Welcome to the Unapologetic Man Podcast, the only podcast that's all about self-improvement, confidence, success, women, and being a man without making any apologies for it. What is up, guys? Thank you for tuning in to another episode of the UMP. If this is your first time joining me, welcome. What I try to do in this podcast is give the best information in the most succinct way possible because I know your time is very valuable. You know it, I know it, and even you know it. For those of you who have been writing with me for a long time, you know what to do.

That's right. Smack yourself on the ass. You are a champion, brother. I do appreciate you listening again. And actually, on Spotify, I think Spotify came out with this new thing where they tell you how much you've listened to the podcast because I keep getting emails from you guys of screenshots. Of all the listening that you've done to the UMP, and some people are sending me like, you've listened to 115 episodes, 1,600 minutes of this idiot talking in your ear. And to all of you who have been putting in work, learning the lessons, committed to your self-development, smack yourself right upside the ass, brother, because you are an extra champion.

I'm getting your name tattooed right on my neck. All right, so today's podcast is all about how to instantly unlock 25% more energy. And we are going to do that by wrapping up some unfinished business, closing loose ends, forgiving people who did you wrong, asking for forgiveness psychically for those who you have done wrong, as well as doing something a little bit airy-fairy called cutting the psychic etheric cords that are binding you to other human beings. So we're going to get into that. I'm going to save the airy-fairy stuff for later.

So if you want to join me in that drum circle, bring your drum, I'll bring my harp. We'll be a couple of soap dodgers, a couple of Subaru dykes. We'll wave at each other when we both get to the drum circle, and the BO coming out from our soap dodging armpits will blow each other over like we just got hit with a tidal wave. But that's how we roll, because we're hippies. But in this podcast, I explore all areas of self-improvement, even those which might be considered a little airy-fairy.

And I do it because I've seen great results. And if you have an open mind to this, I guarantee you, you will too. Before we launch into the content, I saw a quote today that I want to share with you. Don't live the same year 75 times and call it a life. That quote was by a lady named Robin S. Sharma, and I think it's absolutely true. People just live the same day over and over again, Groundhog Day. And by the time they get to the end of their life, they have regrets, because they never really became the man who they wanted to become.

The reason why I got into self-development in the first place, particularly where it comes to attracting women, is because as some of you know, I was cheated on by my first girlfriend, heard her having sex with another guy in her dorm room. That led into five years of intense self-hatred, which led to agoraphobia, panic attacks, and an extreme anxiety that I couldn't even deal with. Well, I had the realization that unless I got my shit together, I would experience two things. One of them would be depression, loneliness, and anxiety for the rest of my life.

And the second one would be me on my deathbed, looking at my fat wife that looks like a fat version of a canyon buzzard, and thinking to myself, what the fuck did I do? Why didn't I have the courage to improve this part of my life? Why didn't I take the hand I was dealt in this life and make the best hand possible? So that launched me into an almost 20 years now obsession with self-development, and I have explored all kinds of things that have worked phenomenally, particularly NLP, which is Neuro Linguistic Programming, removing those bullshit programs in my brain to have a life that I can only call now an absolute dream come true.

And it's because I, just like you, brother, had the courage to fix myself. I listen to podcasts just like you are right now. I did the work just like you're going to do. I got coaching. I got mentors. And I got myself fixed because that's what you have to do as a fucking man. You are not going to get to this point in life without getting hammered with bad programming, hammered with traumas, hammered with other people's toxic belief systems that you couldn't defend yourself from. And when you get to the point where you're sick of living with them, that's when you choose to make the change by listening to podcasts like this one.

And if you want, signing up with a coach like me, because I'll do to you exactly what my NLP coach did to me, which was reprogram my belief systems and give me the life that I am proud to put my name on. And that's what I'd love to give to you. So don't live the same year 75 times and call it a life. If you're unsatisfied with what's going on in your life right now, reach out either to me or some other coach and get that shit fixed.

The time has come. Procrastination is over. It's time to man the fuck up and do what it takes to get the life that you want. And with that being said, I want to jump into this podcast by releasing 25% more energy so that you can hammer out your goals like an alpha champion, unapologetic, masculine silverback and get the life you choose. So what might not be obvious to you, brother, is that you have a lot of psychic energy locked into those things that are unfinished. So we're going to start with the very basic level and that's your life situation.

Then we're going to go more into psychological levels, which is people who you've done wrong and people who have done you wrong. And then we're going to go even deeper psychically as well as spiritually and cut out those people who are still sucking the life out of you from a psychic energetic position. Okay. So there's a lot of things that you're procrastinating on. Don't lie to me. You know, it's true. There's things that you're putting off. Your backyard is dirty. Your car needs an oil change.

Your room looks like a trash can. The dishes are piling up in the sink. Your refrigerator is dirty because a Diet Coke exploded in there a couple of weeks ago. There's shit that you're putting off and you don't want to do it. Why don't you want to do it? What is the nature of procrastination? The nature of procrastination is the avoidance of pain. It's more painful for you to do it than there is reward at the end of it if you do it. Therefore, it needs a reframe.

The reframe is this. Did you know that when you get something done, there's actually dopamine released in your brain? And if you can reframe it that you actually like challenges, you like problems, you like getting shit done because you get a constant influx of dopamine and furthermore, a constant influx of testosterone because when you do what you don't want to do, you actually get a hit of testosterone. When you reframe that in your brain and you actually look at it as something that's going to better you as a man, something that's going to improve your life, then you're going to get highly, highly motivated to do those things which you've been putting off for so long.

I'm actually recording this podcast because I myself have been putting off certain things. And what I did today is I just hammered it. I did what I call a hell day where I do all the shit. I face all the things that I didn't want to do. So I called the insurance companies. I had to call LegalZoom. I had to talk to a lawyer. I went to my financial advisor, got my living will and my power of attorney notarized. I got underneath my car and like cleaned out this thing that I've been wanting to clean out for months now.

And the reason I did it is because I too needed to hear this message that once you get into a positive momentum of dopamine hits by finishing those things that are supposed to be finished, then you're going to raise your testosterone. It's going to feel really good. And now when I go to bed tonight, I get to be my own hero because I acted exactly as my hero would, which was doing the shit you don't want to do. Being a masculine man is simply this. It's doing the shit you don't want to do because it's what you have to do, not doing the shit you want to do because of your stupid desires.

Your desires are minimal. Discipline means acting on your higher motives, not your lesser motives. Your lesser motive, of course, is to eat the wham whams, ho hoes and dip dips, masturbate to porn, watch Netflix, have a low paying job that's beneath you, date girls that aren't nearly as hot as you want them to because you're scared and you're fucking lazy. Living a higher life means controlling your diet, getting shit done you don't want to do, getting the skills necessary to date the girls that are equal to you as a man, and moving into pain willingly in order to get the life that you really want.

Well, that starts very simply by releasing energy, the energy that is being held by the things that you don't want to do. See those dishes over there that you haven't cleaned or see that car that you haven't got the oil change on yet? That's sucking your energy, bro, because every day you give it a little bit of a thought and then it takes another thought to avoid it. It takes energy to avoid it. When you get shit done, when you tackle it, and here's the secret, when you look forward to problems, when you see problems and issues and shit to get done as an opportunity to boost yourself as a man, then you claim back all that energy from it.

And you might also have a belief that there shouldn't be problems, that you're going to arrive in a place in your life where no longer problems exist. You're just going to be on the beach, sipping that pina colada, everything's taken care of, got six million in the bank, got hot girls all around you, no problems whatsoever. You know what that is, my friend? That is a fucking illusion. And it's an illusion sold to us by advertisers. And so many of us buy into it. There is no end.

You're always going to have to brush your teeth, floss, and go to the dentist. You're always going to have to take out the trash. There's always going to be a flat tire, a broken water heater. Your child who gets a mousetrap sprung on her hand, you name it, it's going to happen to you. So what's the secret? The secret is to see problems, issues, and calamities as an opportunity to better yourself as a man, as an opportunity to claim dopamine, as an opportunity to raise your testosterone and do what you don't want to do so that you can become who you want to be.

Next is forgiveness. This has been such a cathartic experience for me that I want to share it with you. Several years ago, and I still do it to this day, about once a year, I make a list of everybody who I've done wrong to, all the way back to the time I was a little kid. The girls I used to make fun of in middle school, the guy who I robbed from when I was driving strippers, by the way, I'm going to tell you all my stories about driving strippers in the next few episodes, fucking interesting stuff.

People who I've done wrong to, girls whose hearts I've broken, people I've lied to, my mom, my dad, my brother, we've all done wrong to somebody. And when you do wrong to somebody, there is psychic energy wrapped up in that exchange, a karmic psychic energy, if you will, that's wrapped up and it takes from you every single day. There's this quote I heard once from a spiritual perspective that says, God, why don't you give me more energy, man? I just don't have enough energy every day.

And God replies, I give you plenty of energy. You just have too many holes and you leak it all out. Well, those leaks are the psychic energy, also wasting your time on thoughts that aren't necessary, completely different podcast episode. But when you've wronged somebody, when you feel guilty for something you've done and you continue to think about it, what you have to do is send that person a silent, I'm sorry, a silent, forgive me, a silent, I've changed and I bless you and I wish you nothing but the best.

And when you sit down to write down all the names of the people who you've wronged, you will be absolutely shocked and flabbergasted at how many people you can come up with that you've done something douchebaggy to. Even left negative comments on YouTube channels, left a bad review that hurt somebody, left somebody an inadequate tip, cut somebody off in traffic or specifically our friends, girlfriends, classmates, people we work with. There's all kinds of people that you've done wrong, even people you've talked shit about. Write that down and just send a silent, I'm sorry, send a silent, please forgive me, send a silent, brother, I wish you nothing but the best.

And that's all it takes. It boom, releases the energy. And as you go down that list, boom, boom, boom, you are collecting more energy. Mark my words, this really works. Now what you do is you write down all the people who have done you wrong as you've judged it and you write down all their names on a piece of paper. And for each one, you say, I forgive you. I forgive you, man. You were lost. You're working with bad programming. You're just like the rest of us where you were given shit programming and you thought it was okay to do that from your vantage point, from your meta programming, from your upbringing, from your situation and from your intelligence and consciousness.

You felt that that was okay to do that, but it hurt me. But you know what? I forgive you because as the Bible says, they know not what they do. Now I'm not Christian, but I think that the Bible as well as other spiritual sources have a lot of wisdom and that's exactly what it is. Do not judge them for they know not what they do. There's so many people who are asleep. There's so many people who are lost. Everyone is suffering. Now, whether or not they know how to leverage their suffering, which is exactly what you and I do, because we know that suffering is a way to make ourselves infinitely better.

And in fact, suffering is the backdoor to happiness. It's the secret rabbit hole, the black hole shortcut. But those people don't know that. They're lost in an illusion and they stabbed you. They hurt you. They lashed out at you. They robbed you. They lied to you. They cheated on you. I'm sure that's happened to you as it's happened to me. Forgive them. Forgive them for they know not what they do. When my best friend stabbed me in the back, and I don't know if you guys have heard the story.

I recorded it somewhere around, I don't know, episode 76. My best friend from childhood was addicted to drugs. He hurt me really, really badly. I gave the guy $13,000 to start his business, $10,000 of which was to buy a car. He relapsed on drugs, completely stabbed me in the back, lied to me. And eventually I got to the point where I called him and I said, brother, I forgive you, man. I completely forgive you. And he said to me, bro, you have no idea what I was going through.

You don't understand how hard I was. And you know what? He's lost. And I didn't need him to say thank you. I didn't need him to justify my own action. Because when you have resentment against somebody, who does it hurt? You. It doesn't hurt them. It hurts you. So your job is to write down all the people who have hurt you. And I know, man, there are many. There are many. And I want you to forgive every single last one of them. Make this a ceremony where you write it down, go through it, forgive you.

I forgive you. I forgive you. And then on the flip side, please forgive me. I'm sorry. I wish you the best. Hey, brother, forgive me. I wish you the best. And again, you are going to be amazed at how many people you come with. Because that's the nature of existence. We hurt each other. And it's a different podcast episode. But I believe there's a point for that. I believe there's completely a purpose for that. But the purpose isn't for you to drag around that psychic energy like a ball and chain connected to your ankle dragging you down each day.

So what you're going to do is claim that energy back. And now finally, to wrap up this podcast, I want to talk about psychic etheric cords. Believe it if you want to. Throw it out if you don't. I'm kind of on the fence about it. But you know what? I did it anyway. And I'll tell you, it really makes a difference. Is that when you're connected to people, there's actually psychic etheric cords connected from you to that person. You can look at it as like an umbilical cord connected to that other person.

And I think there's some truth to this. Because you know when you're entrained with somebody, when you're really close to somebody, you think of them and they call you. You guys finish each other's sentences. Women who are good friends, I don't know if you know this, but their periods actually align. There's a kind of alignment psychically, spiritually that we have with other people. Well, if you've cut somebody out of your life, particularly a toxic person, you just feel their weight still on your shoulders. You feel them still pulling you energetically, even if they are in a different geographical location.

Do this ceremony. Imagine that there are cords connected from your stomach to their stomach. And just close your eyes, take scissors and cut those cords and let them go back to him or her and let yours come back into you. And then from there, you will have released that person. So people who you don't want their toxic energy in you anymore, you want to get rid of the thoughts and the memories. If they keep popping in your head, it could be because they're thinking about you.

They're pulling you, just like they're pulling you from a rope back into their consciousness. Cut it out. And you can do this for all the people who did you wrong as well. People who you don't want in your life anymore. And people who maybe even you're dragging down, who you want to let go and let them have their own life, like a girl who's still obsessed with you, which I've had to do with several girls who got a little bit stalker, Texas Ranger. I had to cut them out, but also energetically cut the psychic etheric cord, let them move on psychically, and you'd be surprised with the results.

So this is the way to free up energy in your life. You have all kinds of energy trapped in resentment, in shame, in guilt, in anger, and all these negative emotions, which are wrapped into other people. And maybe you're not as energetic as you used to be because you've lived life for a while now. And year after year, this psychic toxic energy collects. Well, that's how you release it. And that's how you reclaim it. All right, boys, I hope you enjoyed that podcast. I know this stuff certainly worked for me, so I hope you can have an open mind to it.

And if you do want to take the step to get yourself some coaching with me, like I said, I am an NLP dating coach, which means I use neuro-linguistic programming to reprogram your brain so you can think like a natural thinks. And also, I teach the tactical skills to be able to get women attracted to you like never before. Those are all real. Most of them are unsolicited. I love my clients. And because of that, they love me back. That too is a psychic, etheric cord. If you're willing to extend that into the hippie circle, play in the harp, play in the drums, having so much hair in your armpits, it looks like you got a dude with an afro and a headlock. Let's dodge soap. Let's buy Subarus. Let's move to Boulder. And let's shop from the REI catalog. Because yes, even those hippies have some damn good lessons to teach.

So anyway, boys, thank you again for listening. I got another awesome one coming up on Monday, so please stay tuned for that. I hope you guys have a great weekend. Don't let this COVID thing get you down, man. There's going to be a vaccine soon enough. And don't use it as an excuse. Tie up all those loose ends. Get your energy back. Kick ass. Take names. Be an unapologetic alpha silverback. And don't live the same year 75 times and call it a life. All right, guys, thanks again for listening, and I will see you in the next episode.

Your backyard is dirty. Your car needs an oil change. Your room looks like a trash can. The dishes are, the dishes are, the dishes are, Jesus Christ. The dishes are piling up in the sink.
