for today is because I know how this works, right? I can just say that to you and it's like, oh, fun. And then you'll forget about it and it won't really come of much.

That's why the main tip I'm going to be giving you today is something you can actually take action on right now, which is going to be ingesting the content. But I should add, to be even more cultural, to be more knowledgeable, to be more worldly, it is good to do what I'm about to tell you in terms of the content, but also trying as much things as you can, putting yourself out there out of your comfort zone, whether it's trying new foods, traveling to a new place, whatever it is, having a conversation with someone who believes in the exact opposite things that you do, just doing all those things, even if they're uncomfortable, or you know, maybe it takes money to do it, like traveling or whatever.

So those are my thoughts on that. Should we get into my 10-minute habit? I'm excited, brother. Tell me about the 10-minute habit. I'm going to do this myself. Okay, cool. So here's the 10-minute habit. And I just want to let you know that this is something that you can interchange with other things. You'll know what I'm saying in a second. So you don't have to copy this to the T. But if you don't want to get creative, then just copy this to the T. Here it is.

So every day, what you do is go on any news site that you want. Okay, maybe you can find one that's a little bit more neutral. But find any news site and just spend three minutes reading the headlines. Okay, so don't read any articles, just read the headlines. An alternative way to do this, this is what I do. I don't do that. Instead, what I do, and this is not for everyone, I have the news function on my phone, give me headlines as a notification. And I just allow all different sites from entertainment to politics to, you know, some local news sources like the Los Angeles Times, whatever, Washington Post.

I have all these different news sources. So I see the headlines come up. So either way is fine. And what you're doing here is you're reading all these headlines just so you can know what's going on in the world. Now you might end up reading a headline where like, Oh, that's really interesting. I want to read that. So say that article or read it right there and then and read it if you want to. But I find that just knowing the headlines of what's going on is enough to be able to have just general information of what's going on in the world, which is going to help you with conversation.

Okay, so for example, and again, this might be something you might find out through a friend because it's pretty big news. But maybe I'll ask you, Mark, did you know that Tiger Woods got into a car accident recently? I had no idea. Okay. Yeah. Well, that proves my point right there. No idea. That's pretty big news. And there's a whole thing. He got into a car accident. My phone lit up with headlines because every single news resource covered this and he got into a car accident.

His car like flipped over and he was, we went into surgery right away and it could affect his game. Oh, I didn't. Okay. So it wasn't, it wasn't a fender bender where all the paparazzi showed up. The homeboy flipped his shit into a ravine and he's in the hospital. Yeah. And like had to go to the hospital and like get, you know, and get, I mean, think he's going to be fine, but he had to get surgery right away and all this stuff. Now I don't follow golf.

I'm not specifically a Tiger Woods fan, but that's pretty big information. You didn't even know that. Right. But how did I know it? I'm no smarter than you. I just had some headlines that popped up. Right. And anyone can do that. They can just go and read headlines and just know what's going on so you can add to conversation. You know, imagine you're doing an approach, you're talking to a girl and whatever you're talking, talking, you go, Oh wait, did you just hear about Tiger Woods?

He just got in this crazy car accident, you know? And then she's like, who's Tiger Woods? And you're like, I can't believe I have to explain that to you. Whatever. Okay. So just imagine you read enough headlines and you do it every day and it takes three minutes. Okay. Just reading what's going on in the world and having that. Some people go further than that. Great. It's up to you. But the very minimum, do that for three minutes. So that's headlines. Okay. The next three minutes is something that you're just going to do today.

It's not necessarily going to be a three minute thing you'll do every day, but that is you should start reading one book. You should always have a book that you're reading. So you should always be reading something. It doesn't matter what it is, whatever you're interested in. It can be fiction. It could be nonfiction. It can be personal development. It could be the Game of Thrones series, whatever you want. Okay. But you should be reading, always be reading one book. This is going to help because, well, if you're learning something from nonfiction, that's going to give you more insight, more knowledge, and something that's going to help you in the long run, but something you can also add to conversation.

If you learn something cool or something comes up in conversation that reminds you of that, or maybe you're reading a fiction book and then it relates to you in some way that you can bring it up in another conversation or ask someone if they read that book and talk about that, whatever it may be. Always be reading a book. So, okay, what's the three minutes you're going to do today? If you don't have a book, and most guys do, they have one book that they bought, they haven't read yet, or they know one that they want to get, that's great.

Then go get it. If you don't, if you're completely like, I have no recommendations, don't know what to do, just go to the Amazon bestseller list, or the New York Times bestseller list, and just see what's on there. Pick one that seems remotely interesting to you, and just buy it on Amazon, and just start reading it. And then, boom, you're off and running, you got a book. So, always be reading a book, every day, headlines for three minutes. So, that's two tips. I have one more, but any thoughts so far on that, Mark?

Yeah, I love it. As far as books are concerned, I have an app called Headway, and it's all one word. I'd like to suggest it to you guys. It basically breaks down books in 15 minutes. So, it's mostly self-help books and stuff like that, but all the best-selling books, it breaks them down almost like a Cliff Notes. And what I do is I'll listen to a variety of them each day. And not only does it give me potential knowledge for conversational topics with women, but also gives me a good kind of introduction to see whether or not I want to buy them on Audible.

And I'm personally an audiobooks kind of guy, and I would think that guys who listen to podcasts probably prefer audiobooks as well. And that's definitely something I recommend too. I mean, Audible, I think it's 15 bucks a month, and then you get a book, and you get like credits and stuff. And I just whip through books all the time. And yeah, man, having a lot of knowledge about different things is absolutely essential if you want to be a good conversationalist. So, check that out, guys. Headway, it's a blue app with a white ladder on the front, and I strongly suggest that.

I don't want to go too overboard in all the suggestions to overwhelm anyone, but I might as well add on to that. I have another suggestion for you. It is called 12-Minute Books. It's an app, and it is 12-minute audio summaries of all the best nonfiction books. So, it's all nonfiction related to all topics and the bestsellers and all that. It's like $50 for the year, or maybe there's a monthly option. But that's pretty cool. I've used that. I've been using that for the past month. And what's fun is I like to either listen to a summary of a book I already read just to give me the, oh, yeah, that's right.

I forgot about that. I forgot about that. Or if it's a book that I just know I'll never read because I just don't have that much interest, but why not? Let's just get a 12-minute summary on it. And then I'll just do that. So, that's another way of doing it also. What's it called again? 12-Minute Books. 12-Minute Books. Sounds just like Headway. Headway probably stole their idea. So, get both, man. Get yourself. Yeah, it sounds like the same thing. Yeah, yeah, absolutely. So, yeah, there you go.

Check either of those ones out, whatever one suits you the best. Okay. So, we got headlines. We got you're always reading something. Now, here's another one. Here's a very specific one. So, the website Reddit, R-E-D-D-I-T, is one of the best websites if you want to learn and see the most random shit that you never would ever find anywhere else. And they have all these subreddits that just are people posting interesting things that are happening. That is something that you might just remember and you can bring up in a conversation or something you might read that you can bring up in a conversation.

And again, this is with any conversation at all. So, it can be with a girl. It can be with networking, whatever. Specifically, there's a subreddit, meaning a section of Reddit because Reddit's comprised of different subreddits, which are different topics. And there is one called Today I Learned. Have you heard of this, Mark? No, no. Okay. So, reddit.com slash R slash Today I Learned. So, what it is, is it's just a subreddit or a section of Reddit where people are posting interesting random stuff that they learned.

Okay. That you're like, whoa, I never thought that was a thing. So, here, go online right now and I'll read a headline of like a couple of them. So, you get the idea of what I'm talking about here. So, someone posted, Today I Learned that Cavemen had relatively straight teeth and that crooked teeth are a modern phenomenon. Whoa. Whoa. Really? Like, literally, this is posted seven hours ago. I will literally read that later because that's so interesting. Yeah. Why is that the case? Someone said, here's a little bit of a longer one.

And by the way, you click on it and then they'll send you to an article or something if you want to read it. So, these are just the headlines. So, it says, Today I Learned that Clint Eastwood hated his cigars that his character smoked in the Dollars trilogy. Because he would have to do multiple takes, he smoked them quite a bit. According to Eli Wallach, Eastwood would sometimes tell the director, you'd better get it this time because I'm going to throw up. I think that's probably interesting because you probably think that Clint Eastwood loves cigars, but he actually didn't.

Interesting. Here's another one. Today, I learned that only 4% of mammals on earth are wild. 36% are humans and 60% are livestock. Interesting. So, anyways, there's endless amounts of this. People are posting these every hour. And then you can see ones that are the most upvoted. And then if you're interested in it, you can click on it. So, I would say every day, you can just click into two that are very eye-catching to you and just read about it and see what's going on. And if you do that every day, you're just going to learn a lot of random stuff.

So, these are all the little tips that you can do. And this takes you, let's say it's a 15-minute habit, three minutes looking at headlines. I'd say about three or four minutes looking at a couple of articles or things that come in through today I learned. Now you're left with about 70 minutes left. You can use that to read the book that you have purchased or one that you are trying to read. And you can even extend that, of course. You want to do more of this?

That's fine. You might even get sucked into Reddit so hard that you're going to spend hours on it, which I don't recommend because it's a complete waste of time sometimes. But you only need about 15 minutes if you want to go to 20 minutes a day to just have all this stuff and it builds up. Maybe you'll retain some stuff. Some stuff you won't. The point is if you do this every day and create a habit out of it, it's going to build this bank. And now if you want to be superhero, you build that bank with the bank of I try new things and do actual types of actions and activities that allow me to be a more interesting person.

So, now I've done interesting things. I've learned interesting things. I combine that. Conversation is very easy. Now, it might be hard, of course, to get the conversation off the ground, right? You go out and you do approaches and you talk to a girl. It might be hard to get it off the ground. If you can get past that point and get into a little bit of a conversation with her and all of a sudden things are coming up and then you can just like boom, boom, boom, you know, she brings up the African hippopotamus, whatever, you know, then you have something that you can say alongside of that and you can add to that.

And then you combine that with being able to talk with a demeanor that's very confident, right? So, talking to her in a way where you have downward tonality in a way that you're looking her in her eyes and you're very comfortable talking to her. All that together will make it for a very interesting and good experience. Now, a lot of guys right now are doing online dating. What I suggest is don't use any of this stuff in online dating. Use online dating to just talk about a couple things and then we can do maybe do another episode on this, Mark, but just do a couple questions and ask them and then boom, just get the number and get a date.

Now, when you're on that first date, this is just going to be so easy for you. It's going to be so easy for you to be able to relate to whatever she's saying, bring up interesting things. And I want to be very careful here. I'm not saying like read and do this little 15 minute habit every day. So, you can just like puke up information and be this like weird encyclopedia where you're like, did you know that Clint Eastwood didn't really like? You know, that's not really the point.

I mean, it's more to just have this. So, when things do come up, you're able to add to the conversation or you can, again, it's kind of going to be a little bit common sense here. It's like when you're in the conversation, there's times where you can bring something up. There's times where you might not. If you bring up the Clint Eastwood thing out of nowhere, that's going to be kind of strange. She might not even know who that is. Who knows? But you know, the Tiger Woods thing, that could be something you bring up.

Or you can just blurt that out. I'm like, oh, did you hear that Tiger Woods got in this car accident? And she'll be like, yeah, I heard about it. That's crazy. And you'll be like, yeah. And you talk about it. Or she'll be like, no, I had no idea. And then you can be like, yeah, this is what happened. And then conversation just kind of continues. So, it's just a way to have different things in the conversation, kind of in between the get to know you portion of conversation, just to have something there.

So, there you go. That's the little habit that you can do. I love it. My biggest takeaway was the Reddit. I'm definitely stealing that one today. I learned that. And with me, guys, even with this podcast, what I'll do is I'm going through my day. I'll think of something funny or I'll see something funny. And you know how I always say random things in this podcast that maybe crack you guys up. It seems like I come off the cuff with that, but usually it's because I've written it down and I'm like, okay, I'm going to say it in this podcast.

And then what happens is that stuff gets accumulated and then it's kind of naturally on the tip of my tongue. But an important thing too is to be able to just talk about things off the cuff. Like what Tripp did. I said, African hippopotamus. And then boom, he had like a fact with it. And one thing that I always did and still do is just open a magazine and whatever page you go to, whatever you see there, let's say it's a piano. Can you talk about a piano in a somewhat fun and interesting way and engage in conversation?

And you can do this literally alone. You don't even need anybody there to practice with. So look at a random object. Like I'm sitting on my desk right now. I literally have an acoustic panel sitting in front of me so that I don't get too much echo. Can I talk about an acoustic panel? Because what if she's like, I'm a professional acoustic panel maker. And you're like, oh my hell, how am I going to talk about that? Well, with your practice of just speaking about things off the cuff with your preparation, and I always say prior preparation prevents poor performance of going to Reddit, looking at headlines, you can probably just go with it.

Ask her questions about it and make it interesting. So the ability to take what Tripp told you today and not only put the information in your head, but practice regurgitating it. Practice speaking about things off the cuff when someone hits you with a random topic, which your girls are certainly going to do. One other thing I want to say, Tripp, not to step on your toes here, but girls who you typically meet at the same venues, you'll see that they're usually somewhat similar. I don't want to say they're all the same, but I used to go to a bar in Denver before it was closed down because of COVID.

Hopefully it opens again soon where it was always nurses. Why was it nurses? Because there was a nursing school right next door. So me as a smart individual, I prepared questions about nursing, facts about nursing, and funny stories about nursing where I could bring it to each individual conversation. So as you guys get better, now this isn't always true. You're going to be day gaming in different places and malls and outdoor food courts or whatever, but specifically when you go to the same venues like bars and nightclubs, you'll see you usually get the same kind of shit or girls are really into a certain kind of dancing.

You should know things about that dancing. So again, it's that prior preparation that gets you prepared. Do what Tripp was suggesting today. It's your responsibility to entertain the girl because listen, if you bore her or if she brings up boring topics and you run with it, she's going to blame you for boring her. You as the man are supposed to lead the conversation. That's the masculine presence. So if you don't do this, if you don't bring conversational topic for her to seek her teeth into and to give her those good emotions that create attraction, she's going to blame you.

It's your fault. You're going to get yourself blown out. So Tripp, I absolutely love it. Do you have anything else you want to add on to what I just said? Yes, I do. I'll add one thing. So I agree. Yes, you are the man. You need to be doing those things, leading the conversation. Just remember though, when you're in the conversations with these women, if they're not reciprocating in a way that's interesting to you, if you find that they're just not able to vibe with you and have the conversation with you and you're just finding yourself turned off, not by how much knowledge they have, but just the ability to converse with you because eventually you will become very good at conversing and you're going to find that you're going to be with women who are not good at it and just you don't have that vibe.

If you don't have that vibe, then that's unattractive to you and she's gone, right? You can just eliminate her and like, don't see her again. And this should not be a woman that you, you know, have to go on another date with, or maybe you don't end up getting her number because you're talking to her and you're realizing like, wow, this is just painfully boring. And I know it's not because of me, it's because of her and look off for that. So I don't want guys to be thinking it's all on me.

It's all on me. Why do I have to do everything? Like, no, you do have to do a lot in this courtship phase. However, if they're not holding up their end of the bargain, you don't have to do anything you don't want to. Don't just be going for girls because they're hot. Okay. If they have crappy personalities and there's not fun to talk to, and it's just brutal talking to them, don't think that you have to get their number. Remember, they're trying to be attractive as much as you're trying to be attractive.

So that's one thing I want to say. Another thing I want to say is remember, I believe I said this, but I want to just hammering this into your head. When you're approaching women, when you're on dates, when you're building attraction, you're not impressing her. Don't ever be in the frame of, I want to impress her. I'm trying to impress her. That word should be out of your vocabulary altogether. Okay. Never try to impress a woman. This is not what I taught you today is not about trying to impress her to make her think you look cool because you know things or because you're smart.

Now that might happen. And if that happens, well, nice. Right. But we're not trying to impress her like, look at me. I'm so smart. We're just giving you a habit here and a way to be able to converse. So it makes it so it's easier to have conversation, which makes it interesting, which makes it so you guys are connecting longer and feel more connected. And this is what builds attraction and then builds investment. The longer you hold a conversation, the more invested she'll be in you because she's spending more time with you, she's going to feel psychologically like she wants to return on that investment.

So when she's spending more time with you, it's going to be easier to get what's called compliance, which means getting her number and taking it to the next step of asking her on a date. So the skills that you're learning here is all about trying to just be a good conversationalist so that you can have conversation. And so that can be fun and interesting to you, but we're not trying to impress. Right. Yep. And not trying to impress her will impress her ironically. So what do I always say?

Be outcome independent. Don't give a shit. You're there for your own entertainment. And just like Tripp was saying, if she's not carrying her weight in the conversation and while it is your responsibility to guide the conversation, if she's as interesting as talking to a pizza box, obviously you're going to dip out. And that's why I always say from quantity comes quality. Want you talking to lots of different girls. Real quick, Tripp, this part in this Clint Eastwood movie, he's smoking one of those cigars and one of the banditos, the Mexican banditos takes his gun and he shoots the tip off the cigar.

So the cigar goes out and then Clint Eastwood just looks at him with his eyes and then lights it again, dude. It was so awesome, man. That was like the best part. That's awesome. See how we just did that there? Imagine I said that to you and now you've seen that movie or seen movies where he's had the cigars and then you say that back to me. We just did an example of what that looks like. So that's cool. Exactly. And that is very badass. Yeah, dude.

He's so sick. I love that guy. So I think it was called For a Few Dollars More, I'm pretty sure is what that movie was. Yeah, that was interesting stuff. Man, great information today, Tripp. I love it when guests come on and actually give us tangible, usable advice that we can go out and deploy. And I love that Reddit advice, the headlines. You guys should be definitely reading books and going out there and practicing. You can do theory all day long, but until you put yourself in front of those women, you're not really going to know how to do it.

So get out there, practice, open and eject, get your chops up. It's all about reps, man, just like a batting cage. So Tripp, thank you again for joining us. I really do appreciate it. Where can the guys find you? I highly suggest you go listen to his podcast. And what podcast is that? The podcast is called, and this is so related, How to Talk to Girls. So check out that podcast, How to Talk to Girls. It's basically on any platform that you're listening to this podcast on.

So if you want more tips like that, tangible stuff, things that work really well in meeting women, dating, sex, and relationships, come on over, listen, just hit my 500th episode, which is pretty crazy. So there's a lot there for you to listen to. And I will just check that out and see what I have to say if you want some more info. How about coaching and stuff? Do you offer coaching? And what exactly do you offer in that respect? I do. Yeah, I do coaching. So right now I do one-on-one coaching.

So any guys who have to figure out how to meet girls, how to attract girls, whether it's online or in person, and they feel that they're just not able to do it through just listening to podcasts, and you're going to hear me say this exact thing on my own podcast because I talk about my coaching program quite a bit, I do have a program that helps with that. So if you have to figure this out and you want to stop at nothing to do it and you just feel like you're struggling doing it on your own, what I do is I do weekly calls with you and we do texting and I set up a whole custom plan for you and it's a really done for you program.

So all the work here is on me of setting up a profile for you that works with online, teaching you different custom scripts to be meeting women out in person and making you an amazing conversationalist and just a guy who's going to be really good at meeting women. And so you have the choice instead of being in the situation where you feel like the women are choosing you or maybe even not at all. So yes, I do have a coaching program. And if you're just like, I'm done with listening to podcasts right now, I need more, then that would be your next step is to, you know, come on over and do coaching.

If you're interested in doing that, I do have an application. You just go to coachedbytrip.com and then you can apply and work with me and then we can get you off and running on a custom program. So those are your two options right there is you can do coaching and take it to that level. If you're not ready for something like that, just check out the podcast, how to talk to girls. Awesome. Well, Tripp, thank you so much for joining us. I really do appreciate it.

And guys, real recognizes real. And what that means is I know I have game. I know I'm really good with women and I can tell just by talking to Tripp that he knows his shit.
