If I ever offended you in this podcast, I want to take a moment to let you know that I'm really, really, genuinely, really, really sorry that you're a little bitch. Welcome to the Unapologetic Man Podcast. The only podcast that's all about self-improvement, confidence, success, women, and being a man without making any apologies for it. What is up, gentlemen? Thank you for tuning in to another episode of the UMP. Today is my 300th episode. I cannot believe it's been 300 episodes. And I was thinking about, man, what should I record today?

This is a really special episode. I really need to hit it out of the park. I need to do something that's kind of all-inclusive, right? Sums up the entire point of this podcast. Talks about many of the things that we've talked about already, but also goes deeper into some of those all-important concepts of essentially being unapologetic. And I was sitting there thinking, what could I do, bro? What could I do here? And I was like, wait a minute. I know what I should do. I should do one about being unapologetic, you idiot.

This is the goddamn name of the podcast. Of course, you're going to do one about being an unapologetic, alpha silverback, because that's what all my boys are becoming. And they're seeing the results that being unapologetic is producing in their lives. So I want to talk today about why you, brother, should be unapologetic, completely accepting of yourself, being your own hero, and not making excuses about who you are, what you want, and what you're all about. And we are going to go into that today. Before I get into the content, I want to remind you guys, goddammit, somebody texted me.

I had my phone off silent. What an idiot. You got to put your goddamn phone on silent, you moron. Oh, it's my mom commenting on a picture about how cute my daughter was at the carnival today. I'm sorry, guys. I really, really apologize that you were offended by the fact that my cell phone went off while I was doing this podcast. I'm sorry that you're a little bitch. I love that, dude. There's actually a shirt that says that. It says, if I've offended you, I'm sorry.

And then in small writing, it says that you're a little bitch. Oh, I love that, dude. And I went ahead and bought it. And I'm going to floss that unapologetically everywhere I go. All right. So as I was saying, I am doing a free one-on-one breakthrough session, yada, yada, yada. Sign up there. Go there. Click on that, Jesus. Slap in the goddamn, and you and I will get on that call together. Why did I skip it? It's because I've said it so many times. If you really want to jump on the call with me, listen to some other episode.

I guarantee it's going to be on that one. So let's go ahead and fucking skip that blatant advertising. So what does it mean to be unapologetic? Well, just as it sounds, it's not very complicated. You are who you are. You like what you like. You say what you say. You're entertained by what you're entertained by. You are attracted to the women who you are attracted to. You have desires inside you, including sexuality, certain appetites, things that you want to be in life. And a lot of you guys are making excuses for it, feeling shameful about it, and being apologetic to others for it.

Why are you doing that? Why are we born how we're born and we feel so goddamn apologetic for it? Why do we make excuses, try to stick ourselves into slots that other people have created for us? Why do we live our lives for our parents? Why do we put on masks when we're around others? Why are we disingenuous and we try to be something that other people expect us to be rather than just fucking being ourselves? The reason, my friends, is because of fear. You, just as me, struggle with wanting to be accepted by other people.

So we act certain ways and we push down who we are by our nature in order to satisfy others. Being apologetic for who you are has nothing to do with you. It has to do with others. You care way too much about what other people think of you. You have a belief inside your head that other people's opinion of you actually matters. And because of that, some of you guys, and I used to be this dude too, walk around through life not even knowing who the fuck you are.

Because you are too afraid to let your true nature shine. Now, life has a lot of ironies to it. One of the ironies of life is give what you want to get back. Another irony of life is the less you care about trying to attract women, the more women you're going to get. Another irony that ties into that one is the less you need money, try to get money, pander after money, the more you get. And that irony also carries over into you apologizing for everything that you are and people still don't like you.

Okay, here's the way to get people to like you is to be your fucking self and not make apologies for it. Be exactly who you are, like what you like, do what you do, and make zero apologies for it. And frankly, give zero fucks about what anybody else thinks. And if they're offended by you, I'm sorry that you're a little bitch is what you basically think in your head. Every single guy I know who is extremely attractive to women, and I literally know thousands of them because I've been doing this for a long time, many of those I've coached myself, reach a point where they understand that, wait a minute, I don't have to make apologies for who I am.

I don't have to make apologies for approaching her. I don't have to make apologies for being sexually attracted to her, wanting to talk to her, asking her name, asking her age, being here as a man, attracted to a very beautiful woman, and letting her know. When she questions me on certain things, I'm not going to apologize, and frankly, I'm not going to explain myself to her. I'm not going to mansplain myself, if you guys have ever heard that. When she tests me, which many women will do, when you are apologetic, when you are disingenuous, when you are what I call incongruent, they're going to test you.

They're going to push on you. They're going to insult you. And the way you react shows them exactly how apologetic you are. Now, here's the big point. Women are not attracted to dudes who are apologetic about who they are. Women are attracted to men who accept themselves for who they are, are, yes, unapologetic about it, and don't give two shits what she thinks. Women are attracted to men, going back to my previous episode, who are self-entertained, who don't go through life with fear, but in fact, live life from extreme vulnerability.

Vulnerability and being unapologetic are one and the same. Can you see how that is? Because when I'm unapologetic about who I am and what I like, that is extremely vulnerable. And what is vulnerable? It's strength. The ability to put yourself out there and to stand on top of that Humvee shooting a .50 caliber at the enemy who are shooting back at you on the two-way firing range takes fucking strength, and that is extreme vulnerability. Think about that Marine on top of that Humvee shooting that .50 caliber at the Taliban as they shoot back at him.

That is the most extreme vulnerability, and that is courage. Courage incarnate right in front of you. Do you think he's apologetic about wanting to kill every last one of those motherfuckers? No. He's fighting for his brothers. He's fighting for his country, and he is an extreme vulnerability, which is derivative of extreme courage. So every time you lie to somebody about who you really are, try to hide it, try to make apologies for it, try to explain it away, as many of you guys do to women, you are killing their respect for you.

And frankly, brother, you are killing your respect for yourself. The more you lie, the more you try to stuff yourself into what other people want you to be, the more you're losing self-respect. The whole point of this podcast is to be unapologetically ourselves. Listen, even if you play with Hot Wheels, I actually just found out a friend of mine likes to go collect Hot Wheel cars. And you know what I thought to myself? You're a fucking legend, bro. Go do your Hot Wheels, man. I don't judge you in any way whatsoever.

Other guys play video games and want to hide it. Other guys are attracted to girls who, I don't know, have a little wiggle in the jiggle, and they try to hide that. Other guys are ashamed of where they live, what job they have, how much money they make, what their body looks like when they're naked, how big their dick is. They're apologizing by being shameful about it and being insecure about it. What if you could just accept yourself as if you yourself chose how you are today?

Think about that. Accept yourself as if you chose it. Your height, your looks, your eyes, your hair, your dick, your fat, everything. As if you chose it. Could you do that? Let's just play a little game and pretend that we accept ourselves for every flaw. Okay, I got a big nose. I got skinny wrists. I tend to collect fat around my midsection. I get the old spare tire. I got some skinny legs, although they're getting much bigger. My butt can use a little bit of work.

You know, my voice is a little high. I don't always nail these podcasts. Can I accept myself? Yes, I can. And I make no apologies about it. When I shut off my clothes and I'm standing there, naked in front of a woman, I accept every last vulnerability. I accept every last flaw. And as I spoke about on the previous episode, I light myself on fire and she can watch me burn without fear. And what does that communicate? It communicates that I'm not afraid of her. Fearlessness is one of the most attractive attributes in a man.

Fearlessness. Not caring what she thinks. Why? Because we want to control the frame, as I always talk about in this podcast. Controlling the frame means not caring what she thinks, being bigger than her opinion, leading her as a masculine man does. Here's a big thing, guys. Masculinity accepts itself. Masculinity is goal-oriented. Masculinity is highly confident, highly sure of itself, highly ambitious, loves itself. And that's why I have the motto, be your own hero. All of us has flaws. Boys, if you knew how fucking insecure every single person you look at in society was, you wouldn't feel an ounce of security about yourself from this minute forward.

I want to say that again. If you knew how insecure every single person was, it would blow your mind and you wouldn't feel any insecurity about yourself because constantly people are thinking, does my last look good? How's my hair? Oh, I wonder if they're judging me. Oh, I wish I was as tall as that guy. That girl would never want me. Oh, that guy's too good for me. This is a constant broken record that goes on in the minds of the average person. So if you knew how insecure they were, and if you knew that if they just accepted themselves, you wouldn't even notice that they have these insecurities.

And if you knew the truth that if you just accepted yourself for your insecurities, nobody will even notice them. And if you're unapologetic for them, they'll even respect you because of it. If you could just be fully yourself and say, yeah, brother, you are my hero. I love you, man. Even with your flaws, right? This isn't perfect. That isn't perfect. But you got a heart, dude. You got that heart in your chest and I'm proud of you. And I'm not making apologies. Because I like to play video games or like my friend, he likes to go collect die cast Hot Wheels toys, right?

Totally respect it. I have no issue with it because he's unapologetic about it. You see it in conversations when people talk to each other. I can watch a guy talking to a girl and know exactly how much he accepts himself, exactly how much fear he's under about her judgment of him, and exactly how unapologetic or I should say apologetic he is just by the way he acts, just by the way he stands there. If you truly accepted yourself, didn't give a shit what she thought and were unapologetic about who you are, you would act completely differently.

And here's the secret, my friend. She would get attracted to you. What is the way to make women attracted to you? Be completely unapologetic and be completely fearless in front of a woman, which is derivative of not giving a shit what she thinks and accepting yourself for who you are. Now, how do you do this? How can I become unapologetic? Because Mark, you're right, bro. I'm stifled. I'm fearful. I'm so afraid of what she thinks. I'm externally validated. I'm probably in my feminine energy. I don't know how to do this.

The first step is to just start telling yourself, I like you. I like you, brother. I accept you. I love myself. What I just tell myself over and over again is I like you. I trust you. I am my own hero. You are a champion. You are a girl magnet. I just hit on it and hit on it and hit on it. And yeah, brothers, even for me, sometimes I look in the mirror and I focus right down there on the lower part of my six pack and there's a little bit of extra fat that I'm really trying to get off, but it seems to never want to come off, right?

We all experience a little bit of that. Eventually, I'm just like, yo, I accept it. This is who I am. I make no apologies for it. And when I'm going through society, I move, I talk, I act in a way that I completely accept myself. Even right now, I don't really care what a lot of you guys think. I'm doing this for me. I'm doing this so that when I'm, I don't know, 89 years old and I'm listening to my full anthology, these 300 episodes that I've recorded, and of course, I'm going to continue doing this, I look back and say, yeah, man, even when I was 44.

Dude, I had to figure it out. Don't give a shit what people think by liking yourself and not basing so much of your self opinion on what they think. Being unapologetic. If you love to eat some weird type of breakfast, unapologetic. If you drive a car that's a weird color and everybody hates, unapologetic. If you're into hobbies that people think are uncool, like, I don't know, anime and video games, unapologetic. If you want to be XYZ and your parents want you to be TUV, you are unapologetic and you say, no, this is where my heart is.

This is where I'm going. You are not me. You cannot tell me what to do. And you know what? I'm not apologizing to you for it. I am who I am. And I'm going to let myself shine. I'm going to wear my heart on my sleeve. I'm going to be vulnerable and I'm going to be courageous to not fucking apologize about who I am in this lifetime. When you guys get this simple concept down, loving yourself, accepting yourself, not apologizing about who you are, what you like, and what you do, your life will change.

You are going to attract more women. You are going to attract more money, more opportunities. And ironically, when you don't care what people think, they begin to like you. They begin to respect you. They begin to ask you for advice. How are you so free and happy and joyful and smiling and just living your life without so much fear? And you say, because man, you know, I'm unapologetic. I accept myself. I'm no longer apologizing. I've done that for years, decades for some of us, including me.

I'm sick of it. I'm sick of it. No one's ever going to like all of us. You'll never get to a point in your life where everybody accepts you, where everybody likes you. You're going to have some haters. The sooner you accept that and the sooner you start to like yourself and accept your flaws and accept everything that you desire, the sooner you'll start experiencing success. And ironically, once again, the more people will like you and respect you and want to be around you. Because it's that guy who has freedom from his own judgment of himself that has true freedom.

Peace lies in self-acceptance. And again, it's just hammering on it. I like you. I like you. I like you. And for some of you, you may want to say, I love you. Look yourself in the eyes tonight in the mirror and say, I love you, brother. I accept you. Yeah, you got some flaws. Everybody does. We're human. We're supposed to have flaws. Nobody's perfect. Nobody's perfect. And then when a woman challenges you, you could throw it back at her with all the things that I teach in frame control.

Agree and amplify, right? If a girl says to you, I don't know, like I'm a 10. I work out all the time and you kind of got a spare tire there. I don't know if I can accept it. And you agree and amplify and say, yeah, I'm trying to break the world record for the biggest cannonball off a diving board. I'm trying to get even more fat on this body because it's awesome. Or I love being fat like this. It keeps me warm during these cold winter months.

When you can show her you're unaffected and unapologetic about it. That's when women get attracted. I mentioned this on a previous episode where Machine Gun Kelly, who's dating Megan Fox. I love this example. I just heard it. That's why I keep talking about it. The first thing Megan Fox said to Machine Gun Kelly is, ew, you smell like marijuana. And he says to her, I am marijuana and walks off. What does that communicate? He's unapologetic. He accepts himself. He doesn't try to explain himself to her, mansplaining, as I said, because that shows her that he has a weak frame.

He has a weak reality. He's afraid of what she thinks of him. And he's apologetic about who he is. No, he's unapologetic. And that's why I respect that guy. Yeah, you guys may say he's a douche. He's kind of whatever. You know, whatever you think of him, it doesn't matter because you can tell he accepts himself. And what happens? He pulls who some people think is the hottest girl in the world because he's unapologetic. And he's just a tall, skinny, white dude with a bunch of tattoos.

He's a talented musician, no doubt. But for all intents and purposes, he's not super good looking. He's not super ripped. He doesn't have anything that you don't have, right? So why can't you get a girl that hot? Well, the reason is, is because for a lot of you, you're still in that state of fear. You're still apologetic about who you are. I'm telling you, in this episode, from this day forward, you and me both, we are no longer apologizing for what we do, who we are, those things that we say.

And listen, if you get offended, if you're so weak-minded that you get offended about what somebody else says with words, you're a fucking little bitch. You really are. You really are. No longer will we be offended by what a person says. Even if she says, ew, you're fat. It's like, get offended by that? I don't give a fuck what you think because I'm internally validated. I'm unapologetic about who I am. So if you're not attracted to me, if you don't like me, and frankly, bro, if you don't like this podcast, I'm sorry.

I can't help you with that. Next, please. Don't listen. I give two fucks. Don't listen, okay? I'm unapologetic about who I am, what I do, this podcast, my coaching program, everything that I am, I accept it. I like myself. I am not afraid of your opinion. And because of that, look what's happening. I have a podcast that's in the top 2%. It's absolutely exploding exponentially. The curve of downloads is almost vertical because I practice the very title of this podcast, the Unapologetic Man Podcast. From here forward, brother, and you are my brother.

I want you to be in the trenches with me, shoulder to shoulder, no longer apologizing for who you are. I want you to be fearless in front of other people's opinions. And when they say something mean to you, you literally say to them, I'm sorry, bro. I can't help you with that. I'm sorry you have that issue and you turn it around on them because you're so sure of who you are. I want you to love yourself. I want you to like who you are, like your hobbies, accept them.

Just be you and you will meet a woman, probably many women, who will accept you as well. And this is why unapologetic men get the women they want, the money they want, the happiness they want. This is the secret. Stop living in fear, live your purpose every single day, and make absolutely no apologies for it. All right, gentlemen, I will see you in the next episode. Bye. We'll see you next time.
