Welcome to the Unapologetic Man Podcast. The only podcast that's all about self-improvement, confidence, success, money, women, and being a fucking man without making any apologies for it. I'm your host, John Anthony. And I'm Mark Sing. And today we're going to talk about how to properly set goals. So this is actually a lot more important than most people think. So if you want to think of your life, basically everything that you do is done because you have some unconscious set of goals or things that you think you want or need.

And so if you're not laser clear in your goal setting, you're not going to achieve the things that you want. So the framework that I use to set my goals is I have, first of all, an overarching vision. This is where I want to be in 20 years or something. And you want to go crazy, right? So visualize, you know, the car you drive, the mansion that you're living in, whatever it is, ratchet it back to one year, your one year goals. From there, I do six month goals and then monthly goals and then basically daily tasks.

And you want it all to sort of line up so that your, you know, daily tasks will help you get to your monthly goals and your monthly goals are on par to get you to your yearly goals, et cetera. But the real key here, guys, I think is being precise in your goals, right? So most people have goals like, you know, if I asked you right now, guys, like what, what goals, you know, do you have? You'd probably say something like, I want to have more money or I want to, you know, be more jacked or I want to, you know, date more girls or something.

But let me tell you a harsh truth. You're never going to accomplish those goals because you don't even know what you're aiming for, right? What is more money even mean? Like, like be specific. Okay. So the first step is being specific. How much do you want to make each month? $15,000, $27,000, $123,000 a month. What exactly do you want to make each month? And then even more specifically, what is your mechanism to make it? So say that you're trying to make 25 grand a month, right? Okay. You know, what is your mechanism?

Is it a job that you have? Then you're going to have to get promoted. Is it, you know, that you have a business, right? Okay. So be specific. Maybe your business sells three different products, right? How much are you going to make with each product, right? 10 grand with, you know, product number one, five grand with product number two, and then another, another 10 grand with product number three. Then again, ratchet it back and be more specific. How are you going to do that? You either, if you're making, you know, half of that and you want to double your income, you have to either double the traffic you're getting, double the conversion of your sales page, you know, double the leads, targeted leads you're getting, you know, or double some, some other metric that maybe you're keeping track of.

But the real thing here, guys, is be fucking specific, you know, with your health, right? Don't just say, oh, I want to be more jacked. No, say I want to be, you know, 175 pounds, lean body weight at, you know, at least 9% or less body fat, right? Because then you can build a specific plan, an action plan in the gym. You can count exactly how many macros you need to eat to hit that goal. You can quantify it. And as Peter Drucker, the famous management expert says, what gets measured gets managed.

And if you can't measure your goals with a tangible, quantifiable metric, then it won't get managed and you won't get there. Yeah. Working backwards from the goal, like John said, like, okay, you set, you set your goal. This is what I want to achieve. Let's go with the 175 pounds. That's me is 175 pounds, 10% body fat. Yeah. How much do you weigh? I think 167. How tall are you? 5'8". 5'9". Okay. So I'm 6'2". So, but we have different, you know, I'm ectomorph. Different France. I think you're mesomorph.

I think I'm an ectomorph, but I just like do a lot of SARMs and supplements and shit. Let me see your wrists. I'm serious. You can tell by the wrists. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. You have skinny wrists. Yeah. You might be an ectomorph. See, I'm an ectomorph. I mean, my wrists are so skinny. So, so anyway. Okay. So you really set the precedence. Now you can also look on Instagram to see, okay, I want to look like this guy. I want to look like that guy.

By the way, guys, I would, I would, if you're trying to get more ripped to attract women, I would do some research on what kind of body type attracts women. You might actually be surprised by what that looks like. So do that research and say, okay, I want to look at this guy. What's his percentages, put that percentages to yourself and then make a goal. How long will it realistically take me to get there? What do I need to do it? And you backwards engineer it from the end to today.

And you backwards engineer that all the way back to today. When it comes to money, you say, okay. And like John said, in 20 years, John wants to be making a hundred million a year, have three Lamborghinis and a mansion. Is that about right? Yes. And a private jet. Well, you need a mansion in different areas of the country, as well as all over the world. You know, Italy would be nice. So no, but realistically that's achievable. It really is, especially as an entrepreneur, totally achievable. So you work backwards from that.

Now, do you have the whole path it's going to take to get you there? Probably not. But you can at least see up to the next step. By going backwards to today, you say, okay, I probably need to do this and this. And within three years, I need to be achieving this. Okay. Within a year, I need to achieve this. This month, I need to achieve this. And it's all just going backwards from the end result. But like John said, most people just say, I want more girls.

I want to be ripped. I want to make more money. But when you don't define it, you can't go after it because it's a nebulous goal, right? It's just kind of fuzzy. It's blurry. You can't really see it. But when you make it really tactile and realistic and you can imagine yourself living that, then you're going to be more likely to get it. And you make steps in your life to achieve that. You work a certain number of hours. You go to the gym X many times per week.

Then it becomes part of your routine. Routines are very, very important to achieve a goal because most people these days just want the goal to happen overnight. They see stories of people who succeed and it almost seems like they succeeded overnight. But really, it's the grind, the years of grinding that finally got them there. And so it needs to become a routine. It needs to become part of your identity. It needs to become who you are. Like John is a dude who lifts weights. That's who he is, right?

I'm a guy who's an entrepreneur who goes after money. That's who I am. And when it becomes your identity, you're not going to get fat. You're not going to get poor because it's literally who you consider yourself to be. So it needs to be clear-cut, end result, backwards engineer, and then become the person that's going to achieve that. Do you act like a millionaire? Do you act like a guy who gets chicks? Do you act like somebody who's ripped? Well, possibly not. If you haven't achieved it yet, then start acting as if you are that way and it will be much more likely to happen.

I have a quote on my wall, actually, that I think is very relevant. It's by Epictetus. Epictetus, Epictetus, however you pronounce his ancient Greek name. And he said, first say to yourself what you would be and then do what you have to do. And it really is that simple. Like Mark said, it's just a matter of finding out what you want and then working backwards to create a plan to get there, right? So, again, it's like, you know, with relationships, for example, you know, what is it in your relationships that you specifically want?

Do you want to sleep with 10 new girls this next month? Do you want to, you know, find a girlfriend that you like? And I get that some goals are harder to quantify than others, right? Like it's hard to quantify like a girlfriend that I like, like what metrics do you use to quantify that? It's a feeling. But in general, you can still quantify things, right? Say, you know, oh, I'm going to, you know, go out twice a week or I'm going to, you know, start a Tinder and talk to, you know, 10 girls a day or like whatever it is.

Like you can quantify these things. And I think specifically with business, this is where it really shines with business and with health because with those two things, you know, you can quantify pretty much everything, right? Because they're very tangible and they're based off of a certain number of things you do. So, again, with business, right, you want to be laser specific. And I cannot emphasize this enough because when you're laser specific, you know exactly what is going to get you the results that you want. So, a lot of guys, you know, they have these businesses and they're making a certain amount of money but they don't exactly know where to put their energy and their focus on because there's so many different things they could be doing, right?

So, like with entrepreneurs, you know, I was just doing a podcast with Robbie Kramer and we were talking about how a lot of entrepreneurs, like they have a website, right? And so, they'll like spend all day, you know, changing the color scheme of their website or like changing like some navigation thing or something. When in reality, you know, that might help but when in reality, the way to, you know, 10X your income is to launch a new product, change your business model, you know, learn how to get better leads, become better at sales and at closing and marketing and copywriting.

Like there's a certain set of things that you need to do that will directly lead to a certain result, right? So, let me give you an example. I've been reviewing a lot of SARMs lately because I've been on SARMs and I like them, right? And so, what I started to notice… What are SARMs? Selective androgen receptor modulators. So, they're basically a product that people use to get jacked, right? And so, I noticed that I was getting a lot of people that were interested in SARMs. So, you know, double down on what's working already.

So, I started writing more articles on SARMs. I started making, you know, a series of emails that I would send out to people that are interested in SARMs. And I did all these different things. And, you know, what do you know? My income from SARMs doubled and my traffic from SARMs doubled, right? So, it's about being laser specific, right? In your business, there's different aspects of your business. There's products. There's marketing. There's et cetera, et cetera. Be specific with which thing is not performing how you want it to perform and then make an action plan to get it to where you want it to be.

But it has to be quantifiable. What would you say if somebody had a business and the thing that's making them the money is the thing they hate to do? That's a good question. I mean, I would say get it to the point where they're making enough money that they can just take 12 months off and focus on something else that they like. So, or figure out a way to leverage it in such a way that they don't hate it or figure out a way to automate it or figure out a way to charge, you know, 5x the money so that they can save up money faster, right?

It depends, you know. But that's a really good question because we always, you know, there's sometimes there's things we don't want to do. And so, it's about designing your life in a way that suits you. And, you know, because I've been there too, right? I've, you know, spent so much time talking about things on my blog that I really don't want to talk about because they're just basic, you know, fundamental things that everyone kind of already knows. But there was a lot of people that wanted to hear them, you know.

So, I figured out a way to just do it as quickly as I could, get it out there, and then just move on to the next thing. People also underestimate the power of thinking. And it's funny because most people are compulsive thinking like Eckhart Tolle talks about. Nobody's in the present moment. But it's – I guess we have something like 10,000 thoughts a day, and 90 percent of them are repetitive. And most people can't just look out the window as they're stroking their chin and think of a good strategy to get what they want to achieve.

But you'd be surprised. There's this song I really like. It's called Armed With a Mind. And it's like talking about how the mind is like the best weapon you have. And we are armed with a mind, but most people don't use it. And so when you can just think about, okay, so I want to make $25,000 a month, okay? To do that, I need to meet influencers because if I'm going to sell my products, I need to have a shit ton of traffic. But why don't I just leverage the influencer's traffic?

Okay. How am I going to meet influencers? Well, I should probably give value first. So I'm going to contact them and offer them something. What can I offer them? And you're just thinking, thinking, thinking, brainstorming, and then you make a plan. Then you test the plan, and if it doesn't work, you go back to the drawing board, and you think and you think. Many people, like John was saying, is like they're focusing their efforts on the bullshit that doesn't matter, making a pretty new business card.

To hand it out to fucking car washes and like subway shops that nobody is going to freaking contact you. So leverage those things which work. And don't be afraid to think outside the box. And literally think outside the box. How could I do this that's different? What are some of the fundamental principles of success? Well, networking is one. Who you know is almost more important than what you know. So you can leverage that to your advantage. Number two would be traffic, getting people to see your goddamn offer.

That's gigantic. Three, having multiple offers. If you just have one product and you're just selling one thing, well, what's better, selling one thing or ten things? Probably going to sell more if you have a SARMs product, a Seduction product, a Bitcoin product, like John does. He's got a bunch of different shit, and he makes money from all of that. And then another concept is having many different hooks in the water. So with women specifically, a lot of guys want to get – they want to be talking – I don't suggest talking to more than four girls at once because then it becomes like a full-time job.

But, dude, it's so much work. You've got Excel sheets and everything to keep track of them. Oh, yeah. Yeah, I used to have Excel sheets. Are you serious? Yeah, I did, yeah. And then in your contacts, it's like Jessica met her at Starbucks. At coffee shop. Coffee shop. Yeah, you have notes. Like saw her on Tuesday, like reading, everything else. Yeah, yeah. And then like you'd say the same conversation with her. Hey, did you ever hear about this thing? She's like, you told me that the last time we hung out.

Like, shit, I already used that line on you. But with women particularly, right, like most women aren't going to make the cut, okay? So what I suggest is having a shit ton of hooks in the water. What's a hook in the water? Dating apps. Going out to clubs. Day gaming. You can learn to dance. You can do speed dating. You can learn how to cook. You could go to yoga. There's all kinds of different places where you can meet girls. Get them all into your funnel, and then the shitty ones are going to filter out, and a couple good ones will end at the bottom.

Well, the same could be said with networking, right? If you're trying to accomplish a certain thing, it's all about numbers games. So you have your goal at $25,000 per month. Let's say you – I don't know. You talk about bodybuilding, okay? How can you get in front of influencers whose traffic you can leverage to your own bodybuilding product? That's probably a better idea than trying to make all your own traffic is you can use other people's traffic. So how can you do that? Offer them something of value.

So it's just about thinking from the end backwards, and then once you get to this point of what you want to do, okay, this is what I want, then you've got to really think about how you can leverage it in the most intelligent way possible with, frankly, the least amount of work. And when you can think smart, you don't have to work hard. It's like think hard. Don't work hard. That's a big tip that I have to give because me and John were just talking about it that we worked hard once on a product before testing and validating that it would sell.

Well, now we know that testing and validating needs to be the first step. So you learn these things with experience, but setting goals and envisioning the end result is just so necessary. And so many people are stuck in the same rut that they've been in for years because they don't take the time to do that. And it isn't that hard, right? This isn't some big epiphany, but nobody does it. It's really interesting how few people do it. And that's funny because that's what most of success is, is it's literally just doing the things that most people aren't willing to do.

And when you set your goals, you set them up in the way that we talked about, it becomes really easy to take action, right? Because most people have the problem of they don't really know what they want, so they're divided internally. And that means that, you know, part of them is like, oh, I want to, you know, do some business thing today or read a book on closing or on sales. But a part of them is like, oh, but I also just want to like sit on the couch and watch, you know, the latest Game of Thrones episode or whatever it is, right?

So and when you clarify those goals, you have a very, very specific laser sharp focus on what needs to be done. And because it's so clear to you, it gets rid of internal resistance, you know, so set goals in everything. So my model for changing goals or for setting goals changes every now and then. But I have a model right here actually that I used where for my longer term goals, right, the 18-month goals, the six-month goals, the one-year goals, I had them split up into health, wealth, love, and happiness, the four areas of my life, right?

And for each goal, so I had a goal. But in addition to that, I had key people that were going to help me achieve that goal or that were, you know, important and pivotal to leverage for that goal. I had key mechanisms as well to achieve that goal and key experiments that I was going to do to get to that goal. And the reason why I do that for my longer term goals is because a lot of the time you don't exactly know what to do to get there because it's so far off, right?

If it's a year ahead, you don't really know, like, where you're going to be in six months, if what you're doing is going to change or if it's going to work. But I think it's important to keep in mind the key people for that goal, the key mechanisms for that goal, and the key experiments that you want to run. So, you know, like Mark and I were talking about, we put all this effort into building this new product, and we spent, like, three or four months just, like, working, making videos for it, et cetera, et cetera.

And then come launch day, we only made, like, I think, you know, very little, like $1,000 each or something. And so that was a huge surprise to us. But what we should have done is we should have tested to see if it was going to sell first, right? So the way that we could have done that, if you have a business, is, you know, you just collect, you know, you send out quizzes, right, to your clients, to your customers, you know, seeing what they want. You test the waters with a smaller version of that product to see how it sells, that maybe it takes you a day or two to set up, right?

And so, you know, you're going to make a lot of mistakes while you're heading to these goals that you've set. But that's key because that feedback from your failures, right, failures are feedback, it allows you to adjust and recalibrate your goals and the metrics that you're tracking so that you can actually get to where you want. The key point is set goals and then take massive action and then every week and every month, take a minute to step back, look at the action that you took, and see if it actually got you the results that you wanted.

And if it did, then great, double down on those actions. If it didn't, then consider changing them, right? But the key is to always be readjusting and recalibrating. Yeah, and in line with that, I suggest making what I call a hierarchy of priorities list. So in our lives, like John, you said, what was it? Like relationship, health, wealth, and… Health, wealth, love, and happiness. Love and happiness. So for me, I have my hierarchy of priorities like love, excuse me, health, business, relationships, hobbies, and anything else that I do during my week.

And usually health is first, okay? So health includes eating right, going to the gym, and doing jujitsu. Those are like really important to me. Next up would be business. And that means working at least 40 hours a week on my business and accomplishing certain things, driving me towards my goal, my monetary goal. Then I have relationship. Right now, I do have a girlfriend and we're having a baby. So like my relationship with her is really important. Obviously, I'm having a baby in four months. That's going to be super important.

And these hierarchy of priorities might shift, right? So as you're going towards your goal, these things might shift because life happens. And what you said earlier is, well, what if I'm reading a book about closing, but then I feel like I should be reading a book about copywriting or I should be reading a book about this. Like which one do I focus on? Well, structure those into your hierarchy of priorities. And there's also immersion versus maintenance, right? Which is a big concept that you're about, which is I'm immersing myself in copywriting for the next two weeks so that I can master selling my product on my website.

Then after that, I am going to immerse myself in automation so I can step back from the traffic generation. And again, it's really calibrated, intentional, and with purpose. And that's masculine energy, by the way. You guys probably came from John's website, Masculine Development. And masculine energy is towards energy. And it has a very clear-cut goal. Nothing's going to fucking stop it. It's like you always use the analogy of a bull. A freight train or a bull, yeah. Running across the prairie and knocking over homes and stuff like this.

Well, that's the same way as you have a laser-focused goal. And then during that process, I know I'm just kind of talking all over the place today, but there's so many ideas jumping around in my head. You can block and tackle, which means you block off a certain amount of time to tackle a necessary component of that element that's going to drive you towards your goal. So it's very systematic. It's very logical. And that's why men naturally usually are more monetarily successful as entrepreneurs than women are.

It's because masculine energy is very just like rational, hit the goals, go after it, what's next, what's next, driving fast to keep the accidents behind me kind of thing. And that's the way you need to be with your goals. So if you're wishy-washy and you're like, I want to watch Game of Thrones. I don't want to do this. Well, you might be in your feminine energy, bro. And you might want to be like, dude, snap out of it. Masculine energy. What is my freaking goal, right?

I have a whiteboard on my wall that has my goals every week, boom, boom, boom, and I knock them off like a sniper. And I literally feel like that. Like when I tackle something, like my taxes, I did my taxes. Yeah, I just like – just aim the gun and just snap them off and get rid of them. What's next? What's next? What's next? And when you have that masculine energy of towards energy of knocking out your goals and making accomplishments, then it's like momentum. It's masculine momentum and then you just start crushing it.

And then you can get to your – you get like momentum and a wind blowing behind you that blows you to your goal way easier. Yeah, and it's crazy how momentum works too because so what I recommend you do, guys, is have – I like to have goals for everything. But when I'm focused on a certain timeframe, I like to make it with one specific aspect of my life, right? So I think that health always comes first for me because when you're healthy, it makes everything else that you do easier, right?

When you're healthy, you're energetic. You can accomplish things better because you have more energy. You're more focused, clear in the head, et cetera. But once you get that down, I think business is the next thing because if you don't have the right amount of money coming in, then it's hard to really do anything else that you want in life. And so I recommend you do a period of immersion where you focus very intensely on a certain business goal, whatever it is. Make that your goal for the next six months, and then you can maybe transition onto something else.

But I find that multitasking is just not a very effective way to get anything done because the real things that you want to do in business are so important that you want to be single-mindedly focused on them, right? So again, it's like guys will focus on this dumb shit like Mark said, like, oh, I'm going to make some business cards and hand them out at Subway or something. Oh, of course, because the minimum wage worker is going to fucking buy your products, right? So you want to focus on the really critical things that are going to bring about the big difference.

And one exercise that I actually got from Tim Ferriss is he does this thought experiment where he says, if you could only work two hours a week, what would you do? You know, the doctor says that you have a critical heart condition, you just had surgery, you can only work two hours a week. What would you do in those two hours? And that's really good at clarifying exactly what you know you need to do, but maybe you just didn't want to do it or you weren't clear, right?

Because, you know, there's so many things in my life that I know, you know, once I really sat down and did them, the results I got from them were absolutely incredible. But sometimes it's hard for entrepreneurs to know exactly what to do or where to start. But if you do that exercise, you know, that's a great way to figure it out. I like that. Another one. Yeah, I love it. And another one is the gun to the head exercise, right? So if someone put a gun to your head right now and said, you know, what's that one thing that you know you need to do that you've been avoiding?

You would know instantly, right? Because you would just, you would know what it is, right? There's a gun to your head. So that's another exercise you can use too to figure out what you've been avoiding. I like that. Two hours a week, dude. Yeah. What would I do? Probably do a podcast. Yeah, podcast. Two hour podcast. Two hour podcast. Yeah. Podcast is good, man. I mean, that's why we make time for it is because it's, it's getting results for us, you know, like I've been getting, I want clients, you know, I'm enjoying coaching and I've been getting clients off the podcast.

So that's why I keep doing it. And it's, you know, it's 30 minutes, takes me a little bit of time to upload it to all the syndication channels, but totally worth it, man, to meet some great clients, which by the way, I do offer NLP coaching NLP is neuro linguistic programming. And if you guys have a sticking point with women that you can't seem to blast through, well, it could be part of some of your meta programming that was created when you were just a little kid that you don't even know is holding you back.

And I'll go in there and tweak with that brand of yours and make you more effective with women. So you can find out more about that with coachmarksing.com, M-A-R-K-S-I-N-G.com. And I am a little bit booked up right now and my schedule's pretty crazy, but I might be able to offer it to a few extra students if you do contact me. So check that out. And John, you have anything you want to plug? I do, guys. So go to my website, masculinedevelopment.com. Hundreds of free articles for you to check out.

My YouTube channel is youtube.com slash John Anthony. No H, J-O-N, Anthony. And if you want to take your shit to the next level, you can go to get7strategies.com, which are my seven strategies to develop the masculine energy that will keep you laser focused on your goals. It's an underlying emotional framework and mindset that turns you into a more aggressive, dominant, assertive, and confident man. So get7strategies.com. And if you want to build the perfect body that women will want to fuck you when they see that you have it because it is beach season, go to gettheperfectbody.com.

And you can learn all about the workout routine that I use, the supplements I use, the SARMs that I use, and everything else. But masculinedevelopment.com is my go-to because there's tons of free content there. So check it out. Marissa last night, she's like, you're not going to use SARMs, are you? I heard you on the podcast with John talking about it. I was like, yeah, I'm thinking about using that. She's like, I just don't want it to be a gateway drug for you. A gateway drug?

For what? Two years later, you're like steroids. Yeah, steroids. Fucking rich piano arms. Yeah, but yeah, I was like, yeah, I think I'll probably dip into that a little bit. And she's like, no, I don't want you to. It was really funny. It was a funny conversation. Sorry, Marissa. Sorry for exposing Mark. Yeah, I'm going to become like that. Nah, like we talked about in the last podcast, I'm all natural. So I don't know. I might do or I might not. I still have to think about it.

But yeah, man, if you guys want to get ripped, having a good body definitely helps. It helps a lot, especially now that it's beach season. I've been cutting and it's funny because right when you reach a certain level of body fat percentage, that's when the girls like start trying to ask you to take your shirt off. Yeah. Yeah. It's like right around 10% body fat for me is when they start making comments about like, hey, can you show me your six pack? Like, hey, let me see a little bit of that.

And I'll be like, well, you got to show me something first. So I always get like right around 10% body fat because during the winter I bulk and like I sit around 15% body fat because I'm trying to gain muscle. And then like I'll cut around April, mid April. And then dude, like right when it hits 10%, they're like trying to lift up the shirt. You notice that too? Yeah, dude. I know that. So I just, I did an unintentional cut recently. I got, I was really jacked and I was probably at like 10% body fat, maybe 11%.

And then I got the flu and I dropped down to like 6% body fat. Did you really? Yeah, dude. So I've been like looking crazy. Like if you guys go on my Instagram, Instagram.com slash real John Anthony, no H in the John. So real John Anthony, uh, I have like pictures and I'm like shredded. So did you lose muscle? Did you lose muscle? I lost a little bit. I think you're, yeah. I mean, cause I didn't eat that much for like two weeks when I had the flu, but so I lost some muscle, but I look more jacked cause there's just like no fat on me.

Yeah. I have like a six pack. Like it's crazy. Yeah. It's crazy. Cause like if you have a layer of fat on you and you could actually have more muscle with the fat than if you cut and you have just a little bit less muscle, you actually look bigger when you're cut cause you can see like all the striations and shit and their arms and like, they look really ripped. And I noticed people at my gym who are cutting like today. I saw a dude, he was, he was always a little chubby.

And then today I saw him, he's been cutting. I'm like, Whoa, dude, that guy's ripped. And I'm like, wait a minute. That's the guy. You know what I mean? And I'm like, fucking, Hey dude, he's looking good. So, uh, cutting and definitely John, your book, man, I, I just always reference it. I always go back. So if you guys want to get that beach body that women go crazy for definitely body of an alpha, get the perfect body.com, man. I love that shit. So great name.

All right, guys. Well, I have a client coming up and, um, yeah, man, set your goals, go after them with laser focus, being a fucking man. Remember when you're wishy washy, you're in your feminine energy. So just snap out of it. And it literally is a decision. Just be like, no, no, no, no. Stop this. Stop this laser fucking focus, laser focus. And you might think, well, what's the best thing? Okay. You don't have to have the exact best thing to work on, pick something and just do it and focus on it.

And then also draw out that map, you know, get a piece of paper, shut up your mind for 10 minutes and just focus on something that's going to make your life a lot happier. And when you can think clearly and focus on one thing for even 10 minutes, you'd be amazed at the results you can get. So hope that advice helps. And, uh, we will see you in the next podcast. Thanks guys. Thank you.
