Welcome to The Unapologetic Man Podcast. The only podcast that's all about self-improvement, confidence, success, women, and being a man without making any apologies for it. What is up, gentlemen? Thank you for tuning in to another episode of the UMP. I really do appreciate it. Happy Thursday. I hope the beginning of this year is treating you well, my friend. If you've been listening to this podcast for a long time, you know what to do, brother. Smack yourself on the ass. You are a goddamn champion of the highest degree.
If you're just now tuning in, wondering how you could start getting better with women, how you can become never insecure again, welcome. My name is Mark Sing. I'm an NLP dating coach. NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming. I put my clients into a post-hypnotic trance and switch the programming inside their head to believe that they too are a girl magnet just like I am. And the results they get are a reflection of those belief systems. A lot of you right now are saying, yeah, right, bro.
Stop blowing smoke on my ass. This guy is so full of shit. You can reprogram my brain. Sure, brother. Hey, listen, if that's the way you think, have fun with your programming, bro. Your current life is a reflection of the programs that somebody else gave to you before you could defend yourself. I want to ask you, how's that life going so far? Do you have everything you want? Are you getting the girls you want? Do you feel confident in yourself? Do you accept yourself as if you chose the way you are?
If the answer to that is no, what if you could switch your belief systems inside your head so that you fully feel at peace within yourself? You feel fully confident. You accept yourself, yes, as if you chose your height, your body, your hairline, your fill in the blank. What if you could completely accept yourself? How would your life change? And a lot of times, things that sound too good to be true, the ability for somebody else to remove belief systems, remove traumas, archetypes, schemas, meta programs from your head, and replace them with better ones that are more conducive to you both being able to attract women and get the life that you want to be happy.
When you have an open mind to some of those powers that perhaps you've never explored or experienced before, your life can change in ways that you never thought possible. And listen, some of you guys will never believe it. Some of you guys think I'm full of shit and some of you guys are only here to get the info and that's fine. But to those of you who do trust me and to those of you who invest in yourself and want to change, I guarantee you we can change you into that girl magnet by first changing the way you feel about yourself, first changing your belief systems and giving you the skill set to attract women at will.
And this episode is a single part of that. Before I jump into the content, I want to thank you guys yet again for the amazing, spectacular, stupendous reviews that keep coming in. Even the ones from overseas are absolutely phenomenal. And yes, I do read every single one. In fact, one of the greatest joys of my life right now is simply getting those reviews from you guys. I know I shouldn't be dependent on what you think and really I'm not. But when I hear things like this guy's changed my life, this guy has something about him that's way different from any other dating coach, that shit really, really gets me in the feels.
I shed a tear in my non-shooting eye. And all I want to do is get your name tattooed on my neck because you're a fucking champion. Seriously, brothers, even the guys who did them internationally, I see them all. I sincerely thank every single one of you. Now, to those of you who didn't leave me a review, let's get a little bit serious here. I got to talk to you, bro. If you have iTunes, if you're able to leave me a review and you haven't done so yet, even though you're getting a lot of value from this podcast, that hurts.
You've cut me deep, bro. You've cut me really deep. I feel like there's blood swishing in and out of my heart right now because of how deep you've cut me. If you do not go to iTunes right now and leave me a review, every time I hear your name, I will spit on the ground out of spite. You will wake up tomorrow morning with your intestines in a dish. I hope you get a painful, debilitating erection that lasts longer than 16 hours. I hope you spray a little bit of diarrhea every time you sneeze.
And tonight, when you go to bed, you're going to go to bed dead. That's what I think of you, man. If you don't leave me a review and you have the power to do so, you have the power to reciprocate some of the kindness that I've shown you by giving you over 315 episodes of this fucking podcast. Literally thousands of hours of content that I've given to you. And you won't even leave the dude a review. What a hater, bro. Do you understand how much that hurts me deep inside of who I am?
But hey, you know what? It's okay because my feelings regenerate at twice the speed of a normal human being. So go ahead. Don't leave me a review if you don't want to. Hurts, but I'll get over it. If you want to leave me that review, finally hook me up with that review. Here's what you do. Go to iTunes. Okay. Click on more episodes. Scroll to the very bottom. You'll see their first review. Probably a five-star one of some champion that hooked me up. Then click on leave a review.
All you have to do is leave a quick subject line, the best podcast I've ever listened to, and then tell the boys about what it is you got from this podcast. Email me at coachmarksingh at gmail.com. I'm going to send you the conversation sniper, 150 deadly one-liners for building attraction, guide to the female orgasm, how to make the woman look like a screaming demon that just got hit with a tornado, and three texts to build massive attraction in women. Impress your friends. Baffle your enemies. Once again, that's coachmarksingh at gmail.com.
Let me know you left me a review, and I will slap you upside the head with those three programs. Get your name tattooed on my butt and put a life-size statue of you in my backyard with a late champion chiseled into the granite beneath your feet. All right, gentlemen, let's jump into this. So I've been doing a lot of long episodes lately. I think the last two have been about 30 minutes, so I'm going to go for my requisite 20 minutes with the pretty fucking simple one. I told you guys in the last episode that we just started 2022, so we're going to kind of go back to basics in this podcast, kind of get some of the fundamentals down, build the foundation of you, the legendary cocksman, the fucking pussy slayer, whose methods have been banned east of the Volga River because you are a goddamn legend.
We're going to keep it super simple. First thing I want to tell you, bro, and I really want you to listen, okay? This is really simple. If you had any idea of how fucking insecure everybody is, you would never feel an ounce of insecurity about yourself again. Listen to me, brother. Listen to the words that I'm fucking saying to you right now. If you had any idea how insecure people are, you would never feel insecurity about yourself again. You have no idea about what people say to themselves in their own heads and how much suffering there is in the world and how horrible people feel about themselves when it really boils down to it.
I get on the phone every single day with absolute champions, legends, millionaires, successful men, guys who when you look at them, you would think this guy has not one insecurity inside himself. He loves himself completely. And these guys have more insecurities than you can listen to in an entire day, okay? These guys are suffering to a very high level and every single person you see is suffering to a very high level unless they have actively and courageously faced those insecurities like a fucking man does. Go into them deliberately and fix them with, you know what I'm going to say, NLP or other forms of hypnosis and or psychological strategies to reprogram their brain.
If you knew what was going on inside the head of every single person you see, you would never feel bad about yourself again. Now, how can I say that? What does what other people think about themselves have anything to do with you or to do with me? Well, think about it this way, okay? Your insecurities, and I know you have a lot of them if you're listening, I know you do. Like you can't hide it from me. I know you do. I know you do. Your insecurities are always based on a comparative phenomenon where you're comparing yourself to other people, okay?
If you feel you're too short, which is a huge issue for a lot of guys who are listening, too ugly, too overweight, too insecure, too quiet, too introverted, whatever you are of the myriad of things that I hear on a day-to-day basis, you're comparing yourself to other people, okay? You're comparing yourself, for example, in the way of height. You think your height isn't enough because you see other guys who are taller than you, but here's the thing that's going to blow your mind. Even a guy who's the perfect height and whatever you think the perfect height is, let's just go with that.
Let's just say it's 6'2", okay? I'm 6'2". Sometimes I feel I'm not tall enough. Can you believe that? Like sometimes I feel like, oh, it'd be better if I was 6'4", and I talk to guys all the time who are 6'4", and they're like, man, I feel like I'm too tall. People look at me weird because I look like a fucking tree trunk. I'm too tall, I want to be a little shorter. Guys who are too short want to be a little taller. Guys who are a little fat want to be thinner.
Guys who are a little bit skinny want to be thicker. There's always something you could be, and it's the scarcity mentality that is so prevalent in today's society that causes us to feel insecurity because we're comparing ourselves to other people and we don't feel we're enough. Do you relate to this? Do you relate to no matter how good it gets, no matter how many things you change about yourself, if you have the fundamental feeling of insecurity within yourself, you will never be satisfied no matter what changes.
So it's not about changing into something else. It's about accepting yourself as if you chose the way you are. Think about that. Accept yourself as if you chose it. Because the next time you go to the gym, the next time you go to the supermarket, the next time you step into work or wherever you happen to be, I want you to look at somebody and say to yourself, that person is suffering to a very deep level. Now, how can I, as a coach, make a bold statement that can almost guarantee you the next person you look at is ridiculously insecure because 99.99999% of people are suffering from this.
I hear it day in and day out, day in and day out, and even me, who has been working on himself for 10 to 15 plus years, still has little insecurities here and there that pop into my mind. Now, when it comes to me, I go after those fuckers deliberately with a courageous warrior heart and I get rid of them. But even me, after all this work, still has a few insecurities and cannot always just let go and be completely genuinely myself, which I'm going to talk about in a minute.
So every single person you see, brother, has so many insecurities and you can see it in their body language. You can feel it intuitively. You know what they are. Look at that guy and say, oh, he thinks he's too short and he's too fat. Look at that girl and say, oh, she probably thinks her ass is too big. She's worried about what people think. Ah, she's got a little bit of cellulite on the back of her legs. She's definitely stressing about that. That guy's nose is big.
He's tripping on it. That guy's hair is thin. Ah, he's definitely tripping on that. He's definitely focused on it. And what does this do? This is sub-communicated via our body language and via our tonality to women that we do not accept ourselves and there is nothing more unattractive to a woman than a man who doesn't accept himself. If you could just accept yourself for how you are, because again, brother, if you have the fundamental basis of insecurity, no matter how much you change, you'll always feel insecure.
It will always be not good enough because you're in a not good enough kind of mentality. But if you could just accept yourself without changing anything other than the fact that you just accept yourself, you will become exponentially more attractive to women. Now, once again, insecurity is based on comparison. So when you know that every single person out there is suffering, and when I say suffering, I'm not using that word lightly. They are literally suffering from their own thoughts, attacking themselves as if they're their own greatest enemy day in and day out, time after time, feeling insecure in everything that they do.
When you realize how insecure everybody is, and it's almost a human condition that everybody suffers from, like some super virus like COVID on steroids that everybody gets and suffers from, you wouldn't feel so insecure about yourself anymore because everybody hates something about themselves. And what's the secret to say, yeah, I don't love the way this is, but you know what? Fuck it. I'm just going to accept it. I'm just going to be me. I'm just going to be genuine and accept myself as if I chose it.
I chose to be 5'5". I chose to have 25% body fat. I chose to have thinning hair. I chose to have a big nose, or in my case, skinny wrists, skinny legs, some varicose veins by my calves, which are really gross, but that I just accept as if I chose them. Like, whatever, man. There's nothing I can do about it. You can't stop entropy, so why even try, as the band 311 says. It's going to happen. There's going to be insecurities. So accept it. Is this such a radical thing to do that you can't do it right now?
I'm telling you, it's not. You can accept yourself for how you are as if you chose it because every insecurity you have is simply a comparison. So now that you know that everybody is suffering from the same malady, why buy into it anymore? Accept it and be yourself. The next time you're in public, the next time you're in front of people, just be genuine. Let your belly go. Let your nose be big. Let your wrist be skinny. Let yourself be short. Fuck it. We all are fucked up.
We're all broken. None of us is perfect. Not even Brad Pitt. I guarantee you that motherfucker has insecurities. I guarantee you. I can even see it in his body language. I can see it. I can read people. Every person I see, I know what they're suffering from. And occasionally, that one motherfucker comes into my life and I'm like, damn, dude, that guy accepts himself. And you know what, brothers? Listen to this. That's the guy who pulls chicks because girls see that too. It doesn't have to do with you changing yourself.
It has to do with you accepting yourself. Even accepting those insecurities and saying, yeah, you know what? I have skinny wrists. I don't love them. I kind of am insecure about them, but I accept that I'm insecure about them. Because when you accept the non-acceptance, this is going to sound weird, but stay with me here. When you accept the non-acceptance, that non-acceptance becomes acceptance. And you have peace. When you accept your non-peace, your non-peace is transformed into peace. Eckhart Tolle. So here's what to do, brother.
The next time you're out in public, I want you to look at people and say to yourself, man, I can see what that girl's insecure about. I can see what that dude's insecure about. And don't judge them, okay? Don't let your ego take over and say, oh, I'm better than him. Because look, look how insecure they are. Because you're going to start seeing it. You're going to really start seeing it. But instead, have compassion for them and say, man, they're suffering. And you know what? I'm suffering too.
And let me ask you this, my friend. Would you keep yourself as a friend if the voice inside your head that constantly insults you and tells you that you're not enough, if that voice was your best friend, would you keep that motherfucker around? Hell no. Most of you guys would never have a friend who would treat you the way that you treat yourselves. That talks to you in that downward, you are not enough voice. Fuck that guy. Get rid of him. Instead, know that everybody is suffering under the malady of not feeling like enough, of not feeling like they're good enough, skilled enough, extroverted enough, witty enough, good enough speaker, intelligent enough, fill in the fucking blank.
Enough money, right? All of us have something like that. But the key to be successful in life and the key to attract women is to just accept that and say, you know what? Yeah, I'm not tall enough, but it's okay. It's all right. I accept that I'm 5'5". In fact, there's advantages to it. I would be amazing in jungle warfare, bro. Just put me under one of those palm leaves. I'll just pop out and saw off the legs of all those Taliban because they never even saw me coming.
There's always a way to reframe it. So it's a very simple message in this podcast. Everybody's insecure. You have no idea how insecure people are. I meet guys who when I first get on the phone with them, I'm like, man, this guy's like a fucking Greek god and Adonis. And he's rich and he's talented and he's fill in the blank. And then he's admitting to me, he's like, man, I don't feel like enough. I'm jealous. I'm controlling of girls because I think they're going to leave me.
I feel insecure in this way. And that way, everybody is. Unless you seriously work on yourself and actively take the steps to accept yourself. Again, you're never going to change all the circumstances to be perfect so that you can accept yourself that way. So don't even try. Just accept yourself right now for how you are. And what happens? Girls get super attracted to you because of it. It's telegraphed in your body language and your tone of voice. The other night, I was at Chiba Hut getting my cheat meal.
And I was like, yo, I'm just going to be completely myself. Just let myself go like smoking the lungs from puffing on the endo. And what happens, dude? The bartender chick was attracted to me. The chick delivering my food. Oh, my God. I couldn't get rid of her. She was like next to my table talking to me. It's because I was sitting there completely relaxed, completely genuine, not trying to monitor every little thing, not second guessing myself, but accepting myself and loving myself and saying to myself, man, you're a fucking champion.
You are a good dude. You have a good heart. You have the courage of a lion inside your heart. So accept it, your skinny wrists, your skinny legs, your big nose, your fill in the blank. Accept it as if you've chosen it. That's the lesson today because everybody is so insecure. We're all suffering from it. So be that one dude who transcends your insecurity and accepts yourself and let yourself shine to the world. Light yourself on fire and let other people see you burn. Be genuine.
When you are genuine, people will love you. And here's the thing. They will accept you, brother. They will accept you when you accept yourself. So let your true nature shine. Love yourself. Accept yourself. You will never be perfect. There is no such thing as perfection. Life, humanity is designed to be imperfect. Why? To set up the precedents where we can accept that imperfection. That's the entire point of this. So stop trying to strive to be perfect. Instead, strive to accept. When you accept that non-peace transmutes into peace, it's reflected in women.
Become attracted to you because of it. You attract more money, more success, and most importantly, you have to agree with this one, more happiness. Let's stop beating ourselves up. 2022 is the year of radical self-acceptance. I accept you. I accept myself. I want you to accept yourself too. That is the key to getting girls. And that is the key to being happy and most importantly, to being at peace. All right, brother. I really thank you for listening. Once again, if you want to leave me a review, please do so, man, and leave some words behind it.
Email me at coachmarksing at gmail.com and I will send you those three awesome programs as well as a couple videos. I'll smack you on the ass so hard your insecurities will shatter when the concussion hits and I will get your name tattooed on my butt in a statue of you put in my backyard with Le Champion chiseled in the granite beneath your warrior feet. I got another awesome one dropping on Monday, boys, so stay tuned for that one and I will see you in the next episode.
Thank you.
