And today we are going to talk about how to kiss a girl in 30 seconds, her lips on yours before you even hear her voice. Is this possible you ask? And maybe that's the reason you clicked on this is because you're like, come on man, really?

And the reason I'm doing this is because I had a client call recently where I'm working with a client who's getting really good. He's cold approaching tons of girls, getting tons of phone numbers, getting laid. And actually when he first hired me, he was a virgin and he lost his virginity. And that's how it works, right? Is you work on yourself, you maybe hire a coach like me, and then you start to get really good.

1:03 You start to get sex. And what happens is your preconceived notions of what's possible with women start getting destroyed. And with him, he asked me, he said, hey, you know, what's the limitations to who I can approach? And I said, nobody. Everybody's open to be approached. Anything can happen. What you think is impossible is totally possible. Okay. You can go up to a girl who's with a guy. That's a big one for a lot of my clients. Like, oh, she's with the guy. Dude, many times those are just guy friends.

1:32 And I'm going to tell you a little story about what you can do in that situation. You can go up to groups where it's many guys and one girl. You can go up to a girl with her boyfriend. I've snatched chicks off their boyfriends in the club, right? Like, I'll just go up and talk to him. He'll go to the bathroom and she'll sneak me her number. Because women are always looking for the upgrade plan, as are we. And you know it just as well as I do.

1:56 You know, when you're dating a girl who's like, eh, she's okay. You still got the wandering eye. And frankly, the reason you keep her in the bucket is because she's a hold me over. So what you learn as you get better at this is, is A of all, everybody is approachable. B of all, what you preconceived as impossible is in fact possible. And C of all, everybody is pretty damn friendly when you approach them in the right way. So in this episode, we're going to talk about how to kiss a girl in 30 seconds.

2:25 And I've done it. I've done it before. In fact, I've kissed, I think my record was like three girls in the space of a minute. And I'll tell you how I did that. It was a special occasion and you can pull it off too. But I've done this before. And you know, frankly, I kind of stopped doing it because I'm very, very, very particular about who I kiss. Don't like to kiss girls with like tons of alcohol in the breath. As you may have heard, I don't drink.

2:48 And I'm also a little bit of a hypochondriac. So I hate getting sick, like no tomorrow. And that's like when you make out with tons of chicks, oftentimes I would come down with a cold. So I'm just very kind of standoffish where that's concerned. But yeah, totally, man. I mean, kissing a girl this quickly is really easy. So let's jump into it. So before I get into the method, and by the way, there's three methods here that we're going to discuss. And this actually comes from a book called How to Kiss a Girl in 30 Seconds.

Kissing a girl in 30 seconds is easy, but it all comes down to your belief. If you think you can do it, you will. If you think you can't, then clearly you won't. You literally have to believe that you're the alpha champion in the club, that this girl would be privileged to kiss.

4:59 So you have to know that women fantasize about this very experience. They literally fantasize about this. And you're the champion that's about to give it to her. Step one, find a girl who's in what we call a submissive state. Okay, so what you want to do is look for a girl who isn't taking up too much space. She's dressed at like a medium level. Like she's not super flashy, but she's not dressed like a librarian and a girl who's looking around the room trying to make eye contact with various different people.

5:28 She shouldn't be the leader of her friends. So she shouldn't be the alpha female and she shouldn't be a girl who is clearly just trying to get attention from guys. And usually you can tell what that is from them being super overdressed. Okay, so submissive state, looking around the room, dressed kind of medium. You feel like she's not the alpha. This is what we call a submissive state and a girl who's primed to get kissed by a champion like you. If she checked you out already, all the better, and as you get better with game and you're talking to other girls, it may be a good idea to identify your girl, talk to another girl, and bring her, the other girl, in front of the other girl so she sees it because that's pre-selection.

6:12 So she's already getting attracted to you. So to win, as I call it, means she's checking you out. So if you want off her already, make sure she looks down when your eyes meet. Okay, so what you may do is bring another girl in front of her, be talking, making that girl laugh, and then you look over at her. And when she looks down quickly and she's in that submissive state, and also in the submissive state, she's not taking up too much space. We can all picture that, right?

6:39 Like her legs are kind of together and she's kind of meek and feeble. And then you look at her and she looks down. Dude, she's primed. Okay, if she cocks her head while doing it, that's even better. So imagine you can try this right now, like look down and kind of cock your head at the same time. Psychologically, that's better. She's primed to go. Okay, those are unconscious submissive actions, and they all indicate that you can control her frame quickly, which is what this is all about, controlling her frame.

7:07 If, on the other hand, she maintains eye contact with you for longer than three seconds, then it's best to move on or to game her normally as outlined in all my courses. All right, as a side note, even if you don't win off of her, and again, win means she checks you out, gives you an indicator of interest. Your actions on the approach will ramp up her attraction enough for her to want to kiss you, hopefully. You're about to do something that will make her insanely turned on, man.

7:35 Girls love this. I had a girl thank me once for doing this. Like, oh my god, that was so hot. Thank you. And actually, I ended up hooking up with her later. So this is really fucking powerful. You need to believe, with every five-year being, that this is doable, and that she's going to be privileged, turned on, and her dreams will be fulfilled by kissing an alpha like you. Step three, you want to go ahead and approach her. Okay, so once you've identified her, you're going to walk up to her with a quote-unquote seduction look in your eyes.

8:06 It's hard to explain, but think about how you look when you're kissing a girl or when you're having sex with her. And I've talked about this a little bit in my Physical Escalations podcast, as well as my Eye Contact podcast that was just filmed last week. So check that out if you haven't yet. But you want to have that look in your eyes, the seduction look, as we call it. Don't look like a lion on the hunt, but be a sexy, confident man who's about to take her on a wild fantasy.

8:33 You want to walk right up to her, take a bead line right to her, lean down, look her in the eyes, not like too close, but kind of close, and be like, shh, don't say a word. Okay, so you have to have that sexy voice, obviously. You have to have frame. You have to have the downward inflection. Don't say a word. And when you say don't, you want to really enunciate it. Don't say a word. Okay, I like that. Now, as you do this, put your finger to your lips.

9:05 Don't say a word. As your fingers to your lips, this will subconsciously make her think about your lips because you're effectively pointing at your lips. And, like, you can even point at them. So, like, put your finger just below your lips or right on. You know, it's a subtlety. And it lays the foundation for the kiss. Okay, I always do this with a slight seductive smile on my face. And as I talked about in eye contact, a seductive smile is a smile with no teeth. So, it's kind of like the smile you'll give when you're thinking to yourself, little girl, you have no idea what's in store for you when I get you in my bed tonight.

9:41 It's that kind of look. It's the seductive look that turns women on effectively. Step four, you're going to tell her what you, too, are going to do. Now, this is controlling the frame, isn't it? Because men who are attractive to women lead them to where they want to be led. So, when you tell her what's going to happen, she's going to buy into your frame and go with it if you can control the frame enough. Now, quick side note. Before you do any of this, you need to be in the right state, obviously.

10:11 You can't just roll out of bed in the morning, feel ho-hum, and then go pull this off. You need to be flying, man. You need to be in a great state, winning off tons of girls already, getting tons of attraction in the bar, the nightclub, wherever you happen to be. This is advanced level shit, and you need to be on cloud nine feeling really good, really confident, and you just deploy it. You just deploy it like a champ. Okay, so after you say, don't say a word, then you say, you and I are going to share a secret.

10:39 We're going to kiss right now, and no one will ever know. Okay, as you do this, you need to be leaning in slowly and switching your gaze from her eyes to her mouth and back again. And again, in eye contact, we talked about the triangle move, right? Right eye to left eye to mouth to right eye to left eye to mouth. This is what you do when you're about to kiss somebody. Okay, so if she's looking at you and her eyes are flipping between your eyes, or if she's doing the same thing and looking from your mouth to your eyes, it's a great sign.

11:13 You can lean in and kiss her. And yes, I've done it. My clients have done it. Fellow dating coaches have done it. This works. When you're just in the flow, especially if she's attracted to you already. I think that's a big part of it is I would always get tons of pre-selection, and then I would purposely bring girls in front of her, and she'd be jockeying me pretty hard. But since she's in a submissive state, she's not going to walk up to me as other girls do.

11:39 So when you're really killing the club, girls will approach you. But we don't want that. In fact, the girls who are the hottest have a high feminine energy. No girl in a high feminine energy will ever approach you. She's going to give you green lights to come approach her, but approaching somebody is a masculine move. So literally, by virtue of women approaching me in the bars, they would already be losing with me because I know they're very masculine. I like really feminine girls. Why? Because when there's a big separation between my masculinity and her femininity, the sex is like a million times better.

12:14 If you get a really masculine chick and a somewhat masculine guy, it's horrible. There's no sexual tension. So the submissive girls, man, they're the best. So all you guys who want girls to approach you, you may want to reconsider that and instead be attracted to girls who won't approach you, but instead will give you the green light. Okay, so once again, guys, if you believe this is going to happen, it will. And you have to assume the close, as they say in sales. Assume the close.

12:41 All right, so you kiss her. You just pulled it off. You're going to go, like, tell everybody about it, including Facebook, and you're going to be the Facebook champion, the kissing master to all your friends. This is really, really cool, and you're going to feel like on cloud nine, and it's going to destroy your preconceived notions of what's possible. Do this once, and then suddenly everything opens up to you. And what's possible with women is ridiculous when you get enough attraction. That's why when a girl is super attracted or even in love, she'll do some crazy shit.

13:12 And I don't even need to tell you stories because I'm sure you yourself know of them. Now, if she balks during phase one, and again, phase one is when you're going to tell her what you're going to do and you're starting to lean in. If she kind of, like, balks and maybe they'll, like, lean back a little bit and balk, you can say this. Okay, before we kiss, though, there's a secret I need to tell you. Then lean in. Move her hair away from her ear with your hand.

13:40 Breathe out slightly and say, no one will know. This will be our secret. And this kiss is just going to be between you, me, and no one else. And then you want to do what I call the slide and kiss. And in a previous podcast, Physical Escalations, I talked about the first kiss. What you do is you whisper something in her ear. Then you slide down her face. And you kiss her mouth. Okay, so that's how to pull off number one. And it's very effective. But again, you have to be in state.

14:10 And it's really good to have some pre-selection. Okay, method two. Though this technique takes slightly more time. It's more like a minute. It's actually my preferred way to do it because it has a higher overall close rate. And it has built-in opportunities to eject, which I know a lot of you guys want. Because right now, as you're listening, you're like, bro, I'd never do that. Are you kidding me? That's, like, terrifying. And it is. It is terrifying. It takes freaking balls of steel. But again, once you challenge yourself, you blow away constructs that used to hold you back.

14:39 And then new things become possible. So you may want to grab your balls and try it. Of course, dude, if she leans away, isn't into it, then don't force it. Goes without saying. But we need to be PC, you know, for those, like, anal listeners. Of course, you're going to eject if she's not into it. But let's get to method two. And like I said, there's more to talk about here when you're about to kiss her. So you walk up and you're like, hey, how are you?

15:03 I came over here because I have a very important secret to tell you. Now, same tonality, same frame, same state as before. You're in a high state. You have a strong frame. You have confidence that you can do this. Okay. So again, hey, hey, what's up? I came over here because I have a very important secret to tell you. She'll say, what is it? You'll say, well, it's so huge that if I say it out loud, a riot will start and hundreds of innocent people will lose their lives.

15:31 Okay. She's going to crack up. Then you'll say, because of that, I'm going to have to whisper in your ear. Are you okay with me telling you the secret asking for her permission during this first step is effective because you're going to get compliance on something small before going for the bigger compliance, which of course is the kiss. Okay. She says, yes, that's fine. Then what you do is you lean in and she's turned on, bro. Like they, they get really turned on. Once you, what you do is you lean in, breathe out slightly and say, I just want to let you know that you and I are about to share an experience that no one will ever know about.

16:08 Okay. So you slow it. You say it very slowly and seductively. It's really weird doing this on the podcast. Cause like I have to put myself mentally back in those places, like the bars and stuff when I'm talking to a chick. So I literally imagine the microphone is like a hot girl and they're like, I try to talk to her the way I talk to chicks in the club is difficult, but whatever. Another thing I'll do while I'm saying this is I'll take her hand in mine while I do it.

16:32 When you're talking to girls, her, her hands are usually by her side and you can usually take your hand, which are also by your side and like grab them. So what I do typically is I'll whisper in her left ear and I'll move the hair off of her ear with my right hand and then with my left hand, I'll grab her right hand. See how that works? Cause our hands are at our side. So after you say that whole thing that you and I are going to share experience that no one will ever know about, you want to pull away and look her in the eyes.

17:03 She'll usually say like, Oh yeah, what's that? Now, once again, you're gauging her attraction. Okay. If she's doing the looking at you, you could see it in her eyes. You can just tell that what you want to say is this. You and I are going to share a kiss right now and it's going to be our little secret. Okay. Then you lean in and kiss her. If she's into it, you'll know. Boom. You kiss her. Now she may say, no way. Like, no, it's not going to happen.

17:27 You'd be like, all right, have a good night. You walk away. Right. So, you know, there's a chance of rejection here, but we're men and we take risks and it's our job to do that. And I'll tell you it, when you pull this off, girls are never going to forget about this for the rest of their lives. Never. They may have kissed hundreds of guys in the bars, but this kiss they'll remember forever. And once again, we abort mission if they're not into it, but when you pull this off, which I'm guaranteeing you, you can do, it's like nothing you've ever done before.

17:58 It's going to change her life. It's going to change your life. Really good stuff. Now, method three is the super direct method. You walk up to her and you say, hey, what's up? I saw you from over there and I wanted to come meet you. What's your name? And she's like, hey, I'm Kelly. You'd be like, what's up, Kelly? I'm Mark. Nice to meet you. Then what you do is as you're shaking her hand, you take her hand from your right hand to your left hand or opposite, whatever hand you shake with.

18:23 Typically we shake with right hands. So you take her right hand and you put it in your left hand. This is called anchoring. Then you're just going to be straight up. You're going to be like, listen, I just want to let you know I'm really attracted to you and I want to kiss you. Okay. Once again, if you're in a good enough state, you can kiss a girl that quick. In fact, and this is the story I wanted to tell you, is there is a friend of mine who actively goes up to guys and girls and he says, hey guys, don't mean to interrupt you.

18:51 Just want to ask real quick. Are you guys together? And they'll often say, no, no, we're not. And he'll be like, bro, I got to be honest with you. I'm really, really attracted to her. Would it, would it be okay if I kiss her? And he asks him. And when he says, yeah, yeah, I don't care. He assumes it and kisses her. Now, again, you think, what the fuck? Yes. Your preconceived notions of what's possible is doable when you assume the clothes and when you believe in yourself enough and when you get her attracted enough.

19:20 My other client, the same guy, he's asking me, well, what's off limits? I said, nothing. Even girls at the gym who have earplugs in, who are on the Stairmaster, dude, just walk up, wave your hand in front of their face. They'll pull their earplugs out and you can talk to them. Boom. Girls who are running with earphones in, you can get in front of them and be like, stop. Hey, I had to meet you. I'd be kicking myself the whole day if I didn't. What's up?

19:43 What's your name? I got to get out of here in a second. But what's up? What's your name? You can do that. I've stopped cars in the parking lot. Girls driving. Stop. Right. Walk up to the window. Hey, I'd be kicking myself the whole day if I didn't meet you. Yada, yada, yada. Okay. So when you assume it, you can do it. Now that one time when I kissed three girls so quick, oh, it was gross. The last girl, she had so much saliva. Oh my God.

20:06 I like rinsed my mouth out with the mouthwash that I keep in my car at all times. Just for this reason, like 10 times I used up the whole gallon of mouthwash. But what I did is it was New Year's Eve and the, or it was New Year's day actually, because the ball just dropped. And I kissed some girl when the ball dropped. And then like I went, I went to these three girls differently, not all at once. And I was like, Hey, um, so the ball dropped and I didn't get an opportunity to kiss a cute girl like you.

20:34 And I'm really bummed about that. I got to be honest. I'm really bummed about that. Would you, would you want to help me start off my new year's correctly? And then yeah, they'd be like, Oh yeah. And they would kiss me. So I did that really, I like went from one girl to the next girl, the next girl. And then the final girl, Oh, and then I ran outside like a weenie. And I went to my car and mouth and like poured mouthwash all over my mouth.

20:55 And then I came back in and I think I did it a few other times too. So that's, that's one really effective thing. But once again, guys, really this podcast is about destroying what you think is possible and what isn't possible. You know, a lot of you guys listening are struggling with women. And once you get past the barrier of your own thoughts, that's when things really begin to change. It's a night and day shift. And that's, what's so cool about this pickup niche is since women base their actions on their emotions, when you can do the right things to control their emotions, you can literally do anything.

21:31 And my client the other day asked me, well, what would prevent a girl from cheating on a guy? And I said, one thing and one thing only, you don't want to know what it is. And he's like, what? And I was like, her being in love with you, her emotions, that's it. Marriage doesn't stop girls. Being boyfriend and girlfriend doesn't stop girls. Nothing does only being in love. The only girls who like are hard to yank off of a boyfriend are the ones that are totally into that boyfriend.

21:56 If she has a gap of emotions, as I call it. I can swing in there and get her ramped up attraction quick. I'm making her feel something that this Yahoo isn't able to do. So of course, she's going to sneak me her number underneath the bar. Of course, she's going to kiss me quickly when she's walking through campus with her guy friend who's an orbiter and who's like, you know, placating to her, supplicating to her, totally turning her off. And then this alpha masculine guy comes up with amazing confidence and says, hey, are you guys together?

22:27 No. Hey bro, like she's really pretty. Is it cool if I kiss her? Like how much balls does that take? And that's the reason it works.
