Welcome to The Unapologetic Man Podcast. The only podcast that's all about self-improvement, confidence, success, money, women, and being a fucking man. God damn it, I just got a text. Hold on. Do you want to just keep going? Keep it in? I'm your host, John Anthony. And I'm Mark Sing. And today, we're going to be talking about how to balance work and life. So it's kind of funny. Mark and I were talking before this, and Mark was just like, yeah, I don't know what to say about this, dude, because it just seems simple.

And it kind of is. But I figured that the angle we want to talk about today is something that I think is really important and that a lot of high achievers do. Mark and I just kind of do it without thinking much. But it's something that most people don't do. And that's basically focusing on the high ROI activities. So most guys, like their problem is they work too much, right? Like they don't have enough time for play. And the reason for that is typically because you're focusing on the 80% of activities that are bringing in 20% of the money.

But if you just flip the script and use Pareto's law in the opposite way and ask yourself, what's the 20% of things I'm doing that's bringing in 80% of the money? Then that's how you basically free up all your fucking time and just like have more time to play. Yeah, absolutely. Like a lot of people dwell on – say, for example, you're building a website. A lot of people will dwell on getting the logo made, getting the contact page made. Oh, I need to set up a contact email.

I need to set up mail automation. I need to set up all this stuff rather than creating a product or hiring a copywriter to actually sell the product and getting traffic to your website. So just like John said, you want to figure out those things that actually put money in your pocket. And then once the money is coming in your pocket, then you can delegate all of the other bullshit out to other people. And one really good thing that I do is I use VAs. That's called a virtual assistant.

And I hire people in the Philippines who work for like pennies on the dollar. And I'll pay these people – I literally have one girl that works for me. I pay her probably like $50 a month or excuse me, a week, and she makes more than an engineer in her country. And she just does the mundane tasks for me. She just does the – she'll like email people for me. She'll like build lists. She'll just do all the mundane shit that I don't want to deal with.

And another good thing about delegating is you get to free up your time for doing the things that you want to do. Like I consider myself a big picture thinker and I'm not good at anything. Like I'm just good at like strategizing and thinking and standing by my window, rubbing my chin and coming up with these ideas and then being like, all right, guys, you execute this. And when you're able to delegate out, when you're able to focus on those things that are going to make you the money, then you're actually going to have time to do those things you love.

And I think a lot of people don't go after money because they think they're going to lose their freedom. But what's interesting is I've noticed a lot of people who have that mentality, they actually have less freedom than people who do make money because they're still working the same 8 to 10-hour days. I mean sometimes they have to work two jobs when you're really poor. And when they do that, they're basically like shooting themselves in the foot. So you can still make a lot of money. There's only 24 hours in the day.

Most people work 10 to 12 hours, maybe 8 to 12 hours. But think about it. Would you rather be getting paid $500 an hour or $10 an hour? I know what choice I'd make. And when you make that kind of money, you can reward yourself with trips and having a good time and going hunting like what I'm going to do in October and doing the things you're truly passionate about. Yeah, and that's a really important point too is like – okay, so let me ask you guys a question. Would you rather make $80,000 a year working 40-hour work weeks or $50,000 a year working 4-hour work weeks?

I would take the latter. And so because if you do the math, it works out that you're actually making more per hour based off of just the hours you work relative to how much you make. So again, like say that we have somebody who – they work like 80 hours a fucking week and they make maybe, I don't know, $2,000 a week. I suck at math. I shouldn't have chosen these numbers. But compare that to someone who makes like $1,000 a week, which is less, but they work like five hours a week, right?

And so that's just always been my mentality is like, dude, I work so fucking little compared to the average person. Yeah, so do I. I work so little, dude. I know. Sometimes I feel guilty. Do you ever feel guilty? I do sometimes, yeah. I do too. Like I should be working more. Yeah, I'll like log into my email and I'm like, what can I do? Like I should be doing something probably. And, you know, but like it's because Mark and I have gotten really good at like focusing in on those high ROI activities.

Like when I first started Masculine Development, my blog, I was making most of the money at first by Amazon affiliates, right? So I would basically, you know, recommend products that I use on Amazon and I would get like a small commission. It doesn't cost anyone anything. It's out of Amazon's pocket. And so they'd give me like, you know, if somebody buys a book, I'd get like 30 cents or something. And then I released an e-book, my first e-book, which was Seven Strategies to Develop Your Masculinity. And my income went up from that blog like 30x, right?

And so because I was smart, I was like, OK, so I can either keep recommending stuff and make like a few bucks a day from Amazon or I can just like focus on promoting this book. And, you know, that's what you always want to ask yourself is like, what's the highest ROI activity? And, you know, this is applicable to everyone, but especially to entrepreneurs, you know, because like if if you're running a business and you just like do all the grunt work, like Mark was talking about, you know, like the building the email list and like the the fucking accounting and like this different shit, like like fuck that.

Just pay someone to do it for you and then you can free up your time to focus on the high ROI activities. Yeah, absolutely. And then when you're focusing on the high ROI activities, you got the ROI coming in. You can start working less while you save money and you can actually do what you want to do. Because, I mean, a lot of people want to become millionaires because they want to or even billionaires because they want they think they're going to arrive at this place where they don't have to do anything.

And they're just going to sit on the beach with, you know, a pina colada and then just the rest of their life they get to chill and have fun. Well, that's only going to last a couple of weeks. Yes, you'll have a great time for a couple of weeks, but then you're going to want to do more. And then other people, they they have the opposite thing. They just work and work and work and work to get to a future where they're working their their lives away.

Now, the way I see it is you should work hard now, work as hard as you can for a minimal amount of time to give you the money you're looking for, but also enjoy your life in the present moment. I mean, balancing work and play, like what if you died tomorrow, like does the X many thousand you have in the bank really matter? I mean, it does to some to some extent because you're saving for your future. But you have to you have to do it where you work as little as possible, make as much as possible, save, but also enjoy the now and give yourself these these breaks where you get to actually go enjoy the fruits of your labor, enjoy what you're doing.

And a lot of people get sucked into either or either they're they're slaving away to try to build a future to where they think they're just going to retire completely or they're just lazy and they're not even working at all and working towards anything because they're afraid of something. Like they're afraid of losing that money or they're afraid they can't do it. They're afraid they're going to fail. But, you know, having that balance in life is just so important because you're going to drive yourself crazy if you don't.

Yeah. And also, I just thought of the perfect fucking title for this video, dude. I think I think we should title it how to build the Playboy lifestyle, making millions while having fun. Brother, you're so damn good at these titles. And, you know, from the content I've delivered so far, I'm very uncomfortable with that because a lot of clicks are going to be we're going to get a lot of clicks on that. Oh, totally. Yeah, no, that's that's an awesome title for sure. That's write it down before we forget.

Yeah, I will. Because I mean, like that's that's fundamentally what this is, is it's like you want to you want to live the life of a millionaire Playboy, right? Like, you know, people, they're always like, oh, I want a million dollars. But it's like, no, you don't like you. You want the freedom that that brings you. Right. And oftentimes you can get that freedom if you just like make money online and work independently because then, you know, say you make 10 grand a month. You can travel, you can live in Thailand for like five hundred dollars a month and get your dick sucks like every day for like pennies.

You know, it's like cheap. You spend like a dollar and get like a five star meal over there. You can go fly to fucking Kiev, Ukraine. You can go fucking do whatever you want. You can have the life of a millionaire if you work independently. And so, you know, some ways to do that. Like if you. OK, so say that you have a job right now. OK, you're probably, you know, listening to this. You're like, dude, this sounds really cool. But like I'm working at McDonald's or Starbucks and I make like 10 bucks an hour.

Like, what the fuck do I do? OK, so first things first, like Mark and I both do this for a living. We make money online, like find a way to make money online. And this is what I'm going to kind of tie into something I was thinking about earlier is like find a way to combine your work and play. So like for me and for Mark, that's basically like learning game, right? We both love women. We love, you know, seducing women and dating different girls. And so we figured out a way to combine that thing that we enjoy with making money, right?

We teach other guys how to do that. So that's a really cool way to combine your your work and your play. Another way is like, you know, I love working out. I love getting jacked. I love the feeling of like being fucking jacked today. I was I got out of the gym and I was walking around waiting for my haircut appointment and I just went into some random stores and just like chatted up girls, you know, because I'm in my tank top all fucking jacked. And I love that.

So I was like, how can I make money from like being jacked? And I was like, oh, I'll launch an e-book where I teach other guys how to get jacked. So if you just fucking tie your work and play together, then you can make so much money and you can do it doing what you love. That's the thing, too, is oftentimes you'll get addicted when when you are doing something you love. It's almost like your work becomes your play. And I know that's so cliche and so many people are going to roll their eyes when they hear it.

But doing this podcast, for example, I literally look forward to it the whole week and I'm thinking about, oh, I'll say this or I'll say that or, oh, we can talk about this. I have a tire running list of what's going on. And I sell a little product from this podcast and tons of people have been buying it. I didn't even think I didn't think that many people would be buying it, but it's like selling like goddamn hotcakes. And it's like I'm making money doing what I love.

I also offer coaching, which, by the way, you can click in the bottom there, bottom section there. Tons of guys are hiring me for coaching. So it's like I get to talk about what I love with a dude that I like and it's like I'm getting paid for it. Are you serious right now? Hell yeah, I'll do that. Like and that's the reason this podcast is going to last is because we both really love to talk about this shit. I mean, dude, like sometimes I'm annoying because I talk to people about this stuff and they don't want to hear it.

You know what I mean? And like the fact that you guys are willingly listening to me, I mean, that's like such a gigantic compliment. I can't even tell you. And then buying my shit, it's like, are you serious right now? How in the hell can that happen? Now, as the listener, you're probably like, fuck you, you. You get to do what you want. You get to get paid for it. You figured it out, you motherfucker. But I'm telling you, there's something you can do where you are expressing your joy and expressing your enthusiasm.

And again, enthusiasm, as I said in the past podcast, the translation of it is to be possessed by a god. So what do you love to do? What do you know a lot about? What can you just talk about for hours and hours and hours? And look at us. I mean, we started a podcast. We're on episode. I think this is episode eight. And we're already getting, you know, lots of views. I'm selling lots of lots of products. Just imagine where this is going to be in six months.

And because I love to do it, man, I don't I don't imagine that to be any work whatsoever six months down the road. So a lot of times you can get addicted to your work. And I dare say when it comes to the seduction, I do some other things, too, when it comes to Internet marketing, one of which is copywriting, which is writing basically sales pages for my clients, which I don't enjoy nearly as much as the seduction stuff. But I do do it because I happen to be pretty decent at it.

But when you love what you do, you can get addicted to like, dude, like when you see notification of payment received come into your inbox, that's like a ping. It's like getting like checked out. Oh, dopamine hit. Oh, big time, big time. And and they like, bing, bing, bing. They hit. You can get really addicted to that. But you also have to almost discipline yourself to do other things that you enjoy because you can get to like become a workaholic. That's what a workaholic is. They're getting these dopamine hits from from doing whatever they're doing.

So literally last weekend, my girlfriend and I had plans to go backpacking and I was not into it, man. I had just moved. All my backpacking shit was like in storage. I had like I was exhausted. But I was like, you know what, Mark? Suck it up. Go backpacking. You need to get into the woods. And, you know, it's August in Colorado. It's absolutely beautiful. We went to the waterfall. We had this like great backpacking experience. So sometimes making yourself take the time off from your work to enjoy other things, you really realize like, oh, man, like there was a lot of stress in my shoulders or I really needed this.

And and it almost takes discipline to have that balance, because especially when you're doing something you love, it's easy to just keep doing it and doing it and doing. You get into this like pattern and it's not healthy. So you need to break it up. Give yourself those breaks. Reward yourself, man. I try to go on a trip every three months. I try to travel every three months because it's like when you get out of that that constant grind, you really realize like how much stress is accumulated in your body and in your soul and it releases.

So very important to take vacation. It's very important to do something fun every weekend for sure. Yeah. And, you know, it's really funny, too, is like guys like they think that, oh, but like if I'm not working, then I'm not making money. But first of all, if you set it up right, you will make money because like I make money while I sleep. Mark, you make money while you sleep. I promise you I'm going to wake up tomorrow and I'm going to probably sell a few e-books, make a couple hundred bucks just overnight.

Right. Maybe sell a couple copies of some of my higher end products. You know, get some guys that talk about coaching. They want to get coaching. Right. So that's the first thing is if you set it up right, you will make money regardless. But second and more importantly, if you don't take the time to play and have fun and just get some distance from your business, you'll get gridlocked and you'll get into this like mindset where you can't see the big picture. You know, I mean, some of my biggest revelations in business, like I'm talking that have, you know, 10x the amount of money that I make online have come from literally just taking a break.

Because when you take a break, you get perspective, you know, and you're like, OK, yeah. And, you know, here's a good exercise, for example, that I like to do on a regular basis that you guys can do right now if you have a pen and paper that will help you get some perspective. So here's what you do. And this is an exercise, by the way, that I got from Tim Ferriss's four hour work week. It's a great book. I still return to it every now and then.

And here's what you do. So first question you want to ask yourself is if you had a surgery on your heart and the doctor told you you have to cut down your work to two hours a week, what would you do? And I promise you that two hours a week is going to be the highest ROI stuff that that could ever exist. Right. Because instantly all the bullshit like, oh, you know that you're probably doing now, like checking email 10 times a day and sending out an email to Pam in accounting so that she can get some.

Random fucking paperback to me like, no, that's all going to go away. Right. It's like, OK, what's like the top 1% of things that I can do that will give me 99% of the return. Right. Maybe opening up that online store that you've been thinking of where you want to sell something, maybe launching that new product, maybe, you know, making a new website. Right. It's the highest ROI stuff. And then the second activity that I like to do is I make a list and I say, OK, what 20% of things are giving me 80% of the benefit?

And I do this for my financial life. Right. So where where what 20% of sources are generating 80% of my income. I do it for my social life. What 20% of my friends and of the women in my life are giving me 80% of the most enjoyments. I do it for my hobbies, for, you know, just every area of my life, you know, for physical fitness and health. You know what? 20% of activities are making me 80% healthier. And I like to do that at least once a month. And I keep a journal where I do that so I can kind of track my progress.

And that's super, super important just to get some perspective because, like, so many guys just get locked into, like, these stupid jobs that fucking, you know, are basically meaningless and make you feel like you're meaning – like you're worthless and living a meaningless existence. And if you just do this little exercise, you'll see that, like, you can actually focus on the 20% of things that will give you so much more of a result. And then you'll free up, like, 80% of your time. Did you know that 80% of – it might even be more, but 80% to 90% of people are unsatisfied in their job?

Damn. Think about that. That's 8 out of 10 people. Like, next time you – guys, next time you're driving on the freeway, you might be driving right now as you're listening to this, just look at the people in the other cars. 8 out of 10 of those people hate their jobs and probably hate their life because they're spending most of their time at their jobs. And that's probably why a lot of people are like, fuck these guys, you know, like, they're happy in their work. I mean – Fuck you.

You're happy. Yeah. Well, yeah. How many times, you know, I've heard that before. You know, we certainly work hard and we do a lot of things we don't want to do. That's all part of doing it. But if you are wanting to get out of what you're doing and follow your passion and do something, you know, to get that million-dollar lifestyle, I would stay away from the next shiny object syndrome. Like, drop shipping and all that stuff. I would personally advise you to do some sort of coaching on something that you're passionate about and it can be anything from video game playing to like if you're a good skier, you're a good golfer, you're good at surfing, whatever it might be.

It's really easy right now on the internet to turn your knowledge into a product. And I found – that's how I've made all my money is I've turned my knowledge of teaching men how to deal with women into products. I've turned my knowledge of copywriting and I mentioned copywriting before. Copywriting is basically sales writing and it's basically like I'm a salesman but I'm doing it in writing. So you land on the page, you read what I write and then you pull out your credit card and buy.

And there's something so intoxicating about that to me that I can actually write words on a paper that makes people buy that I really enjoy doing it. So for me, my two things were seduction products, copywriting and I also do one-on-one coaching which I thoroughly enjoy. I also coach guys out live in Denver on Thursday nights and if you're in the Denver area, you can hit me up. But those are the things I choose to do because those are the things I'm passionate about. So think about what you're passionate about.

I mean dude, 10 years ago, I was in your shoes. I had a shitty job. I was like, oh god, I don't even want to talk about it. I was working all these shitty jobs. I would always get fired too. It was really funny. I used to work at Oakley Customer Service and I would get on the phone in an Australian accent. And if you're listening to this in Australia, I'm sorry. I'm about to butcher your language but I'd be like, right, thanks for calling Oakley Customer Service.

This is Nitro. How can I help you? And they'd be like, yeah, we need to send in our glasses. And I'd be like, right, send them on in and like a boomerang, they'll be right back to you in four weeks. And I got fired and I would get fired from all these jobs. Because I was simply doing what I didn't want to do. But it's now that I'm doing what I want to do, I follow my passion. I follow my bliss. I follow my enthusiasm. And I can actually get paid for it.

It's not easy, man. It's like an airplane taking off. It takes a shit ton of work up front. But once that airplane is in the air and it's kind of floating and it has some loft, then you can delegate out and just live that million-dollar lifestyle where I literally never wake up to an alarm. My goal in life was to like never wake up to an alarm again. And I've accomplished that. I just wake up when my body wants me to wake up. I'll get up.

I meditate. Sometimes I'll take a bath. Then I go to the gym. I come home, you know, have a nice meal. And then I get to work. So that was the dream lifestyle for me. And if you're listening to this and you're unsatisfied, dude, if you're putting 40 hours of your week into something you don't like, don't do that to yourself, man. Think of what you can teach. I mean this is just my perspective. It might be the wrong advice. I don't know who you are. But I'm just saying you have something to teach.

You have wisdom in you that nobody else has. And setting up a product on the internet is so flippant easy right now. We live in a time and in a generation where there's so much opportunity to make money online. It's almost like free money you can just pick up off the ground. Yes, you're going to have to learn some things. Yes, you're going to go through failures. Yes, it's going to be tough in the beginning. But I'm telling you, it's way easier to make money right now than it was even 20, 30, 100 years ago.

So I think if you're unhappy, you should just grab your balls. Do something you love. Now, don't quit your day job. I'm not your financial advisor here. But if I were, I would say, dude, don't quit your day job. Keep that money coming in. But on your free time, start a business of your own. Once it gets going, set up a lifestyle for yourself where it's like every day you're excited to get out of bed. Like John is. Like I am. Yeah, what you said right there is so fucking important too.

Like don't just – like if you have a steady stream of income, don't just quit because like you don't know – you don't have the skill set to make money otherwise just yet. Like it's going to take time to, like Mark said, get that plane in the air. Like I mean when I first got started making money online, like I had no clue what I was doing. Oh, man. Terrible. And it took so much time to learn. Yeah. So in retrospect, it would have been a lot better if I like kept my job and didn't quit the ways that I was making money as a steady source of income.

Yeah. And it's the same for you guys. Like if you have a job that's making you $40K or $50K a year or more, maybe you're like an executive or something or you're a high-ranking corporate member or something and you're making over $100K, $200K a year. But you just hate your job. Like don't quit it. Like do the hours by moonlight. Do something when you get home. Spend a few hours a day building a blog or a website or selling something or do it – like whatever it is.

Like you just don't quit your source of income just yet. And one thing too is like the thing that separates the entrepreneurs from the guys that are making almost no money is that the entrepreneurs know how to prioritize. Like the entrepreneurs know, OK, there's 30 things I could be doing today, but 28 of them are basically not going to bring any significant change. I'm going to focus on the first thing that is going to give me 95 percent of my return and then if I have time, the second thing.

And that's something that like nobody has nowadays is like people, they don't have any priority. They're just like – they kind of like drift through life. They're like, oh, like I'll go to work and then get home and like just watch Netflix. Like they don't have any priority. They just kind of do what's like thrown in front of them. And that's one major thing that separates entrepreneurs from regular people is entrepreneurs have a vision and like they constantly align their daily priorities with what they want.

And when you do that for long enough, then you'll eventually have some time and some money to start having some play. And then you'll get into this like awesome feedback cycle where you just like you work less and less and make more and more money, which allows you to have more fun, which in turn makes you more effective at your work because everyone likes being around you because you're more fun. And you have a contagious vibe and it's this upward spiral. And so a lot of the time, that's what it is.

It's just like getting off the ground initially and then just leveraging everything you can, focusing on the high ROI activities, and then just getting to the point where you want to be. Yeah, and one thing Dan Lok said, Dan Lok is on YouTube. We've mentioned it before, but he's a millionaire entrepreneur and a guy that John and I personally look up to. He said that what you should actually first do is develop a high income skill such as what I did is I developed copywriting. So there's also selling, like high ticket closing.

There's all kinds of things you can do to make this money. And he actually suggests develop this high income skill first so that you always have it to fall back on. Like in my case personally, I know how to get copywriting clients. I know I could get really well-paying copywriting gigs. And I feel secure because I can always fall back on that. I know how to write a copy that converts. I know how to get the clients. I'm good to go. But what I want to do is I want to work on my seduction business because that's my passion.

Fortunately, it's up to the point where I don't have to copyright anymore except for my own products, which I do enjoy doing, and John's products as well. But once you get that high income skill and you can actually make money, then you want to start your own business. Because if you just – like a lot of people, and it's really sad. You see it on Shark Tank where a lot of people will just like mortgage their house, give up everything, quit their job for this idea that hasn't even been proven yet.

And they're not making any money from it yet. So you need – you certainly need to be pragmatic. But again, we live in a time and a place where you can do the billion-dollar lifestyle. And the other day, I was in my bathtub. And yes, I do use Mr. Bubble Bubble Bath. It is absolutely amazing. So I was in there and I texted my friend. I was like, hey, bro, what's up? He's like, what are you doing? I was like, oh, I'm in the bath. He's like, bro, do you understand?

You live a billionaire lifestyle. He's like, not millionaire because a lot of millionaires are still tied to their shit. You live a billionaire lifestyle where you get up and you take a goddamn bath. He's like, screw you, man. And it was just kind of funny because I was like, man, I've had a lot of failures in my internet marketing career. I went through a ton of hell just like John did. I mean really, really debilitating. I mean this is a little bit embarrassing but there was one time – this was only like six years ago where I destroyed my office because of this venture I did where I lost everything and I flipped out and I broke everything and I just – I said, dude, I don't know.

How do I do this? How can I do this? So we're not sitting here saying it's going to be easy but we are sitting here saying that you deserve to give yourself that opportunity to get out of a situation you're not happy with because what the hell is the point of life if you're unhappy all the time? I would rather face 10 times the misery than continue this little misery of just doing the same thing every day, this mundane lifestyle where I'm like generally unhappy but I'm kind of okay but I'm not – fuck that.

I would rather like go into the fire and just have to destroy my office and just totally freak out and punch a hole in the wall to learn the lessons I need to learn to become a successful entrepreneur where I can get to the point where I'm taking a bath at 12 p.m. texting with my friends. You know what I'm saying? So I still have many challenges to go. There's still lots to figure out and just today I got a super disappointing email from a client.

I got to deal with this like gigantic pile of BS tomorrow. It's not all glitz and glamour but I'll tell you what. It's a lot better than checking into a job where I come home and I play video games and I masturbate to the thought of Jessica from accounting. Fuck that, man. Like I want to live my life on a higher level and if you're listening to this, obviously you do too. So get after it, man. Go after your dream. You're worth it. Yeah. Go actually fuck Jessica from accounting.

Exactly. Learn game. No, yeah. Like that's – everything you said is so key, dude. Like especially – I really like the idea of developing high income skills because like that's something that no one talks about because like there are skills that are literally like irrefutably linked to earning higher income and I'd say the number one skill out of all of those is persuasion. Yeah. Just like learning to persuade people is so fucking key. Yeah. And you do that with emotions. You do it with triggering what they want, appealing to what they want, not what you want.

You know? It's kind of funny because like when – I used to write like clickbait basically and that was where I developed my first high income skill which was basically like persuasion, right? Persuading people to click on the clickbait. And it's funny because like in business, you learn just so much about like how people think that other people don't understand. Because like when people get in, they're probably like, oh, like let me write this article about like – I don't fucking know. Like something that no one wants to fucking hear and then like you find out that that doesn't work.

Like I've used this example before where it's like there's two drinks. There's – one will make you fat, stupid and give you cancer and the other will make you smarter, more energetic and happier, you know, which one you want. And most people say they want the latter. They want to be happier, smarter and more energetic. But the first one is Coke and the second one is kale juice. Coke is like the top selling drink in the world and again, it's because people don't do what's logical.

They don't do what's rational, you know? They don't like go online and search, you know, how to make a million dollar business and then fucking learn how to do it. They go online and they see like one weird trick, you know, fucking like personal trainers hate him, like learn how to lose 60 pounds of fat overnight, like that bullshit. And it's just like people don't respond to what you think they respond to and that's part of, you know, you have to give people what they want. Like that's the number one thing in business is like don't give them what you think they should have.

You have to give them what they want. Other high income skills literally would – so I think that like you said, there's high income skills and like Dan Locke talks about there's high income skills. But then I think there's like high income personality characteristics. Yeah, for sure. And those would be like determination, like the ability to focus. And I think that – Yeah, charisma. I think that the number one thing is like the ability to focus. Like again, like guys, going back to that exercise, literally just ask yourself, what's the 80% of things that you're doing that is just contributing like nothing to your success?

Yep. And just because you're doing something too that, you know, is quote unquote wasting time doesn't mean it's bad if you know it's wasting time. Like when I'm just fucking around and playing video games, I'm doing that consciously because I know that I have free time. I know that I'm on track to hit my goals and I know that I'm wasting time just to relax, right? Right. But what's – like ask yourself, what's the stuff you're doing to procrastinate? Like just, you know, are you just going on to like 4chan and just fucking around or, you know, reading some forum or just like, you know, watching Netflix, eating junk food?

Like what's it that you're doing? What are you doing that's basically just meant to avoid having you confront the actual things that you need to confront? And get rid of that shit because it's not helping you. Just get rid of it. Fucking throw it out. Start actually making a list each day. I like using the – I think it's Brian Tracy's focal point method where you make a giant list of everything that you could do and you basically prioritize it. So there's A-list priorities which are urgent and important.

Then there's B-list priorities which are important but not urgent. Then there's C-list which are important – or sorry, urgent but not important. And then there's D-list which you can just fucking throw away, right? So you always want to focus on the things that are urgent and important. And what you'll find is when you do that, you'll have hours and hours and hours of free time that you can dedicate towards play, you know, because like it really isn't that hard. You just have to do the things that are the highest impact with the least effort.

And if you do that for long enough, you'll have tons of money, tons of great stuff in your life, you'll live the billionaire bubble bath lifestyle and you can just do whatever the fuck you want. Dude, I like that. And one thing you said that I really resonated with is your ability to think. And I think a lot of people underestimate the value of clear thinking and it's surprising how difficult it is to sit there and think about an issue clearly for X many minutes. You're going to find, especially in today's world where we have so many distractions, Facebook, social media, I feel like people's attention spans are really declining.

But a lot of the times I'll just get very quiet. Maybe I'll go stand and look out the window and I'll say like, okay, I am going to think about this for 20 minutes. And it's amazing because you'll start thinking about it and then your mind will go, well, and it's like a monkey brain. Oh dude, even 20 seconds is fucking hard for some people. It is. And the ability to think clearly and you want to, let's say an example of you want to create a business, the ability to think about all the steps you need to take to create that business is going to save you all this time.

If you can do it effectively and you can practice it, it's going to save you so much time from all this BS that like John was talking about, like, you know, stuff that isn't going to move you towards your goal of actually making dollars. Dollars coming into your account is pretty much all that matters. That shing coming in, that's what you're going for. So think, think clearly. How could I get to that in the quickest, easiest, fastest way possible? And the 20 minutes you put into thinking is, is so much more valuable than the two hours of you just, just quickly doing just work because really it's an excuse to avoid thinking because thinking is difficult and a lot of people can't do it effectively.

Yeah, agreed. And some ways you can cultivate that are by number one, meditation. I mean, that's so, so key. Like I hate to always hammer on that point. I talk about, I talk about it so much on my blog and in our podcast, but, um, it's, it's so important, like just meditate and you'll realize how much you get distracted. Yeah. Um, you know, there's this a great video where Jordan B. Peterson talks about the, uh, the all seeing eye that, you know, the symbol of the Illuminati where it's like the eye at the top of the pyramid.

And, uh, according to him, what that is, is basically a representation that in every hierarchy and every dominance hierarchy that's comprised of competence and, you know, different people at the very top is the ability to remain conscious and aware because that's what allows you to ascend to the top of any hierarchy. I mean, like really like think about it because without awareness, without consciousness, you don't have anything you don't. I mean, if you're not aware of a problem in the first place, you can't even solve it.

And even then that's only step one is becoming aware of the problem. Then you have to become aware of how to fix it and aware of where you are in reality precisely and aware of how you have to, what you have to do to get rid of it. Right? Like awareness is everything. And so like Mark said, just literally thinking for more than, you know, a few seconds nowadays is so hard for most people because we have so many distractions. And there's this great book that I actually bought.

I haven't read it yet, but it's called The Attention Economy. And the whole idea behind this book is that increasingly over, you know, the past two decades, more and more marketers have been competing for your attention. And so that's why, you know, like with Facebook, for example, they'll actually manipulate their algorithms to fuck with your emotions, to get you addicted to giving them more of your attention. Right? So most people don't know this. This is really fucked up. And it's why a lot of people are becoming more and more concerned about, you know, technology.

So what Facebook will do is they'll say, for example, categorize different posts and they'll, you know, say, okay, this category of posts will make somebody feel a little bit of, you know, happiness. Like maybe you see a friend liked one of your pictures, or maybe you see somebody commented something, or maybe you see a funny meme. This category will make them angry. So maybe it's like a political thing. And then this category will make them depressed, right? So maybe it's like a sad image, or maybe they see that, you know, another friend tagged someone in something, but they didn't tag you, right?

And so what they'll do is they'll cycle these different posts that trigger your emotions purposefully to get you fucking addicted to Facebook. And that's just one example, right? It's all about your attention. Marketers, you know, people on the internet, you know, these giant tech corporations, they want your attention. And what you have to do if you want to live this millionaire playboy lifestyle is you have to reclaim it because it's your most precious resource. Guys, we're being turned into fucking goldfish. The average goldfish has an attention span of five seconds.

And the average human has an attention span of four seconds. So we're literally competing with goldfish for attention. It's fucking crazy. Dude, I didn't know that about Facebook. So quick question, is that in your feed? Like when you go into your newsfeed? That's what it is. Yeah. Because so like, if you, if you look at it, uh, they don't like your feed isn't determined by like when something was posted. So it's not like it's like the most recent at the top. And as you scroll down, it's less recent.

It's their algorithms that determine it. So they'll, they'll see like, okay, he's been scrolling for 20 seconds. On average, that's when he, he, you know, X is out of it. So hit him with a ping of, of anger and then get him to keep scrolling. Hit him like, they'll like, fuck with you like that. Like, it's, it's crazy. If you think about it, like they're manipulating your consciousness to get you addicted to Facebook. Wow. I do not know that, man. I like, in a way, I think that's kind of sick though.

Right. It's really smart from their perspective. Cause they're like making all this money. But at the same time, like you have to be responsible for your own consciousness and be like, fuck that. Like, you know, use it. I still use Facebook, but like, you know, be aware that they want you to have their, have your attention, you know, man, it's so addicting. Like when you put a post up and you know, I'm probably the only person on the planet that will admit this, but you like, see how many likes you get and like, you know what I'm saying?

And like every like is a little hit of dopamine and it really works well. And even with, you know, even with our podcast, it's like, oh, how many, how many views did this get? And, um, oh, this person said they liked it. And you try so hard not to care, but you do care. You're, you're only human. And like, you know, I mean, we've both reached a point where it's like far less important to us than it used to be. You know, any feedback, either positive or negative.

Um, Wayne Dyer said, even the positive feedback, they're just imposters. It's just, uh, it's don't take it seriously. It's just bullshit because ultimately it only matters what you think of yourself. But it's like when you get that positive feedback, you're like, ah, I kind of, I kind of like that a little bit. It's a little shot of dopamine or when that notification of payment received comes in, it's like, ah, yes, that feels so good. Facebook is so addicting. So addicting like that. Dude. And what's bad too, is like, like, I understand that a lot of men are a little bit, you know, pissed off with the state of modern women, but like, dude, women have it so much worse.

Cause I like every time I go on Facebook, it's like some hot girl just posts a pic of like her doing a duck face and it's like 150 likes, you know, or some hot, some like, like they get so much validation that I feel like girls are like dealing with this 10 X to the extent that guys are. So in a lot of ways, they're even more fucked than we are. Dude, that is, that is unbelievable, man. Yeah. Um, quick thing. I know, I know your, your throat is sore, so we only said 30 minutes, but you're, you're, you're being a champ, man.

You're already at 41 minutes. Thank you. Smack yourself on the ass. You're a champion. Um, I wanted to say there's a really wise quote from, um, Lao Tzu. He's the one who wrote the Tao Te Ching, which is what Buddhism, uh, Zen Buddhism and Taoism is based on. He said, do your work, then step back. The only path to serenity, do your work, then step back. The only path to serenity. So, so while you're doing this millionaire lifestyle, love the clickbait on that, by the way, all those years writing clickbait titles, you need to write the titles for these podcasts, dude.

I'm not that good at it. So anyway, um, while you're doing that, you really got to let go of your work. Like after we, we finished recording the podcast, just like, I just let it go. Like it is what it is. You know, I did my best focus on next time, keep moving forward, keep going forward because a lot of people will do work. Like, let's say, let's take an example. A famous artist will like make their painting and be so hung up on people's reaction to it.

But the professional creates a piece and then just steps back from it, lets it go. Because if you get too invested in the outcome of your efforts, you're going to get ruled by them. It's like when you care about people's opinion, you become their slave. That's also a quote in the Tao Te Ching. So do your work, then step back. And that's where serenity is. So a lot of the stuff that we'll do, hey, you know, as a copywriter, not all my stuff converts. Like the other day, I wrote a, I wrote an email for a Mr.

John Anthony and it didn't do so hot. And Mr. John Anthony let me know. He's like, dude, this did shit. And I was like, well, you know, I tried my best, but I'm not going to sit there dwelling on it. I'm going to sit there. I'm going to learn from it and move forward and step back from it. Because if you dwell on your successes and even your failures, it's just going to be misery for you. So do your work, then step back. The only path to serenity.

I love that quote. Exactly. That's great. That's a great book, by the way, the Tao Te Ching. Oh my God. Dude, I have it almost memorized. Damn. I've listened to it. I'm not quite there yet. I have it on. I got, I suggest for you guys, Stephen Mitchell's translation. It's a little gray. It's a gray colored book with like rocks stacked on the front. It's called the Tao Te Ching, T-A-O-T-E-C-H-I-N-G by Stephen Mitchell. Absolute masterpiece. Like one of the most important books ever written in my opinion.

And it was originally written in Chinese by, again, by a man named Lao Tzu. They actually don't know who wrote it. They think maybe a bunch of people wrote it. But it just, the wisdom in that is so multi-layered and so deep and so amazing that I strongly, strongly suggest it. And I actually have it on an audio book. And I play it so often in my car that I've memorized completely word for word the first 25 minutes of it and then I start to fade off.

Like I haven't memorized the whole thing. But that's how important it is to me. So I highly, highly, highly suggest that book. I'm going to get that right now and listen to it in the gym. Are you really? Yeah. I'm going to get the audio book. I have the physical book, not the audio book. Dude, it's real mellow though. You might fall asleep while you're working out. Or I'll become a Zen master, bodybuilder, pickup artist. He's literally like, close your mind of all thoughts. Let your heart be at peace.

Launch the turmoil of being. Trying to deadlift, bitch. Dude, I wanted to ask you, what do you listen to when you lift? Either a podcast or, it depends. So like if it's a strength day and I want to go hardcore, I'll usually listen to music. If it's one of my mass days, which are not as like exerting, I'll listen to like the Joe Rogan experience or something. Oh yeah, I listen to that. What kind of music do you listen to? It's a combination of everything. I mean, I like, I like, uh, like EDM.

Uh, I like, uh, rock, like heavy, a lot of like heavy, like, like five finger death punch stuff when I'm, uh, like nowadays when I'm doing strength, um, rap, everything, dude, everything. Okay. Okay. I wanted to tell you guys and you as well, if you have Spotify, um, I have a playlist of metal music that I listened to. Like it's hardcore slash metal. It's called Mark's lift heavy ass weights. Ooh, I'm going to subscribe to that right now. Dude, it's all of my shit, man. It's got some good stuff on it.

So anyway, if you guys want to subscribe to that again, it's on Spotify. I highly suggest Spotify by the way. It's like, basically you're getting access to all the music in the world ever made. You can make your own playlist and I think it's like five, six bucks a month. Yeah. It's really cheap. It's phenomenal, dude. I love Spotify. It's got podcasts. Actually we're on it. Do you know that? Yeah, that's right. Our podcast is on it now. Our podcast is on that. I got that shit published.

So yeah, dude, good stuff, man. We've gotten 12 downloads so far. 12. Fuck yeah, dude. Next step millionaire playboys. Yeah, exactly. All right. Well, what do you say we wrap this up, brother? Let's do it. I'm down. All right. So I'm going to give a plug for my program. Yeah. You guys, how would you like to learn the step-by-step process to approach a woman, engage her in conversation, make her attracted to you, and then walk away with her phone number? Imagine this woman sliding up and down on your cock as her breasts fall on your face.

She smells so good. She sounds so feminine. I'm copywriting while we're talking. No. So I offer a program called Get the Approach Formula. You can grab that at gettheapproachformula.com. And it does. It teaches you how to approach women, engage them in conversation, get emotions going, just like we were talking about, and getting them to give you their phone number where they have the highest chance of actually replying to your texts. Now, I usually sell this thing for 33 bucks, but John Anthony, how much do you think I'm offering it to them, our special guests on the podcast?

27. Oh, no, man. That's a great guess, but I'm actually going down to 10 measly dollars. That's less than what you're going to spend on your porn bill this month. And what's better, a real girl sliding up and down on your cock or a fake one? I'll tell you what. It's worth learning this because the ability to approach a woman and walk away with her phone number is an ability that you'll have for the rest of your life, and you will treasure it, my good sir. It is definitely worth that 10 measly dollars you'll spend on lunch tomorrow.

Invest in yourself. Get theapproachformula.com. And I also offer one-on-one coaching. You can check it out by clicking in the link below the YouTube video where you get one-on-one coaching with me. And actually, occasionally, I do offer consulting for businesses. So if you want to get that millionaire lifestyle, if you want me to help you with my 10-plus years of internet marketing experience, I do do that as well. I prefer seduction coaching. It's kind of my main passion, but I do consulting for my clients. I do a lot of consulting, actually.

I've kind of been moving away from it. But since it fits well into today's podcast title, I will go ahead and offer that as well. Check it out. Just click in the link below. You can also email me. My email is on those sales pages. And we can talk shop. So that's my plug. John, what you got, brother? All right. So I've got a few products. First one. The very first e-book that I ever wrote and the best-selling e-book is called Seven Strategies to Develop Your Masculinity.

And what's really cool about this one is that a lot of guys, they give these gimmicky techniques and they're like, oh, like, you know, do this thing. But it doesn't change the underlying person of who you are and it doesn't make you naturally attractive to women. So what I tried to do when I created these seven strategies was make seven immediately applicable strategies to your life that you can start using right now that will make you fundamentally a more masculine man that naturally attracts women. You don't need to change who you are.

You don't need to become a douchebag or an asshole. You don't need to memorize, you know, some giant conversational layout. You just need to emit signals that you're a fucking man. And once you do that, women will suddenly start to show up in your life. You will exude a certain smell, a certain vibe, pheromones that will make women hundreds of times more attracted to you. It is incredible. And I'm actually giving away four free e-books with it too on top of that. And I actually got a testimonial the other day that I'm going to read to you guys right now.

So I'm giving away four free e-books with these seven strategies. And the one that this guy wrote me in about was called The Art of Tinder. What's 100 Lays Taught Me. So in this e-book, I talk about what I learned basically from fucking 100 girls, probably more than that on Tinder. I talk about like how to how I did it, you know, the profile pictures I use, like the exact things I said. And this guy said, dude, your Tinder guide has literally gotten me five girls in the last week.

I honestly can't believe you're giving this guide away for free, John. I would have literally, in capital letters, paid $300 for this guide when I was in college. I would have been absolutely drowning in pussy. All I did was follow the exact steps you laid out. They seemed so simple that I was almost disappointed at first, but they worked like an absolute charm. I've got dates lined up for the next week and I could not feel better. Thanks again, John. You're the man. I've gotten a ton of fucking awesome testimonials.

I get every day. I get testimonials and guys thanking me from Twitter, Facebook messages, email, everything. So if you want to check out these seven strategies, plus the four free e-books, you can click on the link down below. In addition to that, I have another product called Body of an Alpha. When you combine this with seven strategies, your life will explode with results. Body of an Alpha is basically the best workout routine to develop a body that women are scientifically and evolutionarily programmed to be attracted to.

Most guys don't know this, but you actually don't have to be some giant bodybuilder that looks like a bloated cow to get girls. You just have to focus on the ratio of your waist to your shoulders. And once you do this, women will be so fucking attracted to you. They will come up to you. They will touch you. I've had girls touch my chest, touch my abs, just touch my arms. They fucking grope you. It's so inappropriate. If I did that to a girl, I would be beat up and thrown in jail probably, but I don't care if they do it to me.

So this Body of an Alpha program covers everything you need to know. It has the workout routine. It has free e-books that talk about health and fitness and different supplements I use, especially the ones that are borderline illegal that might be banned soon. So you should probably get on those immediately. I've been having tons of guys ask me about SARMs and how to use them. I cover it all in that e-book. I talk about what to eat to gain muscle, to lose fat, ketosis, and carb cycling, all this different shit.

Check it out. It's Body of an Alpha. I'll put a link down below. And then the third program is called Bitcoin Millionaire. This is a 12-hour video course where I talk about how I make six figures trading cryptocurrencies. And when you sign up, you literally join a group called the Millionaire Executive Suite, where you're in a group with tons of other guys that are like-minded, that are trying to learn. And you will be notified the second that I buy something and the second that I sell something.

So you can literally just copy what I do. That is closed as of now. We have a cap at 30 students. I'm considering letting more students in in the future. If you're really interested, you can send me an email. But the link for that is down below. And yeah, so those are my three programs. Check them out. And you want to say anything else, Mark? I also wanted to mention some exciting news that John and I are working on a new product, a new seduction product. And we have interviewed hundreds of our students, really figured out what you guys are looking for.

We're really trying to get our finger on the pulse of what you guys really need, what you really want, what you're really struggling with. So we are using our time. Yes. Hello. You just cut out. Did I really? I can hear you now. Yeah. Okay. What's the last thing you heard? What you need. And then, yeah. So we interviewed hundreds of students. Yeah, it was going off, man. We got all these different responses and answers, figured out exactly what you guys need. And so what we're doing is we're using our time effectively, just like we were talking about, right?

We're really focusing our 80% energy into giving you guys the best results you could possibly get with women. We're going to make something that's like nothing on the market, like nothing you've ever seen. And that includes one-on-one coaching with us, where you tell us your problems, where you send us texts that girls have sent you, and we literally write texts for you back. Now, this is going to be hard to do. We're pretty scared, but we're going to figure it out, man. We're going to figure it out for you guys because we want to deliver the absolute best products you've ever seen.

That's our passion. That's what we're going to do. So get prepared for it. It's probably not going to come out for four to five weeks, but we are focusing on that. So just a little announcement about that. Be prepared. Keep yourself updated. Keep watching John's website. Keep listening to our podcast. We will be releasing it soon. So I'm super fired up about that. Fuck yeah. It's going to be awesome. It's going to be awesome, my brother. All right, man. So I think that's it for us, guys.

We really appreciate you listening and just one last thing. You know, you deserve that millionaire lifestyle. You deserve to have the life that you want. And if you're in a job right now, if you're in a situation right now that you're unhappy with, then fucking change it. Now is the best time in history to do it. You can do it. And we're here to help you do it. So thank you so much for listening. We do appreciate you. And we will catch up with you again in our next podcast.

See you guys later.
