Welcome to the Unapologetic Man Podcast, the only podcast that's all about self-improvement, confidence, success, women, and being a man without making any apologies for it. What is up guys? Thank you for tuning in to another episode of the UMP. I really do appreciate you joining me. And this podcast is dedicated to all you out there who are moving into your pain willingly, who are putting growth as your number one priority and who are going into your fears like a fucking man does and doing what it takes, not because you want to, but because you know that growth is your number one priority on this world.
And you are here to discover yourself and make yourself into the very best version you possibly can be. And in order to do that, you know that you got to go into pain. You know you have to follow your fears. You know that you have to dissolve the old you in order to let the new you shine forth. And that's what you're doing. Smack yourself on the fucking ass, brother. You are a champion. Songs will be written about you that will be sung around campfires for generations to come.
If you're on this path, the path of the unapologetic man, just as I am, this podcast is dedicated to you. Before I jump into the content, I want to let you guys know that I apologize to any of you who I haven't replied back to, any of you guys who didn't get that free one-on-one breakthrough session with me. Got to be honest with you, brothers. I am getting a shit ton of applicants. I am getting tons of guys through the door who want to learn more about my three-month coaching program.
My biggest fear is that, like, I forget about somebody, don't remember to reply back. And I have the memory of an 89-year-old man. So it's like the other day, I realized I didn't email this guy back. I hate leaving people hanging like that. So if I've done that to you, I do apologize. The best way to get on the phone with me is when you fill out that application, you got to try to differentiate yourself from the rest of the boys. I am getting dozens of applications a week.
I only have so much time. So if you're serious about getting this part of your life settled, if you want to meet with me, then you got to step it up a little bit, boys, because some of you guys just kind of give it a half-assed effort. And I just can't meet with you, bro. I just don't have time. I'm looking for guys who are dedicated, guys who are willing to change themselves, guys who are willing to go into their fears, which is exactly what we're going to talk about today.
Now, in my course, we do it systematically, so you're not going to get blown out. I'm not going to expect you to fully move into your fears where it terrifies you and actually creates detrimental results. But instead, we do it systematically where you grow, hopefully, more in three months than you've grown your entire life. That's the purpose of my course. So if you're a man, you're sick of getting the same results with women. If you're sick and tired of failing over and over again, producing the same results that you've been getting for years, sign up, brother.
Go to my website, CoachMarkSingh.com. You and I will get on the phone together. We'll discuss what it'll take to get you there, man. I've been getting some awesome clients, meeting awesome guys. It really is something amazing, man, this whole movement that's happening. You guys are all amazing. Thank you for listening. I do appreciate you. So let's get right into the content. All right. So the way life works is this, boys. Pretty simple. Growth comes from pain. Growth comes from facing your fears. Growth comes from overcoming challenges, finding solutions, finding that better version of yourself.
And I believe in a weird way, life is actually designed to give us challenges and you almost have a challenge quota. Like here's your quota, brother. Like here's your quota, brother. You're going into that world. You have 62,431 challenges that are assigned to you. Have fun there, buddy. And then as you go through your life, you know it just as well as I do, brother. There's always something going wrong. There's always a challenge. Like I said in a previous podcast, when you think you have it made in the shade, life's going to go ahead and move that shade for you.
And that's the point of this podcast is being it that you are going to get challenges and being it that, in my opinion, the purpose of life is growth. And I think you probably agree with me to some level. And if you lay down to think about it for 15 minutes and contemplating very deeply, I think you'll come to the same conclusion that the purpose of life is to grow, to discover that innate power that you have inside of you. Life is going to make you grow, even if it has to drag your ass across the finish line, kicking and screaming.
Now, let's go ahead and look at somebody we know, and you know somebody like this too, who's just a lazy dingbat. The guy or the girl doesn't do shit, works a shitty job, plays video games, masturbates to porn, doesn't look the way he wants to look, doesn't have the girls he wants to get, isn't making the money he wants. And while he may put on that smile and pretend that everything is hunky-dory, you and I both know, and he knows as well, that he's probably pretty fucking miserable.
You know, I saw this guy the other day. It's kind of funny. I had to laugh. He's a very obese guy, and he was wearing a shirt that said, I beat anorexia. And I cracked up, and he was cracking up, and he was lighthearted about it, but you know what? That's a defense mechanism, and I don't buy into it that he's happy looking and living like that because it's simply unhealthy. And I just think that everybody, everybody deep inside of us wants to be in shape, wants to feel good, wants to be happy, wants to be making the money we want to make.
Who wouldn't want to be rich? I mean seriously, who wouldn't want to be rich? Now, a lot of people out there who have fucked up programming may tell you they don't want to be rich, successful, you know, have a great body, great health, great relationships. Because oftentimes it's tied up into this virtue signaling kind of thing where they think that more money means you take it away from others, and it's not virtuous. It's not spiritual. But down deep in the core, I bet you if you waterboard a motherfucker and you're like, what do you really want, you motherfucker?
He's going to be like, I want money, bro. I want girls. I want to be in great shape. And then break down crying and masturbate in the corner in a puddle of his own tears. So we all know this is what we all want. And look at the people who don't have it, okay? I can tell just by looking at you. That's right, you, bro. If we get on the Zoom call together, I will be able to tell how much pain you are willingly enduring in your life by the results that you have.
It's very fucking simple. You're either going to choose the pain that you're going to endure and thereby get the results that you want, or you are going to try to avoid the pain. And because of the quota, it's going to give it to you anyway. Would you rather choose what your pain is or would you rather just get it hammered on you, delivered by life in lots of shitty ways? Like the guy who's in the example, who's overweight, not making the money he wants, not getting the girls he wants.
I mean he's getting hammered by life. The guy's miserable. And honestly, there's part of me that's like, bro, harden the fuck up. Let's go. Join the program. Let's do this. But there's another part of me that has a lot of compassion because I understand that oftentimes those people are victims of bad programming. They're victims of circumstances. We don't know what happened in his life. Maybe he was molested and he's trying to fill that hole in with food. We don't know. And that's why I believe NLP, Neuro Linguistic Programming, reprograms that shit, takes away the traumas, gets you back to your natural self-esteem is the fucking answer.
I think everybody, every single person should be doing it. And I scratch my head why every one of you champions isn't hitting me up and being like, yo, get me into your program, bro. Let's do this shit. I mean, like I said, there's a lot of you fucking champions coming through the door. But I know how many downloads I get. I know how many listeners I get. And I know how many applications I get. And all you guys aren't. A good percentage of you guys are.
I'm pretty impressed. But not all you guys are. And I'm kind of scratching my head. Because, dude, we're all fucking fundamentally broken. That's part of the purpose. First, we come into the world completely pure with a 100% healthy self-esteem. And then inevitably and quite purposely, life throws bullshit onto our plates, which fucks us up. We have to go through that session of pain. And this is why I often say, before you're 25, we're all kind of fucked up. I certainly was. And I'm sure the most of you were too.
But then the purpose is to overcome that stuff and grow. Grow into a new version of yourself continuously. And how do you do that? You have to face your fucking fears. I'm telling you, brother, listen to this really closely, please. Because this has been the answer for my life. That which you fear most is exactly the direction you need to head. You need to follow your fears. My good buddy, John Anthony, the guy who I started this podcast with, has a tattoo that I absolutely love.
It says, follow your fears. Very simple. Three words. Follow your fears. Because in your fears, that's where the most growth hides. That's where the growth is. That's where the answers are. To tell you a little story about myself, I'll make it super quick. I was super afraid of needles. Super afraid. I had a trauma when I was 10 years old of getting blood taken from me. I had three nurses hold me down. Whole big story. Made me absolutely fucking terrified of needles for years. Couldn't go into a hospital.
Always wanted tattoos. Couldn't look at a tattoo gun, let alone walk into a tattoo studio. In fact, when I was in college, I did walk into a tattoo studio and I passed out. When I saw the tattooing going on, I was like, no way I can do this. Then the guy started telling me about veins underneath the skin and how the needles don't reach it. And he was like trying to help me, but it just fucked me up worse. Until I found NLP, one process, which by the way, I include in my three-month coaching programs called the trauma process, removed my fear of needles completely to the point where two weeks later, I was getting a nine-hour tattoo.
Completely true story. I swear on my father's grave, it is not bullshit. This shit fucking works. I was afraid of needles and I still am a little uncomfortable with them, but I can now get blood taken. I can go to hospitals. I used to be terrified of hospitals. I will walk in and in the waiting room, I'd be like shaking, man, like visually shaking. And now when I go in, it's like my heart hardly beats fast at all. I don't like the needles very much, but I can do it.
One quick tip for you guys, whenever you give blood or have to do anything you're afraid of, get seriously into your masculine energy. Get seriously pumped up. So what I do is I listen to my playlist on Spotify. It's called Mark's Lift Heavy Ass Weights. I listen to my favorite song, which is several different songs that I might listen to. But a couple I'll throw out there is A Match Made in Heaven by Architects. I also like this song, Memphis Will Be Laid to Waste by Norma Jean, I think is the song.
And then my favorite hardcore band of all time is Unbroken. Any of the songs by Unbroken are sick. Check out my playlist. Mark's Lift Heavy Ass Weights on Spotify. And by the way, quick thing. I have different playlists on there, bro. Different playlists. And I noticed you guys are kind of following some of those too. I have a bluegrass playlist. I have a hip-hop playlist. I have a feel-good music playlist. I have a punk playlist and a bunch of other ones that you guys probably would enjoy.
So check those out. But anyway, getting highly into your masculine energy is the way to overcome a fear. And fear carries with it the biggest leap of growth when you face it. So when I first got that nine-hour tattoo, bro, I was so scared. But I was like, okay, I've done the NLP. I got over this trauma. I think I can do this. I've never had a tattoo before. And sure enough, man, he just starts doing it. And I was like, I can't believe it. I got this.
It was one of the most freeing, biggest steps I ever took in my life because I overcame something that used to rule me so completely. Another thing that used to rule me, and I know this rules a lot of you guys, is women. Women used to terrify me. I used to be terrified of the clubs and the bars. I had so many bad experiences in my early 20s when I lived in Southern California. I was actually just telling a guy about this who hired me, and he's in Southern California.
I was just thinking about Newport Beach and Irvine and Anaheim and all those different bars and clubs that I went to, even in L.A. I would just get this terrible feeling. It just felt so horrible to me, and I was terrified of it. Well, I knew I had to face my fear, and it's almost like Batman. Remember with Batman? He's like, how do you overcome your fear of bats? You become one. You become one. So I wanted to become the master of that scene. I wanted to go into that scene and absolutely rule it.
And over the years, I taught myself how to do that. I got into lots of different situations where because I was able to rule it, because I was able to master it, I grew leaps and bounds. Now I'm working on Brazilian jiu-jitsu. I am terrified of Brazilian jiu-jitsu. I'm horrible at it. I just feel like I break so easily. I fucking cracked a rib. I've broken my foot, fucked up my hand, fucked up my knee. It seems like every couple weeks I get injured in some way, and it's scary when you have a guy choking you out.
But that's why I do it is because I know in that is the biggest part of growth. Every time I go to one of those classes and I get collar choked or arm barred or leg locked or whatever, the infinity of things that are happening to me because I suck at Brazilian jiu-jitsu. I just don't have that natural ability for it. That's why I should do it because there's the most growth there. Every time I go to a class, I grow way more than sitting here doing this podcast.
Doing this podcast is great too, but I'm a communicator. That's what I'm naturally good at. I can just yammer on and on and on. You know that better than anybody if you've listened to my podcast for any amount of time. But I have the gift of communication. So is getting on this microphone really difficult? No, it's not. I feel spirit speaking through me. I feel like I'm doing something that's bigger than myself and that's great, but it's not something I fear. So it's not going to have the most growth in it.
The most growth is that which you fear. And once again, the ironic thing is the more you avoid pain, the more you get. The more you try to be comfortable and safe in a 401k and retirement plan and marry a girl who's safe, the quicker all that is going to dissolve and make you miserable. I'll tell you, a fat guy who doesn't work out is in a hell of a lot more pain than you and I who do work out. Right? I mean, going to the gym is painful.
It is. And, you know, doing the sprints, eating the right food, it takes a lot of discipline. It is painful. Like right now, I'm pretty hungry. I'm doing intermittent fasting because I'm on a cut because beach season is coming, right? I want the six pack to flow forth. So I'm doing a cut and I'm fucking hungry, man. I'd love to go upstairs and dip into some Doritos even though we don't have them. But I would love to eat something like that. But the thing is, is that when you endure the pain now, when you go into that which you fear, out the other side is 200 times more joy than if I went upstairs and ate the Doritos and got some transient sensory gratification, transient short-term, sensory means your senses, gratification means being gratified, it's not even worth it in the end.
Do what's hard and your life will be easy. Do what's easy and your life will be hard. I say this all the time. It's one of the core messages of this podcast, which is to move into fear, move into pain, do what's hard. Being a man means doing what you fucking have to do, not always what you want to do. And we see those people whose lives suck. And this actually reminds me of a story. Today, I was driving down the street and I was stopped at a stoplight and there was this guy high on meth and he's just yelling at all the traffic.
He's like waiting for the stoplight to turn so he can walk across the street. He's just cussing and pissed off and like, this guy's life is absolute misery. Part of me says, you know what, bro? Like, it's your fault, dude. You're fucking weak. That's what happened to you. But the other part, and I'm going to say it's the bigger part of me, says, I have compassion for that dude. Once again, I don't know his story. I guarantee you, if I was in his shoes, I'd be a meth head, homeless, yelling at traffic too.
So we have compassion for people like that. But you listen to this podcast. I know that you understand this concept and I know that you have the wherewithal within you, the strength within you, the strength within you to seek pain willingly. Go talk to that fucking girl, even though you're terrified of it. Because I guarantee you when you're done, even if she rejects you, when you're done, you're going to feel so fucking good. And I'm right there with you, man. If you go approach that girl, I am fucking right next to you, slapping you on the shoulder, being like, fuck yeah, bro.
Give me a hug, man. Proud of you, brother. You're a warrior. You went into your fear. You sought out fear in order to grow yourself. So back to the meth head, right? This guy's complaining and yelling and he's all pissed off. And I'm like, God damn, dude, this guy's, he's avoiding pain as much as he can. And what's happening? He's literally in the cauldron of pain being boiled alive. Another story I just remembered, and I've actually been wanting to talk about this on the podcast because it's kind of funny.
I was riding my crotch rocket. It was an R6 and I was really into crotch rockets about like five years ago. I ended up almost killing myself on the freeway, weaving in and out of traffic at like 130. So I sold it. But before I did that, me and my boys used to get all dressed up in leathers and just ride up and down I-25, which is the North to South freeway in Colorado. We would have all kinds of rides through the mountains and shit. So I'm getting on this on-ramp onto I-25.
If any of you guys know about Colorado, it was right around Longmont. So I'm getting on this on-ramp and it was so sick because it was this right turn. And you could get so low, you could scrape your knee. And we all had full leather. So they have those kind of like those plastic pucks on the side of your knee so you can scrape your knee on the ground. So I'm coming through this turn and I fucking got my knee on the ground. I'm like, I'm just going through this turn.
There's two fucking meth heads sitting on the shoulder. I don't know what the hell they were doing at the freeway. And like my line was going to take me within like a foot of them. And I was like, you know what, dude, fuck it. Let's give these guys an experience. So I fucking lay it down even further. I'm like, yeah, yeah. And I passed these guys within inches, dude. And my boys came up behind me and we had radios at the time. We had these like these Bluetooth radios.
And they're like, oh, my God, Mark, those guys freaked out. Dude, they were yelling and cussing and they threw something at me and they were super pissed. But it was so funny. It was one of the most epic moments ever, dude. And these guys were like, motherfucker, you piece of shit. And that's like a representation of them, right? It has nothing to do with me. Like their lives are miserable because they're avoiding pain at all costs. Now, when it gets down to the addiction level, that usually, by the way, it comes from some childhood trauma.
Usually when your mom neglects to give you enough attention and you have a dopamine lack that you try to fill in with drugs. There's this whole interesting study they've done on addiction. So once again, the bigger part of me actually really has compassion for those guys. But it was still super sick, passionate about my R6 crotch rocket at like 100 miles per hour. Oh, my God. I wish I had that on video. All right. Let's get back into the content. So this is my theory on the thing.
OK, when you go after your fears voluntarily, your life expands in ways that will absolutely blow your mind. And since you're doing the work that the universe is designed to give you anyway, it stops giving you so many challenges as long as you're challenging yourself. As long as you're actively setting new goals, voluntarily moving into your fears, getting in shape, running a tight battleship, approaching women, doing all the shit that you don't feel like doing, but you make yourself do it anyway. Taking cold showers, going to bed on time, meditating, all that stuff that's hard.
Your life gets easier because I believe there's that quota, right? It's like, I am going to give you this much. But if you just choose to do the things that are hard anyway, you're actually going to get 10 times the benefit out the other side. However, if you avoid those things because you're a pussy, or again, the compassion part, you have some shit wrong in your head. If you avoid those things, I'm going to hammer the shit out of you. You are going to be punished. But if you go into them voluntarily, I'm going to reward you.
As the old saying goes, guys, there's no comfort in the growth zone and there's no growth in the comfort zone, which means the more uncomfortable you are, the more you're growing. The more you fear opening that girl, the more you're going to make progress towards getting better with women, you know, I have my guys open 20 girls a week over the 12 weeks that they work for me, which is 240, 250 girls. And in the beginning, they're like, well, can I just open anyone? And I'm like, yeah, you can.
But if you open a bum on the street, the social pressure isn't going to make you grow as much as if you open a cute girl. Now, naturally, I tell my guys to start where they're comfortable to start or just a little bit uncomfortable to start. But obviously, bro, like the harder the girl, the more the social pressure. The better it is for you, because that's fear, that's pain, that's pressure on that piece of coal, which turns it into a diamond. If you're not putting pressure on that coal, it's not going to turn into a diamond.
And like I said earlier, I could look at you, bro, and know exactly how much pain and how much fear you're voluntarily moving into. You know, the dude that has like all the money, he's fucking ripped. He's got awesome tattoos. He's got hot girlfriends. He has it all, quote unquote. That dude is moving into fear and pain all the time. That is a fucking warrior. As opposed to the dude who is eating pizza, masturbating, playing video games, overweight, no girls, no money, basically miserable. That dude is avoiding fear.
And I can tell just by looking at dudes. It's like the guys at the gym, right? And you see this all the time. I watch people work out. It's like the dudes with the beer bellies who have a little bit of shoulders, a little bit of arms. I watch them do sets, man. They're like one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, 10. Put it down. There's like almost hardly any effort. And then you see them yammering and talking to everybody in the corner. The dudes who are shredded compared to the dudes who aren't, just watch their workouts.
You'll see exactly why it is. It's because the dudes, they take it to the extra mile. They go for that extra two to three reps. They're sweating. They're really in a lot of pain. They're moving into that pain voluntarily. And then what happens? They're fucking ripped. They're also developing the character, discipline, and work ethic in order to get more success in different parts of their life. I would rather invest with the dude who's ripped than invest with the dude who's out of shape because I know if I invest with the guy who's ripped, I at least know he knows how to accomplish something hard in one area of his life.
So the way you do one thing is how you do all things. The chances of him being successful in that other area go up significantly. And it's interesting. A lot of the times I get guys who hire me who are ripped, trying to make something of themselves, really into self-development. Of course, that would be true, right? I mean, I also get clients who aren't that way, but who want to become that way. And I'll tell you, when you make that commitment, when you hire a coach and you're like, all right, dude, I'm ready to face my fears.
I'm ready to face my pain. That is when the universe will move. It will literally reorganize itself for you in order to help you get those results. It's that commitment. It's that stepping forward with faith into something unknown that creates that life for you. Because what you're doing is you're facing your fears. A lot of you guys don't hire me because you're afraid. Now, that's not all of you. I'm not calling you out. I know I just don't flow for a lot of you guys. You just don't feel like hiring me.
I get it. Trust me. It's okay. But I know there's a lot of procrastination out there. Like, yeah, I'll do it later when this and this happens. You know what you're going to say in three months when you think this and this is going to happen? You're going to say that again because that's the programming you're doing. You're always pushing things down the road. You're always procrastinating. If you don't do it now, bro, very little chance you'll ever do it. And most of the time, it's not a money thing either.
You tell yourself it is because your ego has that convenient excuse, but it's not. And it's not even my program either. It's some other program, P90X. Yeah, I'll get that down the road. Oh, I'm going to start doing this when this happens. Oh, I'm going to commit to this when this happens. Bullshit, dude. It's a fucking excuse and all your excuses are lies. And you know what? I had the same excuse. So believe me, you and I are in the same boat. We're fighting this fight together, brother.
We're shoulder to shoulder in the trenches. I was making an excuse with Brazilian jiu-jitsu. I was like, oh, COVID. I can't go because of COVID. Oh, my hip is really hurting. I should wait until that's healed. And literally, I just started again like three weeks ago because I'm fully vaccinated now. And that was one of the prerequisites to get back into it. And I was like making excuses. And I'm like, bitch, what the fuck are you doing? You're doing the same shit that you call your students out on.
Making excuses, pushing it down the road. So I got my gi, got suited up and got back in there. And now I'm back into it. And I don't want to go, man. I do not like it. And I'm not going to sit here lying to you that I do. But I know it's growing me. I know that it's the best thing I can do because it's hard. Because I'm afraid of it. Because I don't like the way it feels to be choked out. I don't like the way it feels to have a 250-pound dude laying on me and crushing my ribs and making it so I can't breathe.
It's a very debilitating, terrible feeling. But that's why I go into it. That's like so much growth there. I love Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in that way because there's so much room for growth. So the overall point of this episode, boys, is I've kind of been all over the court with it, is that your fear should be your compass that shows you where the most growth is. When you follow your fear, when you go against the ego because the ego wants to keep you safe, and you do what you're afraid of, that's when you're going to grow the most.
Pain is also part of that compass. Move into pain willingly. David Goggins, one of the guys that I follow, and if you haven't heard of him, you should check him out, says in order to reach your potential, you have to suffer. I don't believe suffer is the right word because suffering implies that there's a negative connotation to the pain. I would rephrase that as if you want to reach your potential, you have to move into pain willingly. And in a weird way, you begin to enjoy your pain.
You begin to enjoy that burn in the gym. You begin to enjoy that hunger when you're cutting, which I have right now, because it's almost like that hunger is representational of just fat burning off my belly and carving it up, bro, like giving me gills, the Adonis belt right next down to my waistline. I kind of like that feeling, that scary feeling you get in your heart when you're walking up to a hot girl. I just walked up to this super hot blonde in the gym today, and I was like, yeah, bro, there's that feeling.
I love that because I know I'm about to grow, and I get a big old congratulations from Mark Singh when I'm done with it. I always hit myself on the arm and be like, yeah, brother, you did it, man. Be your own fucking hero. What would my hero do in this situation? He'd go talk to that girl. He'd move into fear willingly. He'd go get that tattoo. He'd go get that surgery done. He'd go get blood taken. He'd go do a speech in front of all his coworkers.
He would volunteer to give a speech at a wedding. He'd go open a group of people who look intimidating. He'd be disagreeable when he didn't agree with somebody and would be willing to break those social norms and isn't so afraid of offending people, afraid of being not liked, afraid of what people think of him, afraid of his reputation. No, man, he moves into fear willingly. And the interesting, ironic thing is, is that when you do that, most people will like you more anyway, and your life will expand for you in ways that you never thought possible.
So the message, again, is to move into your fear. And yes, it's true. This episode is only for strong men. Because those who are listening who are like, fuck, I hate this message. You're the one who needs to hear it most, brother. You're the one who needs to go into his fear most. This episode is specifically for you. Now, my final point is this. There's only one thing that you should be afraid of. There's only one fear that you should abide by. There's only one thing that you should avoid at all costs.
And let your fear make you do this single thing. And that is this. I want you to have the fear of ending your life, being on your deathbed, and having regrets. Because you didn't have the courage to move into all your other fears. You didn't have the warrior's heart to move into pain willingly. You didn't do exactly or become exactly who you wanted to be. You didn't approach that girl. You didn't make the money you wanted to make. You didn't get the body you wanted to have.
You didn't live the life that you were destined to live. You didn't grow into the fucking man you were supposed to be because of fear. That is the one fear I want you to have, being on your deathbed and dying with regrets. I refuse to have that happen to me, brothers. And I had that exact epiphany about 15 years ago when I decided once and for all, I'm going to get this shit solved. I'm going to do whatever the fuck it takes to get good with women.
I'm going to do whatever the fuck it takes to make the money that I want to make, to have the life that I want to have. And I'll tell you, I've been moving into my fear for the last 15 years. It is the secret to life. It is the secret to happiness, peace, abundance, exaltation, and to grow into the man that you were put on this earth to be. So jump in the trenches with me, brother. Let's fight shoulder to shoulder. Let's get up this mountain. There's a machine gun posted on the top and we are afraid to charge that machine gun in a frontal assault.
But because we are fucking men, we move into those fears willingly. We do what we have to do to become the man that we are supposed to be. If you want to meet with me, if you want to grow out just like we did on this episode, but in person on Zoom, apply for that free one-on-one breakthrough session with me. You can click the link in the description below or you can go to my website and click on coaching. Just fill out the application. And once again, I'm looking for dudes who are committed.
I'm looking for dudes who are fired up. I'm looking for dudes who are sick and tired of getting the same results and who are willing to man the fuck up, grab their balls, sack up, and do whatever it takes to get the life that they want to have. Don't end your life with regrets. I just refuse to have that happen. When I look back, I'm going to be like, yeah. And there's going to be one final pat on the back and then I'm going to go meet my maker.
That's why I'm doing this work and I know you want that too. Anyway, brothers, thank you so much for listening. This was one of my longest ones because obviously I have a lot of passion surrounding this topic. As a reminder, I do drop podcasts on Mondays and Thursdays. So if you enjoyed this, please stay tuned for the next one. I got tons of ideas for upcoming podcasts, mostly about women, but also self-development, masculinity, a little bit of spirituality, and being a fucking man without making any apologies for it.
All right, gentlemen, thank you again for listening and I will see you in the next episode. I'll see you in the next one.
