Welcome to The Unapologetic Man Podcast, the only podcast that's all about self-improvement, confidence, success, women, and being a man without making any apologies for it. What is up guys? Thank you for joining me on another episode of the UMP. I really do appreciate it. And today we are going to talk about the way of the unapologetic man. What does it mean, at least to me, and why does it make you so unbelievably attractive to women when you get unapologetic in life, when you get your frame together, and when you don't make excuses for neither who you are, what you do, what you believe, or even your attraction for women.
So that's what we're going to get into today. Before we get started, I want to let you know that I do offer one-on-one phone coaching. You can check that out at coachmarksing.com. Once again, that's coachmarksing.com. You can click the link in the link below. Yeah, click the link in the link below. That makes a lot of sense, but you know what I meant by that. And check out the myriad of amazing testimonials that I have. It almost seems like I have some wizardry, which really I do, and it's called NLP, Neuro Linguistic Programming.
So if you feel like you have one foot on the gas and one foot on the brake, if you feel like you're standing in your own way, if you feel like there's something inside you that prevents you from getting women, then that could be what the issue is, is that you have programming inside your mind that isn't conducive to attracting women, and it was literally given to you when you were just a little kid. You were defenseless. These programs were given to you, and now you just keep getting the same dismal results over and over again.
What I do is I go in there and I remove those like a splinter from your brain or like a bad computer program, a virus. We literally erase the virus and replace it. If you don't think this is possible, I encourage you to check out some of my reviews. The testimonials, the success stories, and everything else that comes with what I've done over the last 10 years is unbelievable. So even if you're just curious, check that out. If it's the right fit for you, I would love to meet you, love to help you out.
This is my purpose in life, is to help guys like you, and I make no apologies for it. CoachMarkZing.com Alright, without further ado, let's jump into the content. These days, there are so many forces that try to make us feel guilty for being men. Our attraction for women, our very presence, everything that we do, we have to feel guilty about it. But I postulate that we shouldn't feel guilty about it, that in fact, we should be absolutely unapologetic, both for our desires for women, as well as our desires to kick ass and take names in this life.
Masculine energy goes towards that which it wants to accomplish. And in so doing, it's going to piss people off. It's going to offend people, it's going to threaten people, it's going to make people jealous, and they're going to expect you to apologize for it. They're going to expect you to be PC for it. And we apologize in many different ways, don't we? We apologize in our dress, we apologize in our body language, we apologize in our tonality, and even sometimes we flat out apologize by saying, I'm sorry, or I apologize for this, or didn't mean to bother you, but...
And we become meek, we become feeble, and thus we become unattractive to women. I say that we should own all our desires. Our desires to have sex with a beautiful woman, own it, don't be apologetic for it, don't feel guilty for it, don't let the myriad of media and the masses tell you that you shouldn't approach a woman, are you kidding me? There's been this big movement lately, toxic masculinity, don't approach women, don't make them feel uncomfortable. That's how the entire human race thrived, is by men approaching women, expressing interest, and of course doing so in a respectful way, but not ceasing to do so because we're afraid of being criticized and apologizing for it afterwards.
Or feeling guilty after you masturbate to some porn, dude, fuck it, just own that shit. We all masturbate to porn, so whatever, it's part of who you are as a human, stop making yourself feel guilty for it. So I want to take a look at all the things we do as men in different sections, okay? So body language, tonality, what we say, as well as our desires. So first and foremost, body language. I can look at a guy in a club and I can tell immediately, he's feeling guilty, he's being apologetic for who he is.
Why? Because he has closed up body language. His shoulders are curved in, his chin is tucked in, he's holding the drink in front of himself, his legs are close together, he's stuffing himself in the smallest space possible. That's a body language sign of being apologetic. An unapologetic man lets himself go, lets himself open up, holds his chin up high. Has a smile on his face, feels good about who he is. He doesn't feel guilty for taking up a few feet at the bar, no, he feels justified to be there.
He doesn't feel guilty for sitting in a booth and putting his arm over it. He doesn't feel guilty for walking proudly and letting other people move out of his way. He doesn't feel guilty, nor does he apologize for being a silverback. And when you don't apologize for being a silverback, women get attracted to that. Because they want a guy who is unapologetic. They want a guy who takes space up, who is loud, who isn't afraid to be heard, and who isn't fearful of the ramifications of him being himself.
The thing here is fear. The reason we apologize, the reason we stuff ourselves in the smallest space possible, is because we're afraid of being reprimanded. Look, you should have a certain number of haters. In fact, until you do have a certain number of haters, you're not successful. I talked about it in my other podcast about haters. I should have about 1 out of 10 of you guys that absolutely hate me. And I'm sure there's somebody listening to this right now who's just fuming, just getting pissed off. Go ahead and get pissed off.
I don't give a shit. I am unapologetic for everything that I'm saying right now. Unapologetic in tonality. When you're talking to a girl and you have a, do you want to go to the movies tonight? That's an apologetic tone. Be unapologetic for your desire for her. And that's even responsible for direct openers. Hey, I saw you standing over here and I wanted to come meet you. What's up? What's your name? Now, obviously, I'm going to get into this more in a minute, but you have to be socially intelligent about this.
When I say be unapologetic about your desire for a woman, I'm not saying to just go up and take women and be a rapist and be an asshole. Of course, you're going to be respectful. Of course, you're going to honor her feelings and read her and know when to abort mission and know what to say. And even when you're unapologetic, you're not angry. The reason guys get angry is because they feel guilty about what they want. Then when they're rejected, they're pissed off about it because they're butthurt about it.
But when you're unapologetic, you're also unaffected. So that when I go up and I get rejected, not only am I unaffected by it, but I walk away and I give her her space because I can respect a woman through being unapologetic. And that happens in our tonality. When we ask a girl, hey, can I get your phone number? It's either with a downward inflection, which communicates being unapologetic, like, hey, I'm attracted to you. Can I get your phone number? Could I take you out sometime? There's no apology behind it because I have a downward inflection.
Whereas when I have an upward inflection, hey, can we hang out sometime? You literally are apologizing for asking her for her phone number. You're apologizing for being attracted to her. And you're taking a supplicatory role. And therefore, she's not going to get attracted to you. So when you're talking to people, usually the alpha male of the group is the loudest. Why? Because he's not apologizing for his volume. He's not apologizing for his presence. He's willing to be heard. And he doesn't give a shit. He talks to girls like he's the coach of that soccer team, like I say all the time, right?
Like she's a little 13-year-old girl on the soccer team. And he's the coach. And he's going to tuck her under his wing and show her a good time. Does he have to apologize for that? No, because that's what women want. That's what turns them on. Now, when you do it with respect, when you do it with honor, when you do it with appreciation for women and all the beauty that they represent through their femininity, you don't have to feel guilty for it. We want to put our penis into a beautiful woman.
That's okay, bro. That's okay. Own that. That's what created humanity. That's what created you. You came because of guys who were unapologetic about their desire for women. So stop feeling guilty about wanting women. Stop feeling guilty about improving this part of your life. Stop feeling guilty for being a fucking man. The next thing is in the things that we say. Is it okay to be disagreeable with a woman? Is it okay to say, no, I don't agree with that? Yes, absolutely. So many times guys are like trying to step around what they say, not hurt her feelings, not chase her away.
But what's interesting is the less you fucking care, the better it works out for you. The less you apologize for what you're saying, the better it's going to go. And the less you're outcome dependent, which means you care about what happens in the outcome, the better the outcome is going to happen for you. And this all stems from the way of the unapologetic man is just living your life, knowing what you want, going to get it. If they're not interested, cool. And when you have this radical outcome independence, then suddenly emotion is not so tied into every little thing that you do.
You don't get butthurt by every little denial that you get, every little rejection. You see the guys who are fighting outside of bars and you say to yourself, they're angry. What does an angry man really say to society when he's behind you honking at you in his car and getting road rage? He's saying, I'm weak. I've been affected by my failures. I'm helpless. I'm powerless. So I'm going to do the only thing I can do and that's get angry. Emotion gives away your power. Emotion gives away your power, especially the negative emotion.
Now, this all comes into frame control. As you guys know, if you listen to this podcast for any duration of time, I think frame control is the most important thing in seduction. Well, when you are unapologetic, when you own that which you desire, when you own who you are, when you are your own hero, you don't go around apologizing for it. In fact, you feel that you're actually contributing to this world and you should. You should contribute to this world. Now, so many guys can take this the wrong way and say, well, fuck it.
I'm going to be unapologetic. I'm going to do crime and I'm going to manipulate girls and I'm going to be a rapist and a complete asshole to society and I'm not going to apologize for it. Fuck everybody. Anarchy. No, that's not what this means. This means being a good human being. And how do you know how to be a good human being? Because the laws are written in your heart. And here's an easy way for you to determine what is right and what is wrong. It's simple.
That which is right creates peace for others. That which is wrong creates suffering for others. And that's it. Those laws are written inside our hearts. So you know what to do. And if you're acting in a way that brings peace to others, yet others are threatened by you and you're apologizing for it, that's no way to live. You have to live who you are. You have to be true to yourself. You have to be your own hero without making excuses for it. And watch yourself and watch others.
Watch your body language. Watch other people's body language. Watch your tonality. Watch your frame. Watch how you talk to people. How you react. Are you being unapologetic for what you want? Are you being unapologetic for who you are? Are you being true to yourself and your purpose? Are you acting in a way that honors both yourself because you too are a soul as well as other people's souls? Or are you acting in a way where you feel guilty for being who you are? The next time you jack off and you feel guilty, ask yourself, why am I apologizing for that?
It's totally natural to beat off. Now, of course, everything in balance. If you're beating off five times a day, there's an issue there. Get some NLP coaching with me. But every once in a while, that's okay. Every once in a while, it's okay to eat a donut. Every once in a while, it's okay to have Burger King. Take a break off of lifting weights. Stop apologizing and feeling guilty. Stop saying, should. I should do this. I shouldn't do that. You're shitting all over yourself. When you act in a way that is true to yourself, you honor yourself, you're unapologetic for your desires, you're unapologetic for who you are, all within the framework of doing that which is written in your heart, that which is right, all within the framework of working hard and being your own hero, all within the framework of contributing to this world and not taking from it, then you too can be an unapologetic man.
So what are you going to do with this? What are you going to go from here? Are you going to approach that girl and stop feeling guilty about it? Or are you going to still feel bad about your sexual desires, your attraction to this kind of girl, your feelings that I shouldn't feel what I feel as being a man, I shouldn't feel this masculinity, I shouldn't feel this testosterone because society says it's wrong, toxic masculinity. No, I say fuck that. Own it. You are a man.
And men have created amazing things in this society. Masculinity is that which strives, that which is ambitious, that's what sets goals and has a forward-thinking mentality. That which created all the jobs in this world, all the infrastructure. It created forward progress. It created homes and showers and lights that we turn on. That's masculine energy. And that's what you are. So step into it. And interestingly enough, when you step into it, when you're unapologetic about it, then things start just working for you. Girls get attracted to you.
You start making more money. People start respecting you and asking you for help. Then when that all happens, you have more resources to help the world out with. You can bring other men up. You get more sex. You get to have more vacations. You can contribute money to those causes that you believe in. You are a good man because you're an unapologetic man. And that may be contrary to what society is telling you, but that's the whole purpose of this podcast is be unapologetic. Be who you are.
Step into it. Own it. Stop feeling guilty. Fucking jack off. Have sex with girls. Look at porn. It's all okay. All in balance. Most importantly is, are you doing what's inside your heart? Are you doing that which creates peace for both yourself and others? Or are you doing that which creates suffering for yourself and others? If you act within that that is written inside your heart, then you can go to bed tonight as your own hero. Wake up in the morning and look at that sign on your wall that says, never out of the fight and do another day and contribute to this world.
Put out energy. Make change. That's what you're here for. And that's what your job is as an unapologetic man. All right, guys, that was my rant for the day. I hope you took something positive from it. If you have any questions, thoughts, concerns, you can always hit me up at coachmarksing at gmail.com. But if you could follow me there, I'd appreciate it at coachmarksing. All right. Thank you so much for listening and I'll see you in the next episode. I'll see you in the next episode.
